cindy 2Thanx 4 the welcome mat.I wasn’t really into the ajbpja triangle till it happened. Must have seen some Friends episode,actually just trying to check if they did some outdoor shots of Manhattan.Used to worked in lower Manhattan.Paid no attention till the break-up and all the pity parties,interviews etc. All of which showed ja’s real character. She has manipulated , milked the media gossips to promote her recent films that bombed. And all this time aj/bp kept silent .AJ became the victim not JA.All of AJ’s efforts, monies in all of her projects were depicted as PR moves.I think It was 2001 when she became involved , perhaps during BEYOND BORDERS.Find someone, esp. in Hollywood, who would go take dangerous trip to remote villages in Africa,Asia to dig dirt,(planting demo with un aides),)carry sacks of rice/grain(Pakistan). etc.To me. she has shown ways to help the needy. Money ,time, adoptions and just the awareness that somewhere out there people are dying of hunger, Aids and the never ending wars. If it is her and bp’s battlecry , it is mine too. Haters should stop trashing her. Instead rally behind her.Like she said at DAVOS, focus on the issue now . She can’t do it alone. More is better than one. BTW Cindy.FYI. I was born in Asia , my father was in foreign mil.service. Have dual citizenship. If i have touched on subjects like orphans, poverty , nat. calamities.etc. I have seen them all. That ’s why Iam on JOLIE"S side.

Oh Cindy2! You said it all, and so eloquently too! What a TREAT to come over to JJ and see what’s up and read so much sense! I am one of those who spends about equal time between the "fluff" blogs and the Political ones [you forgot to mention Daily Kos - one of my personal favs]. I think I come to the "fluff" because it’s so depressing in the reality based world. Stolen elections, lying a country into war, no responsibility taken by liars for any woes, Katrina, and on and on. Too much reality demands some respite. I enjoy a good debate [not that there has been much of that lately here], and that got me interested. That the debate quickly devolved to sandbox is too bad. That rumor and inuendo mascarade as fact is also a pity. However, I win in the end, because I found a wonderful fanfic writer in Rica, an eloquent comentator in you, Estelle, African Girl, Guli, Passing Through and so many others.Keep writing all, I’ll keep reading!
