Angelina Jolie Shiseido

Paris, France :: Angelina Jolie left her apartment yesterday morning to shoot an advertising campaign for cosmetics brand Shiseido, the first cosmetics producer in the world.   I don’t ever recall the cosmetics giant ever having a celebrity spokesperson, at least in the USA, so these advertisements should be interesting.  And why not, Angelina has  great skin!  The 30-year-old acctress left the rest of her family — Brad Pitt, 42, son Maddox Jolie-Pitt, 4, and daughter Zahara Jolie-Pitt, 1 — behind to do the Shiseido publicity shoot.  More pictures in the gallery!

Hope that makeup helps Angie @ 04/03/2006 at 8:55 am

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have topped a list of stars with bad skin. The couple - who frequently top polls of Hollywood’s best looking stars - were picked as the celebrities with the worst complexions on website skinema.com.The site - which awarded the pair a ‘Skinnies Award’ - says: "Brad has acne scars, while Angelina suffers from spots, moles and she also has a scar on her face."

Yep 88 everyone does like her here. Stay in Australia then.

# 177 | Hope that makeup helps Angie | April 3, 2006 08:55 AMSHISEIDO is the biggest make-up manufacturer in ASIA. I think they know that Angie is beautiful and has good skin that is why they chose her. I cannot see any other reason?

# 171 | anonOnce again you are missing the point…I have no doubt that AJ will not make a great mother…My point is BP and AJ having a lasting relationship. I truly hope they prove me wrong for thier sake as well as the kids, however based on past behavior, I do not believe AJ is ready to settle down and RAISE and family. I truly believe there is not one parent on this blog that would drag thier kids all over Europe, the US and God knows where else and consider that healthy…Children need stability..Brad frew up in a very stable home where as AJ didn’t… I don’t care what BP said in his interview in 2001, I bet when it comes to raising his children he will reflect back alot on how he was raised…

# 180 | rudedog Alrighty then, Rudedog.

# 180 | rudedog | April 3, 2006 09:03 AM People change. The only consistent thing in this world is change. Angelina has metamorphosed from a wild child into a mature woman, loving mother and a humanitarian. Angelina is not dragging her kids. She stays in Paris because it is less gossipy and less shambolic than Hollywood. She wants to provide privacy for her family.

# 178 | Courtney |# 176 | 88 |"Yep 88 everyone does like her here. Stay in Australia then."No, only "Friends" viewers like Aniston, most of us who don’t watch that show don’t even know her name. I really didn’t know much about her until last year. Now she is ‘infamous’ of her Pity Party and most of us are sick of her.

# 182 | anon I hope you are right, however being a Goodwill Ambassador and adopting children doesn’t necessarily make you mature. I believe BP was quoted in a reputable mag as saying he prefered to raise his children in the US, where as you state that AJ prefers Paris…hmmm..Honestly do you think you will have more privacy in France? If that was the case most of you would not be on this blog ewwwing and ahhing over thier pictures…

# 185 | rudedog | April 3, 2006 09:29 AMFrance has certain laws on dealing with paparazzis. They can shoot only at a certain range. However, in the US, they can take pictures even at the closest range. If they were in the US right now, I think it would have been a lot worse. As long as you raise kids in a loving, family-oriented environment, it does not matter whether it is in the USA or Europe.

Why is it that everyone thinks AJ is the one who’s making the family hop around Europe the past couple of months? Why can’t it be BP’s idea? Or maybe it’s just a joint decision. AJ seems to be getting the blame for all things negative about the family! There seems to be a lot of people out there who just can’t seem to accept the fact that AJ comes across as a sensible and intelligent woman who carries herself with style and grace.

# 186 | anon It doesn’t seem to be working…these pictures are not ones taken with the zoom lense..To further my point, there are better places in Europe to live out of the public eye..PARIS is not one of them. Papps are everywhere..big money! It would apparent, that the more the become secretative, the more they are sought out. In Hollywood, The Linseys, Jessicas and Paris’s will always be front page tabloid new. These are the wanna be’s that desire fame. BP and AJ already hold that title. The fact that they try to avoid publicity draws that much more attention to it.. Bp and JA never received this much publicity up to thier split.

# 189 | Lover BabeAccording to the ancient Greeks, human personalities were controlled by four bodily fluids or semifluids called "humors": blood, black bile, yellow bile, and phlegm. Each humor was associated with one of the four basic elements: air, earth, fire, and water. Phlegm was paired with water—the cold, moist element—and it was believed to impart the cool, calm, unemotional personality we now call the "phlegmatic type." That’s a bit odd, given that the term derives from the Greek "phlegma," which literally means "flame," perhaps a reflection of the inflammation that colds and flus often bring.

Rudedog # 180. I’m a little bit disappointed of you, but I still like you. I’m disappointed because you base your judgment on Angie’s past. What exactly do you mean by Angie’s past? For the past FOUR YEARS, she’s been trying to be a really good mother, a good humanitarian and a better person. FOUR YEARS, for me, that’s as far her past can go. So, 20 years from now, people will still refer as the Angie before 2001 as her PAST? And, what exactly do you consider stability? I used to say to myself, that I don’t want to have children because they are “empêcheurs de tourner en rond”, meaning that with kids I can’t do whatever I want to do. Well, Angie is showing me that having kids doesn’t need to translate into stop living. I don’t believe the bullshit that a mother has to live for her kids and sacrifice everything. I only believe in love and compromise. As long as the family stayed united, that’s the most important part and that’s the best stability for a kid, and traveling can be the best learning experience for a child. People need to remember that her constant traveling led her to meet two amazing kids: Maddox and Zahara. As for Brad and Angie being together for a long time. I truly believe that they believe it and I believe in it. Sorry, but this is in French and cannot be translated (but you understand French): the French author Jean Cocteau wrote: Le verbe aimer est difficile à conjuguer : son passé n’est jamais simple, son présent n’est qu’indicatif, et son futur est toujours conditionnel. So, if tomorrow BP & Angie announce to the world that it’s over between the two of them, I’ll think to myself that they truly believe in it, but tomorrow is always unknown… Right now, they believe in it, and let’s wish them good luck. So, good luck to you BP and Angie.

#199….Poison_cherryHey girl, how are you this fine morning. Thanks for the movie recommendation, I haven’t looked into it yet (lol, now you know who I am). I used this named to mess with Rudedog because that’s what he was trying to do….mess with us, that is. Don’t mind him, he’s got a wicked, wicked sense of humor. Btw, very good post, you answered all the stupid questions they tend to ask. I’m kinda having a lazy morning today. Just chillin’ and not in the mood to bicker over silly things. Have you checked the Maddox Nail polish thread? Are they having a field day or what? "He has nail polish on - Bad Mother""Why is she carrying him - Bad Mother""She is nt smiling - Bad Mother""Z is not with them - Bad Mother"Jesus Christ! They are not even trying to be creative anymore. I’d recommend you go check it out if you want a good laugh.

# 199 |"son présent n’est qu’indicatif, et son futur est toujours conditionnel."Great quote. That’s why whether you are already married or not, you must always work on the relationship with your partner. It’s something Aniston never understood, and the reason she lost her husband.
