Ashlee Simpson Australia VMAs

A host of big-name international acts attended the second annual MTV Australia Video Music Awards at the Sydney SuperDome earlier today, including the Simpson sisters, Jessica and Ashlee, who hosted the awards ceremony. Ashlee Simpson, 21, picked up best female artist and best pop video for her song, "Boyfriend." More pictures of Jessica, Ashlee, Braxton and Russell in the gallery!

Actor/singer Russell Crowe and his band The Ordinary Fear of God
performed one of their hit songs "Testify" (I haven’t heard it either).

Ashlee Simpson arrived with boyfriend/guitarist Braxton Olita.

i’m no longer a JJ comment virgin…this is my first comment…woohoo!!!…i love Russell….he’s a kickass actor (no pun intended…lol)…i’d love to hear his music…i gotta look into it…anyway he completely reminds me of one of my AI favs….Taylor Hicks…just the expression on his face in the last photo…hehe =)
