Brad had always wanted to get away from his "Pretty Boy Pitt" looks because that meant all style, no substance. But now he has what he wants, family, 2 children with a third on the way, traveling to all parts of the world, and a partner who gives him space to do what he wants. I think his looks are not that important to him anymore. And after all, he’s aging, which happens to all of us — no one is exempt. Of course he won’t look like he did ten years ago, when he was sexiest man alive.

This is his real self not the red-carpet Brad . The real man not the ken doll of the "golden couple" era.

Looking good. Brad is fine fine and always will be. He also looks happy and content. Let the doubters doubt. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. He will be camera ready for O13. Looks like Angie is carrying on with her humanitarian efforts even now(PEOPLE article). And, who would’ve thought it, now Angie and Brad share a philanthropic advisor. Talk about a partnership of like minded individuals. They appear to be extemely supportive of each other.

I am not a fan of the pretty blonde boy Brad. I admire the Brad who is selfless, caring and loving father.

Some of Brad’s choices are quite puzzling actually. He dumped his wife, the gorgeous Jennifer Aniston for Angelina Jolie. But that’s understandable since Angelina is the sexiest woman alive right now and a temptress at that. He’s probably facing a mid-life crisis or something. Before when he was with Jennifer, he wasn’t into all these humanitarian efforts stuff. I think he was just trying to impress Angelina so he can impregnate her. Well, he succeed all right and now they’re going to have the most beautiful looking baby in the world! Congrats! Hopefully, his relationship with Angelina will last. There are a lot of people who are betting against this.

Thanks for these pictures, Brad looks better than ever. IMO, they stayed in Paris and in that penthouse just a tad too long. Brad and Angie both seem like such adventerous, outdoor people and I have a feeling going to Africa was like a breath of fresh air for them.

Angelina is just naturally one of the most beautiful women around today, even more so pregnant without makeup. They fell in love/lust/love, can’t have one without the other at some point in a relationship. Don’t see any midlife crisis on Brad’s part. Do see a very happy handsome MAN with his family. Are you saying that all men are having a midlife crisis when they are in their late 30’s or early 40’s because they choose to want/have family with children? High probability exists that the pregnancy was a joint decision, both AJ and BP had to want it to happen. It does take two to tango…Reminds me of one of my favorite parts of MMS. AJ and BP just seem to "fit" each other. Can’t imagine them with anyone else, but can accept that it is their lives to live, not mine. I will remain a fan of both regardless. Brad certainly did not just get involved with "all these humanitarian efforts stuff" just to impregnate Angie (she had to agree don’t you think). To have a baby in may you have to get pregnant sometime at the end of june or in July-pregnancy is counted in lunar months-You have to count back from the first day of a womans LAST menst. pd-so unless we know that we don’t know when the baby is due-I had 2 in may-one in the first week and one in the last week-

That’s because he’s NOT a FATHER-TO-BE. He is ALREADY a Dad of a 4.5 year old and a 1.5 year old for at least the last 6 months. Husbands may glow if they are still fathers-to-be but husbands who are already fathers (and hands on caring ones at that) don’t glow, they are usually tired looking but content and that’s what I see. I used to see him as a not very interesting pretty boy. Now, he’s so much more then just an actor. Fatherhood and a relationship with Angelina has been good to him. Anyone got more information on Jolie-Pitt taking on "Mighty Heart" about Daniel Pearl? I haven’t been able to stop thinking how wonderful that would be… Jolie gaining all the emotional range (mother, pregnant, in love), Pitt being an aspiring journalist in youth, both seeing the conditions in Pakistan first hand, and both personal friends to Marianne Pearl. That is one beautiful and tragic love story, both Marianne and Danny showing the most heroic spirit every step of the way. I cried watching Marianne’s interview about her giving birth in Paris only in the company of Danny’s photo on her belly. She never wiped her serene smile off when she talked about it, and even made a joke about banning everyone from her delivery room, only to be intrupted by a nurse taking a phone call. "But Madam, it’s Bouche! it’s Bouche! (’mouth’ in French)" (Pres. ‘Bush’ called to congratulate her)I’m so excited if Jolie-Pitt act as the Pearls. A beautiful love story in real life and in a movie :) Not to mention Marianne Pearl is a very beautiful woman herself (Cuban/French?), Angie will do justice as Marianne :)

hey, I was looking at older pics of Brad and not too be mean, but he almost looked like a wax figure in some of those pics. Orange, burnt and kinda oily. I never noticed before because I wasn’t a big enough brad fan to search for pics of him. I don’t get why people say he looked better before. He looks soooooo much better now. Since her part in Sin City won’t take that much filming as there are a lot of characters involved, she should do that one first and get it out of the way…and because this is the movie I’m most anticipating! moi jade…i totally agree with you. i think the idea would have been good in france, as that is a favourite way of giving birth over there. the water situation in africa is poor even in the richer areas, trust me i know! not nice you feel like to are dirtier after a bath! crazy. i think its cos they dont bleach the water like they do in the UK and i expect the US. its safe just not to drink, boiled its fine, bit funny tasting but thats the only way id use it. the water was really bad last year, my family lived in South Africa for 6 months. my little sister contracted a virus through bad water it really knocked her for 6! she only used the water for bathing and brushing her teeth, just goes to show it only takes a little. i must say in the UK/US i would have a water bath but not anywhere else.

First babies are the longest births but they too can be quick. Being thin can also contributes to a faster delivery. No fat to block the baby coming into the deep pelvis.

I could see her having a whirlpool to relax in and labor in if that was an accommodation in the resort where she is at or in the hospital if her water doesn’t break first. I have not read where AJ will have a waterbirth, but don’t worry. A) OB’s are not skilled in that and that is who she is said to have with her and B) the baby does not ingest or inhale the water during the birth anyway.Birth is a natural and normal event and hopefully she will experience that in it’s fullest.

She actually loved the process, but they did the water birth in their master bath’s whirlpool tub which is sunken. The labor lasted 3 hours and she said her husband did nothing but complain that his back hurt because he was in an awkward position to her right side on the outside of the tub and I quote, "I need to take a break. My back hurts!" There’s poor Kelly huffing and puffing trying to pass a watermelon and the hubby needs a break every 10 minutes because he’s twisting around in an awkward position to hold her hand. She’s in pain worse pain than he is…but he’s the one who gets to take a break. They already had 1 boy. The second was a boy. They had elected not to know the sex ahead of time, but the hubby wanted a girl. The moron actually told her that they needed to try a 3rd time for a girl. Kelly’s comment really isn’t repeatable in public…not even on the internet. Needless to say…they haven’t had anymore kids.

Well, let me just say they loved it just a LEE-TLE too much. They videotaped it. And took pictures. And then showed their friends the pictures. Seeing my friends naked isn’t on my list of Top 10 Things I Need To Do Before I Die. Seeing them naked in a tub of bloody water while passing the aforementioned melon is probably in the bottom gazillion of things I want to do before I die. And the worst part about this? A bunch of us got together for lunch and she brought the baby for us to see. So here were are in a nice restaurant. Had just ordered dinner. "You guys want to see my labor pictures?" "Uh…yeah…sure (thinking to ourselves, NO!)". So out come the pics, thank God she left the videotape at home or else I think she would’ve queued up the tape for the whole restaurant to watch. She was pretty danged proud of that water birth. We didn’t really have the heart to tell it was TMI. Out come the literally bloody photos and we’re passing them around and kinding of grunting while she jabbered on. The whole time I’m thinking to myself, "Chick, I’M ******* TRYING TO EAT HERE!" And then I get to one the made me raise my eyebrows, but not say anything. The whole time I’m chomping at the bit to ask everyone else what they think of this one particular photo. We congratulate her, coo the baby under the chin, leave to go our separate ways and I’m thinking I have got to get home so I can call one of the friends about THE PHOTO. I’m the last holdout on the cell phone rage so I can’t call from my car. I hate those suckers. So that means I have to wait 20 minutes until I get home to call the friend. I get home and the phone is already ringing so I know it’s the friend calling. We both said at the same time (didn’t even bother with the hellos), "Why the hell was the midwife in the bath…naked!" Honest Injun. The mother-to-be is naked - understandable. The midwife being in the tub to catch the baby, okay. The midwife being in the tub in a swimsuit, okay. BUT NAKED? What kind of fruity **** is that?! And the HUSBAND is there, too, with the freaking video camera on a tripod so he’ll have his hands free to take photos. Would you show these photos to your friends? Lord knows I sure wouldn’t! To this day I can’t see the poor woman and not laugh. Thankfully they haven’t had anymore kids.

you guys have had me in stitches this morning! lol that woman who gave birth on the lawn and the lift, really made me laugh, poor woman, as for quick births i have a pupil (eye) that is bigger than the other because i was born so quickly and got this from the shock, you cant notice unless you know tho, my mum nearly had me in a phone booth, my big sister refused to get dressed, and didnt as mum had no time, she was standing with my mum in the phone booth in october in just a pair of underpants! my dad was workng away, so no help there! and 28 minutes later i was born, my mum was pushing on the trolly to the delivery room, the paramedics had a laugh they honestly didnt think she was going to make it as it is a 15 minute drive, even at high speeds! no time for drugs nothing, i was a huge baby too 9.5lbs, 60 cm long too, poor woman! there ive shared my story, now i dont feel left out. lol

If only my career is something to get me up in the morning, and if it went badly, what do I have to live? This is the reason I relate to Angelina Jolie on her life choices. I lived quite fully before getting married (no lesbian, no cutting etc., not that brave :) and I don’t regret anything.So today, I have two kids 5 and 2, waking me up in the morning (younger one with a throw-up today, prompting early morning laundry). My father said that I was like a little kitten. I was so small that for him to hold me, the hospital nurse had to bunddle me up with 3 large blankets…I was in the incumbator for 3 months and since my mum did not have any breast milk, my father had to purchase breast milk from all of the new mothers in the hospital and around the base( my dad was in the airforce)…since I could not intake any cow milk…I was allergic to cow milk at that time. There were 4 or 6 ladies that had babies at the same time, everyday, my dad would drive to those ladies quarters to purchase breast milk, they would pump extra milk for me, after feeding their own baby of course….so I was known as the "spare baby" around the base. My dad had to that for 3 months, poor man…:), fighter pilot by day and breast milkman by night.

(no pun) lol! both my sisters were premature, my big sis was only 3lbs so i can figure what you looked like (TINY). my little sister was also premature 8 weeks cant remember her weight but she was really ill, they had to watch her day an night. and my mum went all the way to the due date with me! the doc said 3rd oct and thats when i popped out! quite literally! lol

Passing Through - OMG!! I was horrified when I read your story about the midwife in the bathtub-!! In 20 years I have never heard or seen anything like that. Must have been a home birth with a quack posing as a midwife.# 304 | Moi Jade ++++++++++++++++Moi Jade - here’s another interesting tidbit about this story. The friend who gave birth is a doctor! She’s an MD, but she’s also a D.O. and a licensed accupuncturist, too. The midwife is another friend of hers. I used to work with her husband and that’s how I met her. I just considered myself lucky that I wasn’t a good enough friend to be asked to help with the birth! I’ve just always thought she was born out of her era. She’s a real throwback to that whole naturalistic phase of the 60s. She and her husband are into all of that frugal living crap and they shop at thrift stores and grow their own veggies…you know the kind. Heck, I could tell you stories about those two that’d keep you guys entertained for hours.When it came time for delivery and the baby’s head started to crown, his wife pushing like a pro and delivery imminent, he took a peek down below and then bee lined it to the door and booked like a bat out of hell off of L&D unit. We didn’t know where he went!! We heard later he made it to the elevator and than crumped along the wall. We had a good laugh over that. Amazing how even the toughest of men can just fall apart . (We all figured he just couldn’t watch his wife’s bottom transform like it was.) Lol!# 304 | Moi Jade ++++++++++++++++LOL. Aw, the poor guy. Men kill me. Some of them can’t watch their kid being born…but they’ll go deer hunting with their buddies, then gut and dress the deer. Sheesh.

This has been quite interesting reading this morning. What with pregnancies, deliveries and spouses. I am so glad you guys are sharing your stories with the rest of us. Kinda makes this site more intimate and entertaining at the same time.Voted for Angie on that poll. I don’t think HB is more beautiful. She has beautiful skin and nice enough eyes but her lips are too thin and too straight across. Angie does have a really plump lower lip but her upper lip has good definition and is nicely shaped. That’s what makes hers different from those collagen enhanced ducklips courtesy of the plastic surgeons. They could not duplicate that curve.If Brad is talking to Jennifer, it would only be about business. After all her little digs and backstabbing, I’m sure she has not endeared herself to her ex. There’s nothing worse than the cold ashes of a dead love. It could have been a different picture if she hadn’t played the victim card but she erred on that tactic. She just burned her own bridge.

Hey guysMy birth was as boring as my life now. Mum was at home, felt pains, was taken to the hospital and boom I was born the only story was btw my mum & dad. He had to travel out of town very close to the due date confident he’ll make it back in time…well he didn’t. My mum got really pissed off and refused to name me. So until my dad got to the hospital I was nameless baby. When my poor papa finally arrived….he gave me a name when translated means "my wealth is here". Now the real drama was with my younger bro. Mum went into labor in an airplane…from Paris to Benin. This was before the rule on seven month pregnancy rule. So there we were (me, my older sisters and my mum) the air hostesses are frantic…..they call on the in flight doctor, who tells everyone the baby is coming. I’ve got strangers petting me, feeding me sweets, while my mum is trying so hard to be brave. Luckily, she held it together until we got to Benin and then like we had some contagious disease, we were all whisked out of the plane. The ambulance was waiting right at the foot of the plane….it was one of those outdoor airports where you get off the plane and walk through the runway in the airport. Everyone in the airport, in other planes and around just stood there staring at this chaos. I’d never been that scared in my young life. Some 30 mins after we arrived, the pain in my you know what was born. Again papa was missing….this time through no fault of his. The poor man was waiting to pick his wife and girls up when he heard some lady had gone into labor in the plane. It never occured to him that some lady was his wife. We later heard thar if my bro had been born in the plane, he prolly would have gotten a lifetime pass with the airline. My brother is still smarting from that. Everytime he has to by an Air france ticket, he grumbles…"don’t know why she couldn’t have waited another 30 mins" we know he’s joking or we hope he is. Besides that was some twenty something years ago, I bet by the he was ten, it would have been revoked. Times are changing or is it times have changed…either way he would still buying his own ticket.

#320: PHIL ANTHROPIST, that is so true. She is also not a nice person. There was a time when she ran her car (while speeding) into another car and she didn’t even stop to see what she has done to the other driver. The lady suffered broken bones and her car was like wrecked but Miss Berry went straight home to call her doctor because it was an emergency. She had suffered a nick on her forehead and she was in hysteria over it. Didn’t even think of the damage she had inflicted on the other woman.It was all over the news here in California and was being shown in all the TV stations. It was not after the backlash that her people went to contact the poort woman she’d hit. She is one conceited so and so and I hated her hysterical speech at the Oscars. She was not the first Black woman ever to have received that award as she has blurted out to the world. It was all hyperbole and conceit.

Some people do great sharing careers, but I just couldn’t see myself sharing the same problems, get into competitions with each other, and having same issues. It’s great when two people are equal like Jolie-Pitt; if anything Brad is the one without Oscar, but I don’t think he cares that much already being a mega-star. But Pitt and Aniston I do think definitely had this ‘unequal’ status issue. I married someone whose field I know nothing about, so I can blindly be in owe–I thought I can use some humility :)

Moi Jade and Passing ThroughMy bro in law was in the room with my sister when she had their first child. He was such a trooper or so we thought. He did everything right, encouraged her, did the breathing…I mean everything. Baby and mum came home and it was time to move on with their lives….then my sister noticed a very odd behavior in husband. He’d stopped arguing with her….if she said I want this, this she is getting, his mum head on a silver platter, by God she was getting it. Sometimes she’d delibrately piss him off just to get a reaction….nada. When she got tired, she asked him what the heck was the matter with him. At which point he told her that he didn’t think it was right for any man, who’s witnessed his wife in labor, to ever argue with her. That was 10 yrs ago and now they have three children. He went through that phase for all three children. My sister jokes that she saves up her requests for immediatly after the baby is born. Unfortunately for her, the agreeable phase only lasts btw 2 months and 4. My mum says most men do either the agreeably thing with their wives or the appreciative phase with their mothers. There are some vey cuckoo peole on that Jen thread. You can’t but laugh as you read.I onlt go there when I find myself wondering what it would be like to lose my mind. Three or four posts into it, I wonder no more.

african girl…LMAO my dad was the same after my little sister was born, im 9 years older so i remember everything if i wanted anything i just asked mum and i said can you ask dad for me! and hey presto, i got my way, only for a few months tho.i’ll tell you another, when my mum went into labour with my little sister my dad was super calm, while my mum turned into the girl from the exorcist, my dad was using his hand held databook, and asking her to tell him peoples numbers, all this while my mum who goes only with gas during birth, is popping my little sister. apparently she was sturting out numbers between each breath. i wonder whether when i go into labour if i can remember the next door but ones phone number!!! lol

#327 the real tita, RE; Halle B I have to respectfully disagree with u though I am a fan, I have first hand knowledge of her kindness through family who live in LA where she has her place and they have nothing but kind words and deeds that she does. Also, she is the first black woman to win an oscar for best actress in a movie. And last but not least ,I will agree with u that she did not do the right thing when that car crashed it should have been handled better and she should have known better. Having said that, we all make mistakes and I figure after the rough time she was having at that time I’ll give her one. One of the few perks of working for a major university is access to all kinds databases at the libraries. So, it’s a slow day in the world of computer support today and to kill time I thought I’d search a few news databases for old AJ interviews/stories that may have appeared in obscure publications. Unfortunately I’ve turned up a lot of hits from the NY Post and NY Daily News. I just read a particularly nasty and unflattering piece from the NYDN from Feb. of this year. Since it’s slow going around here, too, I was going to post it, but I’m not sure we really want the hassle. The NYDN is more reputable than the Star, but not by a whole lot these days. So, I’m taking a vote…who wants to read the NYDN story that calls AJ a "media *****" using the media to make herself a huge interenational presence?

Not interested. Honestly people are dying everyday in different places around the world as per the issues that Angie works on. These are issues of life and death like the war going on in Iraq. I’ll pass on a "media *****" story.
