Ian Somerhalder Maggie Grace

The coolest thing for Hollywood’s leading men to do right now is to look like the BEASTMAN (inset). Roar! It never really works out — take Jake Gyllenhaal and his facial hair mess for example (thank goodness he shaved it off). But 27-year-old actor Ian Somerhalder seems to think otherwise (he pulls it off way better but dude, buy a razor and shave). For the past several months, Ian Somerhalder and 22-year-old Lost co-star Maggie Grace (they both were killed off the show) have been quietly dating offscreen — “They stay out of the limelight but they spend a lot of time hanging out and working out together at Gold’s Gym [in Venice Beach, California. The pair will] kiss and hold hands when they come and go from the gym. You can tell they’re a couple.” More pictures in the gallery!

Um, his beard is a mess compared to Jake Gyllenhaal’s. Jake knows how work the facial hair. Ian is goodlooking but his beard isn’t.
