You see she is a fake golden girl, thats why it didnt worked. Brad will never go back to her, she was the one who lied or cheated brad, she lied to him her being unable to bear a child. Brad was even willing to adopt but she is too proud, so Brad has to go. She didnt do as much in working on their marriage, like she did not attempt to try to do things that Brad wants to do, like sport stuff, biking, and his humanitarian activities. She was more concerned with her career and all she does on her spare time, is pamper herself and gossip with her girlfriends, she is a homebody and lazy person, you see. They’ve just grown apart, with Brad growing up and maturing a lot faster than her. So, no one can blame the guy, if he had decided he had enough and thought that their marriage is not worth saving anymore. As brad himself said, love changes shape, she may still have affection for Aniston but is definitely no longer in love with her. I believe, their marriage no longer exist since 2003, and Brad being a nice guy just stayed on until of course he met Angelina. No matter what, he did end his marriage the right way.

When Angie divorced Billy Bob he didn’t leave her to hook up with another woman, that is why her fans "moved on" so easily. If there was one, it was no one in paticular, just one of many. Odds are they probably won’t last but you never know, you just never know. And, just because these two have kids doesn’t mean they’ll have a Bond that will last for eternity. Lots of people have kids together and find new partners and never even Talk to each other again. I’ve seen it and it’s sad but true.
