Tomb Raider 3 Rumors

Jolie has not signed on for Tomb Raider 3 and has no plans to play video-game heroine Lara Croft any time soon.
Pitt is not trying to convince Jolie to join the cast of Ocean’s 13. (Sorry, George.)
Jolie is not looking to adopt a Namibian infant – at least not right now.
• The actress is not planning a "water birth" for the couple’s baby-to-be, or to name the baby Africa.
Jolie’s ill mom, Marcheline Bertrand, is not near death and did not ask Jolie to give birth in France as a "dying wish."
Pitt did not purchase for Jolie a "fidelity necklace" as a pre-baby wedding gift. In fact they currently have no plans to marry.
• Finally, Jolie is not planning to buy a small African nation of her own.

People reports, "What is it about Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt that inspires such tall and twisted tales? The power couple lies low in Namibia, setting the record straight on the most widely circulated myths."

# 2050 | Zaiyana | Moi Jade- both are great!!! I hope more fans will pick from either version and send an email. You know, if this was from a razzi mag I could care less, but when it comes from Forbes it pisses me off…Many thanks for your support…And have done a heck of better job than moi :)

this is a work of fiction based completely on my imagination… Like Son, Like FatherTheir merry laughter rang out over the burnished dunes of the Namib desert mingling with the loud grumble and buzz of their bouncing ATV’s. Brad and Maddox bounced along in their vehicle as two of the local village boys raced the dunes with them. Brad mused at the beauty of the desert as they rode. Everything was so clear and colorful here. He was very happy and flattered that Angelina wanted to share this country with him. Namibia had sparked her humanitarian heart, made her the woman he admired and loved, and she had been anxious to share this place with him. He had been a little skeptical when she first suggested having the baby here, but after some research and seeing how passionate she was about showing him this beautiful country, he realized that Namibia was the best place for them all to bond together as a family. After all of the incredible sites he had seen here and the incredible hospitality of the citizens and government, he did not regret the decision. After several races over the dunes, the boys were finally tired. Brad and Maddox escorted their playmates back to the nearby village. The boys’ parents thanked Brad for entertaining their children and extended the invitation to visit again. Brad agreed that they would all spend time together again soon before they said their goodbyes. On the way back to the Burning Shore Lodge, Maddox was unusually quiet. At this point in the trip, they would have exhausted several of Madd’s favorite topics: toys, games, uncle Jamie, candy and the new baby. But during this ride, Maddox sat quietly in his seat, his little brow furrowed.“Something on your mind, little man?” Brad asked.“What will my new sister look like?” Maddox asked.“Hmmm. I think she’ll look like Mommy. What do you think?”Maddox shrugged his shoulders, an uncommon gesture for him.“Don’t you think Mommy is pretty?” Brad asked.“Mommy is beautiful!” Maddox exclaimed.“So, what’s on your mind?”Madd looked thoughtful again for a moment and then said, “All my friends here look like their mommies and daddies. My new sister will look like Mommy. Will I ever look like you or Mommy?”Brad was instantly startled by the question. Maddox was the most secure child he’d ever met. He had never, to Brad’s knowledge, ever questioned the differences between them. He accepted everyone with enviable childlike openness, and never seemed to notice anyone’s height, weight or race. Brad stopped the vehicle and turned to face the little boy. “Maddox,” he began, “we don’t have to look alike to be a family. Being a family is about loving each other. You love Mommy, right?” Maddox nodded. “And you love Zahara, too, right?” Maddox smirked a little and then nodded again. “And you love me, too, right?” Maddox smiled and nodded once more. “Well, I love you, too and that’s what makes you my son and makes all of us a family.”Maddox smiled again and it took over his whole face. Brad ruffled his little mohawk and kissed him on the forehead. Finally, he tickled his tummy before resuming the drive back to the lodge.Later…Brad sat soaking in the bathtub, feeling every grain of sand slip from his pores. His conversation with Maddox continued to play over and over in his thoughts. He wondered if he’d handled it well, if Maddox was feeling secure again. He could not bear the thought that his little boy was even a little bit confused about how much he belonged or how much he was loved. He most definitely didn’t want Maddox developing a complex about his looks.“Is there room for me in there?” Brad opened his eyes to see Angelina standing over him looking every bit the naked fertility goddess. Even several months pregnant she was the most delicious woman he’d ever seen. He held his hand out to her and helped her into the tub with him. She settled between his thighs, wriggling seductively against him until she settled against his chest. The foamy bubbles of the bath came just over her swollen belly and lapped like the ocean tide at her breasts. “Feeling dirty?” Brad asked her.“Not really. I missed you today. Did you have fun with the boys?”“Yeah. We had a great time racing the dunes.”“Maddox seemed a little quiet when you got back.”“Well, we had an interesting conversation on our way in.” Brad proceeded to tell her about his talk with Maddox in the car. Word for word he reproduced their talk and finally said, “I’m not sure I handled it well–I just can’t stop thinking about it.”Angelina lifted his hands to her lips and kissed them. “Brad, I think you told him exactly what he needed to hear. Maddox understands his place in this family. I think it’s more about him wanting to be like you. You know how he loves to play Achilles. He wants to be like you because he loves you. He looks up to you. You’re his father.”“You think so?” Brad asked as he rubbed soap on her swollen belly.“Yes. Remember when you caught him mimicking you in the toy store? He stands like you, tries to talk like you–he’s picked up your terrible table manners,” Angelina giggled as Brad poked her side. “He watches you very carefully.”“I don’t know, Ange. I think it might be a little more than that. He’s at an age where he’s noticing things about the world and the people in it. We’ve traveled so much in the last couple of months. I just don’t want him feeling like an outsider in his own family.”“That’s why we’re here, Brad. We came here to spend time with Maddox and Zahara and spoil them rotten before the baby comes. To make sure they understand that even though our family is growing, our love for them won’t diminish.”Brad hugged Angie to him and leaned further back in the tub. The water was getting cold and the bubbles were thinning. His skin was pruning and he hadn’t washed the sand out of his hair yet. He looked around the bathroom to see where he had placed the shampoo and out of the corner of his eye, he saw the cure for his angst. “Angie,” Brad asked with excitement in his voice, “would you do me a favor?”“Sure. What is it?”“Come with me,” he said as he helped her up and out of the tub.The next morning…Maddox was ready to play. He was wearing his favorite white t-shirt and his favorite cargo pants with all the pockets. He had his baseball bat and glove with him and he couldn’t wait to get outside and play ball. He stood in the lobby of the lodge, fidgeting a little as he waited for Brad. Finally, after what seemed an eternity to little Maddox, Brad came sauntering through the lobby to meet him for their game. Maddox looked up at Brad and disappointment registered quickly on his face. “What’s wrong, buddy?” Brad asked quickly.“I forgot my hat,” Maddox replied.“That’s okay. You can use mine,” Brad said as he took the cap off his head.Maddox’s eyes grew impossibly wide. “Daddy!” he exclaimed, “You have a haircut just like me!”Brad laughed as he picked Maddox up and swung him around. “Do you like it? Now I’m as handsome as you are!”“I like it, Daddy! Now we look alike!” Maddox ran his fingers through Brad’s spiky hair. Then he put his little hands on Brad’s cheeks, kissed him.Angelina watched them quietly from the corridor and smiled to herself. They were the most beautiful men in the world and they both belonged to her and to each other forever.

COILD HARD MATH @ 06/17/2006 at 1:39 am

Gitane: I just read this at EA. WOW!!!! Sniff, Sniff. Yes, I have tears in my eyes! Great Job!

I will post this here since all of you migrated to this thread. Anyone else read this. I just found it.—————————————How did Anderson Cooper "land" the first post-baby U.S. Angelina Jolie interview? Because he’s so charming? Because he really understands the lives of celebrities? Because he’s compassionate, sexy, and an amazing journalist?Nope. Because his "exclusive" was included in the $4 million dollars People magazine paid for their coveted Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt photos. (It makes sense when you realize CNN and People are both owned by Time Warner.) Well, at least that’s the rumored theory going around on chatsite FTV Live. Ok, so it’s what we "hear" is going around on FTV Live."

# 2062 | Moi Jade | Hey everyone has strenghts and weaknesses I know mine, but I also know I have a voice. I have been an activist for 15 years on issues I believe in (we won’t go there, it doesn’t belong here) . But over the years what I learned was sitting back and moaning about it won’t get you anywhere, but by speaking out you at least have a chance to make a difference. You still might not get your wish but at least you tried. My motto in life, which I try to teach my kids.OK, I love you BAMZS fans and am checking out for the night..Gitane, girl you are great. Thanks…

# 2037 | guli # 2041 | Moi Jade# 2051 | Zaiyana My ears are applausing lol. I am so proud of you guys for taking the first steps, now imma do my share for he utterly doesn’t know the veracity of whole thing and it’s really petty that he had to add that last statement. :deep sighs:

(((((GITANE!!!))))) That was absolutely beautiful - I have tears rolling down me face. I agree your fics are so poignant, and sweet…looking forward to many more! Thanks so much!!

Original Curious @ 06/17/2006 at 10:07 am

Aw Gitane…..you did it again. I rarely leave your fiction without a tear or two. And they are such sentimental ones too. That was just fabulous - I dearly hope that haircut came about in just such a way. *sniffle*

ILoveGossip @ 06/17/2006 at 10:23 am

# 2037 | guli # 2041 | Moi Jade# 2051 | Zaiyana That was a great letter, you all said what I was thinking, but you put it into words much better.Gitane~ That was so heartwelming. ((((sniffles))))someone get me a tissue. You’re a great writer! Keep it Up!

Great fiction Gitane! I left you a review on EA.

I also wrote a letter to Forbes.mohare@forbes.net and readers@forbes.com"The hard-hitting journalism that you have come toexpect from America’s leading business magazine."The above blurb can be found on the subscribers page at Forbes.com and up until today I would have agreed with that description. That is until I reached the final paragraph in Matthew Swibel’s article on Angelina Jolie. To end what I believed to be a well thought outcommentary about Ms. Jolie and her work as an UNHCR Ambassador with a cheap shot made by Senate staffer Chris Ann Keehner, puts Forbes barely one step above Star magazine and the National Enquirer. Since when does tabloid speculation equal "hard-hitting journalism?"Forbes owes Ms. Jolie and its readers an apology for using rumor and conjecture in an obvious attempt to drum up sales.I do not purchase tabloids for this reason and I willno longer purchase Forbes magazine for the same.

awww! cut it out you guys! you’re giving me the big head! soon i’ll look like chin! hahahahaseriously, thanks again for the compliments. father’s day is coming up….

# 2073 | gitane father´s day is comming up…Hmmm, a new fiction will be in order, perhaps? ;)

# 2074 | Polbut of course….
