American Idol 5 Top 3

Chris Daughtry, the 26-year-old aspiring singer from McLeansville, NC, was sent home last night during American Idol’s results show. The final three (plus celebrities) pictured above L-R :: Elliott Yamin, 27, from Richmond, Virginia, Taylor Hicks, 29, from Birmingham, Alabama, Rebecca Romijn, 33, from Berkeley, California, Katharine McPhee, 21, from Sherman Oaks, California and Hugh Jackman, 37, from Sydney, Australia. You didn’t need to hear what the judges said in reponse to this. Just look at the their faces. Simon was pissed off.I love Chris but gawd. People have to move on. Because Chris was way too good for this show. Maybe now he’ll have a real career instead of wtf those craptastic American Idol albums that’ are churned out. If I have to hear that stupid Daniel Powter song one more time on MTV, I’m going to scream.I hope Elliot wins now.

maybe to be voted off helps Chris to become real singer (future FUEL frontman) and not having to have "American Idol winner" plastered to his forehead to help launch his career. I think this is not a bad thing and a reminder next time if you idolize your contestant please VOTE and don’t just left comments or brags about it….I think Elliot will be your next American Idol! hahahaha…so be prepared people (not an AI fan for this season, just an observer)

Chris doesn’t need AI. He’s already getting offers, so he’ll be fine. Elliott and Taylor and maybe even to a certain extent, Katharine, need to win AI.

ninja’s girl: you don’t win the presidency by popular vote. Where did you go to school? You should ask for a refund. You get the electoral votes!!! You shouldn’t make comments that makes you look more stupid than you already do! Gore lost, live with it!!
