When Babel, the latest offering from Alejandro González Iñárritu, premieres at the Cannes Film Festival this month, it will be a remarkable moment for Mexican cinema. Before 2000, when the director’s debut, Amores Perros, took Cannes by storm, Mexican films were rarely seen by international audiences. This year, one of Babel ’s main competitors for the Palme d’Or will be Pan’s Labyrinth, by González Iñárritu’s compatriot Guillermo del Toro. That two Mexican films are competing for the most prestigious prize in world cinema is a measure of how far the Mexican industry has come in the past six years.

Mexican director Alejandro González Iñárritu’s drama Babel, starring Brad Pitt, Cate Blanchett and Gael Garcia Bernal, is currently scheduled to show at Cannes on Tuesday, May 23 and open in limited release on Friday, October 6. I can’ wait to see Brad in this movie and his Assassination of Jesse James this September. I am also anticipating the unrated Mr.and Mrs.Smith DVD this June. Most of all, like so many BAMZ +1 supporters, I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of Brad and Angie’s third child.I happen to read that article of Ted C’s yesterday and in my own opinion Brad and Angie’s love will triumph and stand the test of time. They have overcome tremendous pressure and risks to be together especially when almost everbody were against their love. They handled all the malice with grace and dignity . Their movie was a huge box-office hit worlwide and still making so much money in its DVD sales. Good karma for both them especially when so many has written them off. For Ted C to even suggest that the producers of Ocean’s 13 will replace Brad if he can not make up his mind to commit is ridiculous. I don’t think that he even comprehends that Brad is the IT why the Ocean’s franchise is successful worlwide.To my fellow BAMZ+1 supporters, keep faith because what Brad and Angie have is simply beautiful- true love at its best with shared passions for family and humanitarian causes.
The scary thnk about all of this is that WE actually have the control-We could start a Jolie-Pitt organization that when combined with all of the pro jolie-pitt sites would rival any big corporation-Jared’s site is way more poplular than others, don’t think celebs don’t read this stuff then deny it! #389I come from a military family. I was in the military . MY husband served in the military as well. Based on my familty experience I say we were better off financially and in other ways than we werer with the previous administration. That person was not representing the military. That person seemed to be trying to find a way to scam money . There are many legitamate organiztion that are around for people to donate to help military family if that is their wish. Also, I have never heard of anyone in the military not being paid for nine months if they were not deserters . If this person really has a family member in the military they clearly are not representing the wishes of the service members. The attempts to get money from Brad and Angelina baby picture sounds like a scam. I don’t have any desires to get into a political debate. Everyone has different opinions about that and I prefer to discuss Brad/Angelina without discussing politics. I just want to say based on my experiences, I dis not agree with a statement made . I was also really irked by how that man was using the military to try to scam money from Brad/angelina.
I have been lurking for quite a while, but then I read posts like Jizzy and I had to respond to her. People like her do not think beyond the American horizon, does not realize there is a whole world out there to be experienced.What exactly do they want Angie to do. This woman has lived in England since her divorce from BBT, she moved back to Malibu and sold her home in England. She got pregnant for him within the first year of their relationship when she would have preferred adoption, considering he was with his ex for 7 years and childless,she literally moved to Canada when Brad was shooting JJ. In return Brad went to Haiti and Davos with her.I thought relationship was about give and take, and I did not realize that Mother in laws are supposed to share in pregnancy, mine was not involved in my pregnancies.People like Jizzy are going to wait for a long time for this relationship to be over. Brad has started going to Africa before he and Angie hooked up, why is it hard to imagine that there are beautiful places outside America, and considering the mess going on with Anniston, getting away from California was the smart thing to do. The media flooded us with stories of how dangerous Namibia was and how Angie is endangering her children’s lives, but with the pictures and videos coming out of Namibia, many people realise how safe and beautiful the place is. It is the level of ignorance of the world around us that make people think that Americans are stupid, and people like Jizzy will certainly not help in combating that opinion, but luckily, there are many more Bamz supporters who are so aware and open minded that it says much for Brad and Angelina for the type of fans who they attract. I enjoy reading these posts from BAMZ fans.
