I have seen almost all of Brad film. Whether its comedy in The mexican, MMsmith or intense film or thriller, He easily morph to the character he play. Unfortunately, He was too pretty, too big that overshadow his acting talent. I wish as he mature, people will really take serious on his talent. Didn’t Tom Hank get his 2 Oscar when he was at 40 something ? I can’t wait for Babel and JJ, and how much I love his new family, I still wish He would be on cannes this year.

#211 IndiaI don’t think Brad Pitt has had a chance to show his acting chops yet. Yes, he’s been great at light comedy, as in Ocean’s 11 &12, and has been able to be the enigmatic, troubled, quiet rugged guy in River Runs Through It and Legends of the Fall, but in the latter Aidan Quinn was the better actor and the former the scenery of Montana was the best character. Men don’t get to the A-list until into their thirties, and don’t really hit the best roles until into their 40’s. His prime is now, and the fact that he is given the chance in meaty roles is a testament to the fact that his previous work put him on the A-list according to producers and he can reap the rewards now if he has it in him.Personally, I think he does. He has shown in movies like Spy Game and Interview with the Vampire that he can be soulful and express emotions in a closeup, as well as carry the physical presence of a leading man. He has aged well, and now his looks are not a distraction, but an asset. I think Brad Pitt is entering his best decade.
