Beverly Hills, California :: The American Film Institute (AFI) honored The Arquette Family with the Sixth Annual "Platinum Circle Award" at a luncheon yesterday afternoon at the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel. This award is given annually to honor a family whose creative contributions have significantly enhanced the entertainment community — Clifford, Lewis Rosanna, Richmond, Patricia, Alexis, and David Arquette along with family members Courtney Cox Arquette and Thomas Jane. Actress Jennifer Aniston, 37, stayed classic in black and wore her signature shades (a pair of high-end Oliver Peoples "Commander" sunglasses) to the Arquettes‘ special day. In that close up shot of JA and CC, Aniston looks like she has a mustache. I’m serious. Now I understand the Maniston nickname.
This is not meant to take side but does no one think that AJ’s pictures are not also airbrushed. I went to the recommended website and they are definiately brushed. She does have lovely features but did get voted for the worst skin. I’m sure they do some work on her photos too just to make her look perfect…she is pretty but not perfectly smoothed skinned like her pictures show. Let’s face it, all of hollywood is about money and fame and she is no different from anyone else. She and JA have the same agenda….that is their job, that’s what they do for a living and for anyone to think that AJ is not a part of the hollywood hype but a good sameratin, …yes she charitable but that’s NOT her first job. She’s an actress, she knows how to work the system like any other person out there. She’s no worse than any of the others but she’s no better either.

Actually, looking closer at ALL the pictures–she looks like really needed an upper-lip wax. Ugh.
She was probably out on a bender with VV, rolled out of bed and went out wearing the same clothes. Nasty.

I too like both Aniston and Jolie, but I don’t think the "breakup" was due to children issues. Brad did a lot of movies in their marriage (and has 4 coming up). I think he could have rebounded from Gwenyth; and while very fond of Jennifer, was not madly in love. Then he flipped over Angie on the set and basically remade himself to win her. Angie’s first priority is her UN work and Jennifer loves acting - more power to both of them. i dont know jen loves acting she may be. but too sad she isn`t great actor. the reason i think was vf interview. actors have always to do their best but she made an excuse for failing in her movie. i am afraid.

She was cited as having worst skin because of her tattoos not because she has acne or leathery skin. You should get the results of teh top ten celebrities with best skin based on High definition TV. I don’t have a vested interest in either side but in reading these 3 hundred and some posts here is what I’ve noticed:1. People put down JA for smoking like that makes her a bad person….helloooooo Brad smokes2. People only seem to pit AJ’s looks against JA as if that makes her the better person…..wonder if AJ was not as pretty….would those who seem to be really enamored with her now be as protective?

#317 Bigtexan, I doubt anyone would be paying much attention to Aj if she was ugly. It is true though, she is beautiful and looks like she is a good mother and a good humanitarian. Sorry to say but her acting sucks. the only movie I liked her in was Mr. and Mrs. Smith…actually..I kind of liked Original Sin. And as for JA, I know BAMZ fans are gonna crucify me for saying this, but I love JA! FRIENDS is one of my favorite shows and Rachel Green was my favorite character.

You should look other threads about Brad, Angie and Jennifer for you to have a more substantive analysis. Also remeber that this site is international or global in scope.

Please! EVERYONE Please Stop!! Brad, Angelina nor I, can control what is being said about us and our past personal choices. We have ALL tried very hard to keep our personal matters to ourselves, despite having wanted to give some insight to my fans for which I am regrettably sorry.Yes it is true I am not an A list actress. I am confused and in a place of inertia because my movies haven’t done so well, but I am still just starting out in this Movie career I have CHOSEN. Angelina Jolie is not a home wrecker. I was the home wrecker if one has to use that unrelated and derogatory term. I chose not to have the kind of "home" that would make true the dreams Brad had and he is finding now with Angelina and their children. Did I want this with Brad……? I was never really sure because my own drive and aspirations to further my acting goals were always in the way. I loved Brad. He is a good man and he deserves to be happy. So does Angelina and so do I. I am not a victim, I am not having "pity parties", I am simply trying to do what I need to do to promote my career and fulfill my aspirations as an actor. Why is this such a difficult ideology for people to understand about women to choose a career over having children? Yes I do want children one day. It is just not today. This is why Vince and I do not talk of children. This is why we are good together right now. This is why Brad and I couldn’t keep our relationship together. He didn’t want to wait any longer. It was the greatest act of love for both of us, to let each other free. No one stole that from us. No one.I choose NOT to have children at this stage of my life. Brad chose to move on so he could. He is 7 years older than me and was within his rights to make that choice to have children as I was within my rights not to. We made that decision together. It was peaceful. It was what was right for us. Sorry it has not been right for you.I will admit that I believed somewhere in my soul that Brad would hang in there with me for a few more years, but when he honestly said he couldn’t, I accepted it. After that decision he emotionally checked out of the marriage and found solace in working, and his friendship with Angelina. At the time it did challenge some uncharted emotions,but I made the decision once again. I loved myself enough to follow my own heart and be true to myself. And so I filed the papers as we togetheragreed. His relationship to Angelina was not a threat to me. I admire her as an actress and a woman. I think her work in the UHNCR is admirable. It’s just not for me. We are different. That is OK. Why isn’t it for you?The media has made a spectacle and circus out of all of us. It has hurt everyone involved because WE are the people who’s faces are spread across the media in hopes of fighting the atrocities created by tabloids and gossip blogs and entertainment paparazzi’s for their own financial ends. This is not good journalism.Please stop the bickering. Yea I smoked pot, yea I smoke cigs,yea some of my movies suck, yea I left Brad to pursue my own career. It’s my life.
