OlderJennifer Aniston: NYC
Given Vince Vaughn’s recent success with landing punch lines, there was considerable hope that if anybody could inject a little zip into the stagnating romcom, he’d be the guy to pull it off.
And he still might — one of these days.
In the meantime, there’s "The Break-Up," a major disappointment of an anti-romantic comedy for which Vaughn shares producer and story credits in addition to sharing the screen with real-life squeeze Jennifer Aniston.
Bottom Line: Don’t Believe The Hype
That’s one big OUCH from The Hollywood Reporter! BURNED. Will fans flock to theaters for The Break-Up anyway for the former Friends star? She is very funny and genuine. Even if this movie sucks there will be others… she just needs the right parts.
#2: she is working out, but NOT in the bed with Vince. !!!! Jen is living healthier than ever since she got rid of Brad. SHE LOOKS FANTASTIC. Who cares about the movie, there will be others…. Vince is not as talented as Jennifer.
If this movie sucks it is because of Vince ! He produced it.
I am sorry but I just can’t see her in a leading role. I don’t think she has the talant and screen presence and the character to be in a leding part. Holiwood is full of much younger, pretier and more talanted actresses. Still wish her happiness but she is chasing a ghost with this big screen career. Ain’t gonna happen…

They are not a couple in real life : it’s tabloid fiction. Sure they played on it, but the reality is they are not a couple.
This movie does look boring…. JA and VV never looked good together. Vince isn’t funny or interesting. Vince should be doing B-Movie roles, not leading.

According to San Mateo native Bernstein, Aniston and fellow "friend" Lisa Kudrow are "the most horrible human beings in the world." Apparently the two actresses would call the writers frequently with "ideas that were idiotic." "Matthew Perry was the only one we’d listen to," Bernstein says. "He’s a genuinely funny dude and could be a comedy writer. The rest of the stuff was inane." At the time Bernstein was on the "Friends" staff, Aniston was dating Brad Pitt, and Pitt’s movie "Fight Club" was released. Some of the writing staff was invited to the premiere and reported that at the after party, Aniston came up to the writers and said, "Guys, seriously, we need to do more stuff like this." The writers said something to the effect of, "Yeah, but this is a gritty, edgy, violent thriller. We write a half-hour comedy for network TV." Bernstein recalls that from then on, whenever Aniston would call with ideas or complaints, the writers would hang up and one of them would say, "What we need to do is stuff like ‘Fight Club.’" "That was a running joke all year," Bernstein says.
Suddenly lots of SUPPOSEDLY MEN leaving comments? Maybe women changing their names to male names so to prove she got lots of male fans? Never occur that on Maxims, FHM or other male magazines. Kinda weird isn’t it? "Nelly" perhaps?
ROTFLMAO prior to the movie bombing all the other Jen’s threads everybody wrote how talented both of them are and what a great couple. If this Bombs its Vince’s fault because he wrote it and he is not a talented actor. Why is that?

I’ll PASS. Even the trailers are not funny. They showed it I watched Da Vinci Code & The Break Up trailer not even funny. People stayed quiet during the whole time of the teaser & just 2 middle-aged women shrieking with joy seeing their idol on the big screen. When you watch a trailer you suppose to be seeing the best scenes & on this one, I just said that’s it? I guess I am saving my hard earned money on this one. Poor Vince I like him in so much. Jen I coudn’t care.
