Angelina Jolie on the Beach

Angelina Jolie pulled her loved ones closer and took advantage of a break in the weather in Namibia. Angelina, Maddox and a friend took a walk on the beach near their resort on May 6 (three weeks before Shiloh was born).  Said an observer: "They looked like any normal happy family."  In the backdrop is the "Oyster Bar" that the whole Pitt family ate at the weekend before last. Send bigger and better InTouch and Star scans this way!  Yesterday, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt released a statement saying,  “We would like to deeply thank the staff of the Cottage Medi-Clinic Hospital for all their kindness and commitment in assuring the successful birth of our daughter.” The couple’s obstetrician Jason Rothbart, M.D., was assisted by the local staff of the Cottage Medi-Clinic Hospital. "Angelina underwent a scheduled cesarean due to breech presentation," Dr. Rothbart said. "The baby was a healthy 7 lbs. Brad was with Angelina in the operating room the entire time and cut the umbilical cord of his daughter. The surgery and birth went flawlessly. The staff, nurses and doctors I worked with at the Cottage Medi-Clinic Hospital were amazing, it was a team effort."

I like Vince, but my dislike for X outweighs my like for Vince. Sorry, won’t shell out my valued $10 just to annoy and punish my self. However, I would probably rent it, once the DVD is out … as I like Vince. # 521 | No mercy ======================521 - ITA, I like Vince and if not for X I would maybe go see the movie, But I Don’t like Jen, I dont hate her, but I have no love for her what so ever. And I refuse to see the movie based on that fact. As a matter of fact, I look forward to the movie flopping. My dislike for her began with the beginning of Friends, has Notta, to do with Angie and Brad.

AG- what is wrong? Is eveything OK. I’m still trying to catch up from being gone 2 days. BTW- I saw the warnings to Stef. I have shared alot of personal info as well as my personal email address at least twice, should I get another one? So far I haven’t gotten hate mails yet, but I don’t know. do you think they would send emails to or accounts?

# 453 | Nf+++++++++++Actually…this is the first time I can remember Ted saying anything nice about X. He once all but called her a cold *****. That’s one reason I’m not surprised he ended the piece with a catty comment that he facetiously took back.

Feeling Leftout! @ 06/01/2006 at 1:07 pm

What a bunch of crap, I think someone is feeling left outBRAD PITT IS HOMESICKCourtesy of the Britain Star MagazineBrad Pitt is fed up with his life in Namibia and is desperate to return to the US, it has been claimed. The ‘Troy’ actor - who moved to the Southern African country before the birth of his first child, Shiloh Nouvel, with Angelina Jolie - is said to ‘loathe’ his life there.A source told Britain’s Star magazine: ‘They are cooped up in the hotel, the food isn’t great and he doesn’t like the heat. He seems thoroughly depressed and I think he misses Malibu.’ ‘Angelina is unhappy because he won’t go along with her plans. She is so passionate about Namibia and wants Brad to be too, but you get the feeling he just has a yearning to put down some roots. Going to Africa was bizarre for him.’ Earlier this week, it was revealed that Brad cut the umbilical cord of his new daughter when she was born. The actor was in the delivery room while Angelina delivered the baby via Caesarean section in a private hospital on Saturday (27.05.06). The couple’s American obstetrician, Jason Rothbart - who travelled to Namibia for the birth - said: ‘The baby was a healthy 7lb. Brad was with Angelina the entire time and cut the umbilical cord. The surgery and birth went flawlessly.’

#578- angelahAngelah, me too. lol. I may have to buy Life & Style which I always refuse to even look at. It has the most adorable picture of Brad on the cover which I don’t ever remember seeing before and right below, Brad gushes, "she’s the most beautiful baby ever." It will take real determination to walk by that one.

I PITTY U ALL @ 06/01/2006 at 1:18 pm

I PITTY all you people. Who has time to repeat things over and over about the same people they do not know. Then to speak hateful and nasty things just to get back at each other, There is no winner here and never will be. THE saddest thing is when you bamz fans fight against each other. It is all so childish and this is your way of trying to out samrt someone or make yourself seem all high and mighty. The bottom line is your all a bunch of people who have nothing better to do than start crap, one way or the other..Good day FOLKS AND (KIDS)

# 588 | lookwhaticandoThe link’s still there. I wonder if that’s really SHiloh’s lil hand hmm

BTW Thanks # 542 | ((chanel)) |

# 587 | African Girl | I agree, but something horrible dawned on me. When I sent my personal email to PT and Stef we were all giddy about the phone fics and were plotting and planning so I just went ahead and posted it, so did stef, but now I realize they can use our email ads and sign in with a diff name (duhh, it never crossed my mind at the time) :). I am definetly changing my email, does that mean I need to let JJ know???

Here’s a something that jumped out from of TBU review: … she (X) remains a curiously annoying screen presence, perhaps more suited to outlets of television size. Now an 18% rating on rottentomatoes, but the "cream of the crop" reviews from major outlets is still at zero. By tomorrow a whole flood of reviews will get posted.

people AJ article is up its long but i will try to cut and paste it.Even a woman who does her own knock-down, drag-out stunts can be thrown for a loop by childbirth. Two days after she gave birth to her new daughter on May 27 at the small Cottage Medi-Clinic in Swakopmund, a coastal town of some 20,000 in the African nation of Namibia, Angelina Jolie reported "feeling good, but a bit sore," says a friend. Mostly, though, the new mom, along with dad Brad Pitt, are flat-out ecstatic about the arrival of their newborn daughter, 7-lb. Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt, who was delivered via scheduled C-section (she was feetfirst, or in breech position, inside the womb) by the couple’s L.A. obstetrician, Jason Rothbart, who flew to Africa for the surgery. "Brad was with Angelina in the operating room the entire time and cut the umbilical cord of his daughter," Rothbart told PEOPLE. The couple themselves offered their gratitude in a statement to PEOPLE. "We would like to deeply thank the staff of the Cottage Medi-Clinic hospital for all their kindness and commitment in assuring the successful birth of our daughter," they said. Jolie also provided another bit of news. Says her friend: "She said the baby is beautiful." As if there were any doubt. Yes, after months of hyper-anticipation, the world’s most glamorous family has welcomed its newest, littlest member. The birth itself was "very touching," and everything went "absolutely normally," says Peter Sander, director of the Cottage Medi-Clinic. "(Angelina) was treated like any other mother-to-be. She had no special requests and ate the normal hospital food." A radiant mom and baby checked out three days after the birth. Before leaving, the new parents thanked the staff, says Sander: "Brad said, ‘It felt like home to us.’ " Pitt, 42, and Jolie, 31, chose Namibia as their daughter’s birthplace in April, when the entire clan, including Shiloh’s big brother Maddox, 4, and big sister Zahara, 1, settled in at the secluded Burning Shore hotel. Now back at the lodge, "everyone is doing well," regional governor Samuel Nuuyoma tells PEOPLE. "Both (Brad and Angelina) are very excited and happy." And Shiloh? "She’s crying a lot to let them know she’s healthy, so it’s good." While Shiloh – who is automatically a U.S. citizen with two American parents and also will be offered Namibian citizenship – flaunts her lung power, her parents are reveling >cont

# 567 | guli That’s the worst review of TBU that I’ve read yet. The only positive thing said was about the supporting cast.

about TBU’s review…i think vv’s and ja’s fans will go and watch it because everyone is feeling bad for her…you know underdog….if it happens the opposite….with flop…man….it will be so devastating for ja….though i never like her, i never want her to be so low in her self-esteem….i don’t like her because of her actions and the actions of her fans…i hope her fans will stand by her and support her….anyways, bamzs is a family and i am so happy for them…brad and angie is the epitome of all time famous celeb family…it’s like a dream come true…and whatever the outcome of this dream…i wish it to be happy, long lasting and healthy…bamzs rocks and rules!!

in their new addition. "It’s an exciting time for Brad and Angie, and we are really happy for them and the kids," Brad’s brother Doug Pitt told Missouri’s Springfield News-Leader. (Despite tabloid reports, Angelina’s brother James Haven was not in the hallway outside the delivery room, although he was in Namibia.) Jolie’s estranged father, actor Jon Voight, 67, also offered his best wishes: "I’m very, very excited for the both of them. My love is with them always." Meanwhile, Namibia – a place best known for the arid vastness of the Namib desert – has found itself basking in the spotlight. Locals greeted the news with pride and dismissed talk that choosing Namibia for the birth posed any risk. At the well-regarded Cottage Medi-Clinic, Jolie and her new daughter received thoroughly modern care. "She wasn’t having the baby in the middle of the bushes," says pal Ivanna Iafigliola-Kriner of the DRC project, a community initiative to which Jolie and Pitt announced a $15,000 donation on May 29. The couple also announced a $300,000 donation for the purchase of maternity-ward medical equipment for two Namibian state hospitals. "We want to contribute to Namibia and the people who have been so gracious to us at this time," they said in a statement. The donation, says their philanthropic adviser Trevor Neilson, "is a thank-you and a recognition that not all parents are as lucky, that the world needs to do more to help parents who don’t have access to a safe place to have their children." Clearly the pair have developed a deep affection for the country, which Jolie visited in 2002 while filming the drama Beyond Borders. After spending the first part of the year hopscotching across Europe – from London to Berlin to Paris – the family quickly settled into a low-key routine at the Burning Shore, which consists of two lodges (the couple have been renting the entire facility). "It’s very plain – it’s not an upmarket establishment," says one local. "But it’s situated right at the beach and you can be private." Whether racing ATVs with Maddox or taking Zahara for a bicycle ride, Pitt has been especially hands-on with Jolie’s older kids, whom he is in the process of adopting. During a mid-April visit to the Harnas Wildlife Foundation in Namibia, of which Jolie is a supporter, "Brad, three little Bushman kids, Maddox and my brother’s little boy had a wrestling competition on the lawn," cont>

Lynn Campbell @ 06/01/2006 at 1:37 pm

Does anyone know how long after a movie comes out the stars keep promoting it? X is going to be on The View tomorrow ( where she will be fawned over again, I’m sure) and I was thinking that was probably going to be one of the last interviews promoting TBU. But I believe I read on an earlier post that Tom Cruise was just on a show still promoting MiIII - good grief. So now I’m thinking we still may have to endure some more promotion from X and VV in the coming weeks.

cont> says pal Marlice van Vuuren, a director of the wildlife sanctuary. "They were jumping on (Brad) and played with him the whole time. He was really enjoying it." Now that Shiloh is here, the family is expected to remain in Namibia for a few weeks before heading back to L.A. so Pitt can begin shooting Ocean’s Thirteen. He’s also due to film the fable Benjamin Button with Cate Blanchett in New Orleans this fall; Jolie, for her part, has no current projects in the works since wrapping The Good Shepherd and Beowulf late last year. Mostly, both parents are focusing on the roles of Mom and Dad. "They have this incredible warmth for kids," says musician Wyclef Jean, a friend. "Theirs is one blessed baby." http://people.aol.com/people/articles/0,19736,1199262_4,00.htmlDamn that was long well I did my part for today . Enjoy

tanks raqchel!!!

# 598 Lynn–I wondered the same thing. If it’s a movie that is getting good word of mouth and is building an audience it seems that we see the stars longer. But I’d bet VV and X will be gone within the next week thank god.

deng typin’ w/ one finger sucks.. meant THANKS**
