# 381 | EstelleEstelle, it is sad to see what happened, but unfortunately, I’m not surprised. As I’ve mentioned before, I had seen all kinds of behavior at the first forum I hanged out at. And it taught me a lot - both good and bad. I hate to say it, but I see repeats of it here. Criticisms of regulars for talking too much of their personal life. If Internet behaviors are universal, eventually there will be criticisms of posting of song lyrics, poems, etc. Patience and tolerance aren’t common in anonymity. Though it may make you think twice in whom you interact with, don’t let it disillusion you too much. People’s true colors always come out, whether they are apparent from the start or it takes some time for them to blow their cover. You’ll find out soon enough whom you can trust. I missed the very first season. Because of the raves by fans, I checked it out for the second and third seasons. I hated the fillers, with the profiles of nobody I cared for, or the corny music videos. I think I had it in Fantasia’s season. The girl is just one step up from Macy Gray. How the hell did she win??? I remember watching Fantasia sing and I couldn’t stand her screeching so much I actually yelled "SHUT UP" at the tv. I won’t be like X and dismiss AI, as I believe the show has substance and talent - if in theory. It’s America’s most popular show, which is better than saying Baywatch (hello France? or was it Germany?). I’m not that impressed with the winning and runner-up singers though. Most of the AI singers over-sing with Christina Aguilera as their role model. They may have the talent but they lack the interpretation of songs. Where are the Ettas? The Sam Cookes? Even then…. I still think Kelly Clarkson warbles and has too much of a trill in her notes. Clay Aiken, ehhhh, let’s not bother going there. To show where my mind has been, when I saw a news lead about what millions of Americans were waiting to hear, I thought the news was about the Jolie-Pitt baby. Instead, it was the winner of AI. Ho-hum.

Wouldn’t it be fanny if the cover of People has the Shiloh picture by itself, no parents in the shot? That would kill me. Besides Prince William, I can’t think of another baby that became a solo cover model in it’s first week of life.
