OlderJennifer Aniston Buys Tracie Martyn
Tomorrow is shaping up as a pivotal day in Jennifer Aniston’s movie career. If you don’t already know, she’s opening in "The Break-Up" with unofficial real-life boyfriend Vince Vaughn. The reviews are scathing; the movie is said to be terrible. If Aniston’s built-in audience doesn’t show up tomorrow night, there’s going to be trouble.
According to the Internet Movie Database, Aniston has a couple more comedies and a thriller on the horizon. Unfortunately, the material doesn’t look terrific and except for George Hickenlooper, the directors attached to the projects aren’t very promising.
It’s hard to say what’s gone wrong here: in person Aniston is a friendly, generous soul who so far has not played the diva card. She’s accessible and amiable.
If "The Break-Up" is really as shrill and annoying as the advance notices indicate, Aniston may really have trouble attracting audiences in the future. She really should take a page from the playbooks of Goldie Hawn and other actresses who needed custom-made material to get out of ruts. And fast!

Back about 2002 Jen had heavy cracks on her forehead that was really noticeable on one ep.of Friends with close-ups . Now four years later her forehead is almost without lines.Ahh, the wonder that is Botox!

I do not find JA at all attractive. I don’t see it. She is an OK actress/ She is very limited. She is an actress and not too bright. She tries hard and is just mediorce. She is not very smart this shows in her work and her decisions. Who buys their husband Girls Gone Wild videos for his birthday? She is an idiot. Too self absorbed to notice her husbands need for a family . You get what you give in life Miss Aniston.
To Jenn’s fans: This topic is about the movie – so why are you going on and on about Brad and Angie and Shiloh? i.e. Holie, reviews from M&MS, karma, etc. See this is why no one wants to see her movies. Your behavior on this site and others is real turn off. Geez, let it go already. Why not try a different tactic and help in converting fans and winning back others so her career can be somewhat respectable and successful? Obviously, she doesn’t have enough TV fans for her movies to make the top 10. Instead, you turn a bunch of us - who are professional, independent and successful women - away from her with your hateful words and constant reference to Brad. If that’s all you have, then NO movie will ever be successful. LET IT GO!

Are we never going to get to read a word about JA or Vince Vaughn without having to weed through a bunch of **** about brad pitt and not-so-holy-jolie? I’m a fan of Aniston’s and she had a very long and successful run on TV before Brad. Vince is a total gem. I plan to see The Break Up. It’s my money so shut the F up.
#77 Jen fan**It is just the truth. Read any interview of an actress over 40. The older actors want to act with 20 - 30 year olds . Renee Russo said the minute she turned 40 the scripts given to her dropped. Now she still works but she is an established star. Second JA got alot of films she is doing now because Brad started a production company.Those are facts. That you felt the need to insult tell me you know I am right.

They really believe that after she divorced him she secretly wants him back, even though she divorced him, and I think they fear she just might get him back. JA just isn’t a leading lady, sorry, but its true…she’s good in ensembles and was good on Friends, but i’d never pay money just to see her. She does’nt have that "it" that charlize, julia roberts, reese witherspoon etc have, and no matter how much her PR try to spin it the other way, it’s just not there. I love her style though, lol, that’s about all that is appealing about her.Oh and the comment about karma…thats just really hilarious. Seriously, for JA fans that are so worried about AJ’s karma, dont u ever wonder what JA did to get this kinda karma directed at her? She musta screwed someone over in her life…did’nt she hook up w/ one of her old boyfriend’s while he was engaged or had a preg girlfriend or something? # 86 lala–Well, JA end end up shriveled and washed up with no children because of the abortion she had when she was married to Brad. That, and her drug, use, was why he dumped her.

#95 what proof do you have Jen had an abortion? If anyone would get an abortion it would’ve been Jolie. Maybe that’s why she’s so depressed all the time. Her father has begged her to get help and begged for someone to intervene so he could at least Talk to her, but she won’t have anything to do with him. She’s a spiteful, unforgiving person. And Brad didn’t dump Jen, she LEFT him because he was cheating. Divorce takes time to recover and heel from……..sometimes years, of course, if you’re cheating it doesn’t. If your cheating you don’t miss a beat and go on to be with the person you cheated with…like Brad did with Angie.
Angie is naturally beautiful? Compare her pictures years ago and now: something has been done to her eyes and chin. her eyes before are more deep set and nearer to each other. now, they are farther apart and that chin suddenly is now a few mm longer. cmon, angie worshippers. let us see if you have the guts to look into old Angie pictures and now.Natural in Hollywood? Speaking of proof, where’s the proof that Aniston is a drug user? Seem to recall that Jolie admitted she was and some pretty hard core drugs at that.
to #95 billie - I think there may have been rumors that Jen had a miscarriage. Never read anything that indicated an abortion. That poster is just being mean. A lot of the bamz-ers believe you gotta drag Jen Aniston through the dirt to make their idols look cleaner. It’s pretty ridiculous.

I’m not gonna see this movie, and will convince all my friends to skip it. Watched the trailer, which was awful and unpleasent. Jennifer is really boring to watch. Not going to pay 10 bucks to watch Rachel Green whom I can see on TV free anyway. Plus she is boring me to death.
As comedic actors go, Aniston & Vaughn have the skills. They’re not trying to be big-time dramatic actors–This is a SUMMER movie for christ’s sake! The net has made the pre-review of movies the latest thing, personally I’ll wait to make up my own mind.
