Angelina Jolie Beach Pictures

More pictures of then-pregnant Angelina Jolie and son Maddox walking one of the sandy beaches in Namibia with Brad’s brother, Doug Pitt (as captioned in Star Magazine). MIA were Brad Pitt and baby Zahara.  And if you didn’t know, Angelina had her legal team secure the following internet domain names soon after baby Shiloh was born last Saturday –

ShilohJolie.com
ShilohPitt.com
ShilohNouvel.com
Shiloh-Nouvel.com
ShilohJoliePitt.com
ShilohJolie-Pitt.com
Shiloh-Jolie-Pitt.com
ShilohNouvelJoliePitt.com
ShilohNouvelJolie-Pitt.com
ShilohNouvel-Jolie-Pitt.com
Shiloh-Nouvel-Jolie-Pitt.com

And it would seem that Shiloh-Jolie.com and Shiloh-Pitt.com were snatched up by some other folk. Wonder what’ll turn up on those sites soon enough… And some early reviews of Angelina in her upcoming espionage drama The Good Shepherd (Release Date :: December 22, 2006) have turned up on AICN thanks to Frenchy!

Angelina Jolie and William Hurt are pretty much the next two leads - with Hurt doing what Hurt does (all I can say) and Jolie proving once again that she is full of surprises. She’s flirty in this, cynical — and even naive which I don’t think is something we’ve seen in her arsenal before. I never think of Jolie as wounded or vulnerable and I think this performance will show people just how big her range is. Its a part that gets to build througout and then e-x-p-l-o-d-e. AGAIN - JOLIE‘S NEXT OSCAR NOD.

UPDATE :: "All About Baby!" US Weekly scans added.

# 666 | carmella—————Hey , were there many people in the theaters to watchTBU yesterday? Are u going to watch again today?

interesting @ 06/03/2006 at 11:35 am

If TBU does well it because of the production company marketing this movie everywhere. From ESPN to Regis to the NBA games. Lets see what the total US gross is? No movies from JA for a while. HEY. Hopefully she will go out and hang with VV. BTW all the people that are now if love with VV. So you rather be with a man who loves to drink. Who has said himself that he is not a one woman man. I wish JA the best, I hope she last a relationship with VV so we don’t have to hear anymore that JA is not happy because of Brad.

..and the guy said."well the best thing about the movie is seeing JA naked" My husband said…….If that’s the best thing about this movie he can say…… then I think most men will go ahead and buy a Playboy. LOL! # 644 | Moi Jade Hahahah

# 632 | cindy2 I still don’t get that part.

Andrómeda @ 06/03/2006 at 6:17 pm

I don´t think TBU will do it outside North America… In my country, Argentina, nobody knows who VV is, and as JA she was known as Brad´s woman ("Friends" was in cable, and not many people has cable, so…)I won´t spend my money in that movie, and also sometimes movies don´t even appear in cinemas and go directly to video or dvd, and I´m thinking that´s going to happen with TBU.

#591I didn’t know a man could fall in lust with a kid, too.

freidaflo @ 06/04/2006 at 7:56 am

TBU—-Hubby said if it’s j. alba,s. johansson, or maybe j.lo naked , he’ll go see the movie. These girls have curves and flesh. In one of the trailers we saw, JA ’s back is shown. Seem like the bones are sticking out.Perfect for anatomy- vertebra classes. For someone who enjoys life to the fullest-just tanning, drinking , smoking, sometimescasino gambling and no child / husband to take care of. What a life.!!!! Forgot the dog.Now it is perfectly clear why her fans are so madat brangelina… Need to explain?

malibumom @ 06/04/2006 at 6:39 pm

I am sure you all know the Break-up earned 38 million and topped x-men-Now we can move on-COngrats to JA and VV

Hey Malaya, I’ve always been curious as to how Filipinos reacted to that crack about the buck 50 being a Filipino when Vince and Brad are eating at that diner and he’s describing getting spotted. Do Filipinos take offense to that crack? Question can also be answered by any other Filipino and Filipino-American. # 632 | cindy2 Hey cindy2. I probably logged off when you posted this. I’m still lost among the various threads. Anyho, on that crack from Vince, sorry that went past me – Is he talking about a 50 dollar bill? Or is he talking about 50 cent? LOL. Sometimes, the slang language just slips pass me. And I’m sure its the same for those who are not well versed with the English language (both the slang and American one) and its nuances. So if its something offensive, I didn’t catch it. LOL. Sometimes ignorance is bliss…LOL.Personally, I don’t take offense if the context is meant to be a joke. Unless, its really something that is derogatory or a false assumption of us Filipinos/our country and could be taken by those who are not in the know to be true. We are basically happy people so anything that is a joke is taken as that. And that is reflected on how we took as a nation the election of a former actor to the presidential seat and sort of just make a joke out of it. Look at how the Erap jokes proliferated during his term and to some extent still a favorite ice breaker during a lull in conversation & discussion. I don’t know with the others but to me the answer would be NO. Its really seldom that you hear a protest the likes of when some British dictionaries printed one of the meanings of Filipina as domestic helper. But at that time I feel the same way as some that no amount of protesting can erase or revise the meaning of the word since that’s the social reality. As a Filipino what should be focused and worked on is not to create an uproar to have the meaning removed but for Filipinos abroad to show the world that there is more to being a Filipina/Filipino than hired help. Claire Danes was once declared by the city of Manila as persona non grata for her remarks: "ghastly and weird city." (Danes description of Manila from Vogue April issue); and "smelled of cockroaches, with rats all over, and that there is no sewerage system, and the people do not have anything - no arms, no legs, no eyes." (in Premiere).Although Danes has since then explained her side and I quote what she said, - "Because of the subject matter of our film Brokedown Palace, the cast was exposed to the darker and more impoverished places of Manila. My comments in Premiere magazine only reflect those locations, not my attitude towards the Filipino people. They were nothing but warm, friendly, and supportive", many were offended by her remarks and thought that an apology was needed. At that time I neither have the time nor inclination to take offense on what some HW actress say about a particular city in my country. I was more interested in other relevant issues. To me if she really said that, its really a reflection of her character than me taking offense on her opinion of just a part of the Philippines and her being an ignorant fool on taking the assumption that the whole country is like that.

First malaya, I think we’re not cut out for predicting box office figures, huh? Well, usually, I’m pretty good with predicting the #1 movie and its weekend take within a million. But I admit that my prediction was colored by bias and the bad word-of-mouth buzz. Oh well, there’s still next week! Here you go with my reply# 685 | malayaYou missed me as you logged off, while I missed your saying your goodbyes before I posted that question. I’ve always been curious anyway since I hear Vince’s crack. To help you with American idioms, buck 50 means weighing 150 pounds. Vince’s Eddie was saying that instead of a woman spotting him as Brad’s John had thought, a small man in the form of a Filipino could be the hitman. I’m not sure you’re familiar with the Asian stereotypes that are insulting to Asian-Americans (but knowing how familiar with American culture you are, I’m suspecting you do)). In the States, the small, Asian man is the generalization to mock and ridicule Asians. When I was with couple of radical, bordering-on-militant Asian sites, that is a real sore spot for Asian guys. Now, my brothers would take offense as none are small even by supposed American standards. "And that is reflected on how we took as a nation the election of a former actor to the presidential seat and sort of just make a joke out of it."No kidding? So you guys thought our Ronald Reagan was such a great model, your people wanted your own version of Reagan. Was your actor in the first stages of - I’m serious - Alzheimers? Only in States do our people elect a man mentally incompetent and propped up by his handlers and wife through EIGHT years of administration. Yup, we like figureheads as our nation’s leader. Now, sure, Reagan was an amiable guy, as could be said about Bush, but the head of the state of the world’s most powerful nation shouldn’t be Mr. Congeniality. That is quite a stigma to bear to have your nationality equated as a domestic help, no matter how many Filipinas do work as maids. Though callous, smug elitists see them as lowly domestic workers, I see them as hard-workers devoted to their families as they work their asses off (often to exploitation) to send money back home. That’s an Asian ideal of family first. With your Danes citation, I vaguely recall her getting into hot waters with those ignorant and arrogant aspersions. Then again, I never really cared for. Especially didn’t like her for cavorting with a man whose partner was pregnant. I find it extremely distasteful and disrespectful to the pregnant mother-to-be and the child. But hell, you won’t be seeing me crapping on any of her fan sites or flogging her out of context. That chick must isolate herself in the Ivory Tower when she’s home because I can tell you that we have our slums and eyesores all over America. What’s so funny is the city I live in, the so-called uppercrust Tony neighborhoods are often surrounded by the neighborhoods housing the lowest income . But my city is progressive - even if in theory - and is on the right track of creating mixed-income communities with housing projects among single-family houses. I do remember watching a travel show with Hunter Reno, rafting down a river in the Philippines. Not only did the adventure look fun, but the locales looked gorgeous. Your country’s tourism office is slacking and needs to get cracking to promote the beautiful countryside. Little Hong Kong is getting more exposure in our States than the Philippines. # 634 | malaya"Anyhoo, I’m outta here my friends…so long..gotta go get some curtain rods."Gee, Malaya, just what are you doing in your house? I remember the previous time, you had to go to the hardware store. Ahhh, did you think I wasn’t paying attention? Do you guys have Home Depot there? What are you some Bob Villa flipping properties? I think I might have to explain that American idiom?

# 686 | cindy2 Thanks for taking the time explaining that to me. Will have to watch the DVD again so I can give a credible response.Sadly, we don’t have a Home Depot. I would have been ecstatic. We’ve got ACE and a local small scale version of Home Depot though. I live in an island & I only have an airport to boast…and oh two suspension bridges… Wow cindy, you’ve got photographic memory…I even forgot I said that. LOL. Just practicing my DIY skills w/ the little renovations we’re doing at the house. ‘Kay I’ll be logging off and will see you later…..between us it will be much later…

# 687 | malaya"Wow cindy, you’ve got photographic memory…I even forgot I said that. LOL. Just practicing my DIY skills w/ the little renovations we’re doing at the house."I wish I had photographic memory. Oddly enough, among my friends and acquaintances, I have the best memory. But that isn’t saying much when I know the things I forget. Ah well, you’d think I hang out with Reagans. Hey, renovations?? Another topic we could talk about. As this is an old thread now, we can talk away with our off-topic discussions without putting any bold warning. Okay, see you later. It’s getting late where I’m at.

[...] Brad Pitt's Parents in Namibia Sat, 03 June 2006 at 12:00 am Bill Pitt (Brad’s father) and Jane Pitt (Brad’s mother) have safely touched down at a local airport in Namibia.  Brad Pitt’s parents are obviously in town to visit their precious 1-week old granddaughter Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt at the Burning Shore Lodge in Swakopmund. Below is a captioned picture from yesterday’s set of beach pictures.  Angelina and Maddox were, in fact, accompanied by Brad’s younger brother, Doug Pitt. The pictures were taken at the Tiger Reef Beach Bar the day before (Friday, May 26) baby Shiloh was born. Well, at least according to Star/ Maddox horses around with Brad’s brother, Doug, at Tiger Reef Beach Bar while Angelina watches on. [...]
