Had they worn out their welcome given Mickey Brett’s heavy-handedness and pending court case for assault in Namibia?Or was it the Namibian outbreak of polio, an infectious viral disease, behind their sudden departure?Press ConferenceThe couple thanked the Namibian government and its people at a news conference Wednesday for the peace they enjoyed in the southwest African country."We are very proud that our daughter was born here, and we leave with fond memories and definitely hungry to return," Pitt, 42, said.It was the couple’s first public appearance since Jolie, 31, gave birth to Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt on May 27 at a private clinic in the resort town of Walvis Bay. The baby weighed 7 pounds and was said to be in good health.But was that good health thratened?Polio Scare? Namibians are not routinely immunized for polio and Shiloh would have been too young to immunize. Presumably Maddox, Zahara and their parents have been immunized back in the U.S.A.or elsewhere and so there would have been no risk to them. Brad and Angelina had stated publicly that they had researched where to best give birth to Shiloh. Apparently they had not considered this. It seemed somewhat anti-American when they decided that the country of their citizenship could not give them the birth experience they desired given privacy and security concerns. True, they could not have bought a government and freedom from the press back home. But was that really necessary? Turns out the U.S.A. might well have been the better place to give birth from a health perspective. Poliomyelitis is virtually eradicated in the U.S.A. Hopefully there will be no need to quarantine Shiloh upon her first entry onto American soil.–Commentary by Jesse Smith

Yeah, Brad is having a second thought or two you’re right…right now he’s thinking…’Hmmmm….I should have taken a bath with Angie this morning, and not a shower…could have lingered longer.’ LOL Or…the other second thought he might be having is about having ever married Maniston in the first place. He feels bad for her that she was a rebound post-Paltrow ‘break up,’ and now feels like he should have waited for his true love to come along…Angelina. He also wonders how he was able to to wake up to that every day for 4 years…But it’s all good - he was on location a lot…plus that old cliche rings true, you don’t really know what you’re missing…til you get it…By the by…thanks for keeping tabs on all my postings here on JJ, I like knowing the fanistons are keeping up w/ me, and reading everything I write…man, didn’t know I had a faniston following. I am just curious why Jen’s fans want her to be pregnant? She is smoking still. Drinking and traveling. She sure doesn’t look like she has any morning sickness going on either. Wouldn’t that be in poor taste for Jen to have an illegitamate child ? I hope she is not pregnant. There has been a full moon and I bet she is on her cycle. At least I hope so for her want to be baby. Shame on her if she is pregnant.
