Maddox Goes To School

Angelina Jolie took her 4-year-old son Maddox Jolie-Pitt to school late last week.  More pictures of Brad Pitt riding his custom made motorcycle have also been included in this entry.  Today marks the United Nations’ World Refugee Day.  Angelina Jolie will give Anderson Cooper 360° an exclusive interview tonight @ 10PM ET/PT on CNN.  The interview was taped June 14 at L’Ermtage hotel in Beverly Hills.  Anderson Cooper has said, "We have a lot of simliar interests in Africa…  We’ve been to a lot of the same places…  It was a free-ranging conversation in which she talked a lot about her family…  [Angelina's] incredibly natural and down-to-earth.  She is like this person you’d wantto hang ou with.  Her commitment to actually trying to do good for other people is incredibly genuine.  Anyone who spends any amount of time with her gets this."  More pictures in the gallery!

1073 / MangelinaOkay, I have go back on look for the point where our paths crossed coz I think I musta pissed you off or somethin’. I gotta tell ya, I really don’t recall anyone by the name MANGELINA. So give me a sec, and we’ll continue this. I know you said Peace out but we both know you are lurking.

True that BP and JA are having meeting w/in next two weeks, face 2 face?

Thanks AG and Indie for your posts. AG, according to what you said, the problems facing some African countries are more complicated than I could even imagine. I have to start reading on this subject. Indie, I agree with you, if a country, no matter how severe the problems are, if it had the blessing to have a good leader, who truly loves it and its people, that country has a chance to succeed. Like the case of Turkey. I visited Istanbul once, and I was very impressed. Before I went I thought it would be just another capital of a 3rd world country. It’s actually like one of Europe’s big cities: Amsterdam comes to my mind. Then I learned that Ataturk was the leader that had the vision to shape Turkey into a western country. My thought when I stood in the middle of Istanbul was: how lucky Turkey was to have a leader like him. I wish that to all the 3rd world countries. Back to Africa, even though there are a lot of differences between the people of a country, it would not be a good thing to divide the country any further, would it? Besides, by which criteria does one go by in cutting up a country so complex like Nigeria per ex? You hear of all the atrocities going on like in Darfur per ex, and on top of that you find out there are special interests that benefit from the whole conflict, and someone like me, just feels so overwhelmed and powerless, and the reaction is to shut the whole thing out of your mind. I can’t help thinking about B&A, when I get to this point. They are so lucky to have somebody to talk to, to share the feelings with, and to do something (no matter how big or small) to help with the situation. Thanks again AG and Indie.

RE: Zahara being jealousCouldn’t AJ have also been referring to the fact that Mad "just loves Shiloh" and words to the effect of Mad playing and holding Shiloh so Z is jealous of the attention Shiloh is getting from Mad? Remember AJ said that when Z came home she was already 7 months old, in effect, to big for Mad to play with the way he plays with Shiloh? You never really see Mad and Z playing together… just a thought… that’s the way I perceived it. But, as some say, middle children usually feel like they’re not getting enough attention because all eyes are on the oldest or the youngest. AJ clearly states that she loves all her children the same, so I assume she spends quality time with each of them.In any event, I think the interview was great and shed light on a subject (refugees) that definitely doesn’t get enough attention.

AG/Indie/ ntt/Anna/ Estelle/Elena/GitaneThank You ladies for redeeming this blog site for me today. Honestly I have been debating about leaving JJ alone and not wasting much more time reading posts that are based in such superficial and meaningless bantering. Just a bit to over the top. Even though I went along to help devour the viscous rumorsI am not a die hard idol worshipper or that fanatic about AJ & BP. I love them as actors and as people..and as a family. I very much enjoyed going through the pregnancy and birth with everyone here, as birth stories are always my favorite. However after reading your posts here you all have influenced me to perhaps stick around and keep peeking in, as your posts here were by far some of the best I have read in awhile. To be educated is the success of all men. I learned things from you all tonight, from your countries, continents, quotes and most importantly your hearts…. and I thank you. I too come back here because of people like you all, who have worthwhile experiences and knowledge to expand my horizons. A shared quest to evolve and make a difference in the understanding of people and how we as a collective whole can help make a difference. Thank You for sharing yourselves, your countries and your experiences. Truly an enjoyable nightcap to a day that left me doubting if I would be back again.Peace~~~~

# 1080 | Karen23 | - Tabloid trash, I don’t believe anything that comes from Life&Style weekly

# 1043 | malibumom l I want to tell you that I appreciated what you said and what you posted. Thank You. I have been debating recently about coming back like I said above as the threads seem to have deteriorated as of late since the coming of certain people who I will not name, but who seem to cause others to get all riled up..and it’s not just Anison fans……Although the majority of people like you…..jpf, OC, PT, everybody above^^^^^^^, Be Sane, Guli, Zylena, stef, ell, Rica, Blu, Alexanderina, Maniston ( and many others too) all have worthy things to say…the overwhelming tone of the threads are becoming just kinda yucky. I might not be around as much…as my days are very full and busy with birthing babies, prenatal visits, teaching…..my family and leatherwork when there is time left over. Your posts have always been gratifying, informative, enlighting and fair. More than I can say about myself when I get so ticked by the ignorance and viscousness I read here toward BAMZS. Especially the children. Breaks my heart to read such vile and hated words. Statring to just bum me out………. I agree with you. It is the ppl that I have met that keep me coming back. I hope it gets better. But I don’t know……….I reallly have no hate toward JA, but just hearing about her is such a turn off. I personally am over all that crap and things are redundant, repetitive and so drwan out………………….* l Alexanderina l Likw wise. Thanks. I will be around. I just don’t think as much. This is the best place to get accurate info that is for sure. It is such a habit now it will be hard not to come back……I just want to take Angelina’s words and her work at the UNHCR to another level in my own life. I work with so many woman and children so her words and efforts really have inspired me…….as all of you here. Just think it’s time for me to give more action on it…..than just words.. I want to organize funding for another WELL in Africathrough the Birth Center. Maybe we could do it here too. http://www.water.org/ Water for Life.

# 1086 | Moi Jade -Please don’t go anywhere, your posts are always a pleasure to read and you to me are a person with so much wonderful stories to be told and knowleges to be share. Please ignore the bad and as you said, the goods are always overcome the bad.

Great article about the Cooper interview… http:/www.freemarket.com/Analysis/56/5466/2006-06-26.asp?wid=56&nid=5466

It is just normal for a man like Brad, to feel extremely happy moving from a Cold Barbie who only cares about looking good and eating healthy and having brand clothes. To a real woman with real brains and honest feelings. Also, she made true his most important wish. She made him a Dad, probably Jen would not have wanted to have a baby not to ruin her ‘perfect’ body???

First let me say that you seem to need serious prof help with your addicition to posting on JJ in brangelina threads.Secondly your theory that AJ has had a limited @ of lovers appears doubtful in the face of her own statements and the fact that her mother reportedly allowed her 14 year old boyfriend to move in so they wouldn’t be sleeping together inthe park. This little fact may have even been included in that THS story you all watch every chance you get. Do you think she just gave it up until she met Jonny Lee, or something? c’mon, even you sound smarter than that.
