After many stops around the world to promote The Break-Up, Jennifer Aniston was spotted arriving at her Malibu home this weekend with her RAZR, Blackberry, and Bottega Veneta bag in hand. Jen was also sporting an atypical pink, flowery summer dress. Yay or nay?

#43 o.k. babyRIGHT ON! You’ve nailed the truth. A.Jolie immersed herself in charity work becuase she had so many demons and a huge image problem to cover-up. THAT is the reason she is soooo desperate to publish what she does. Granted, many people do benefit from the contributions but what I cannot accept is her saintly motivation. The motivation was to simply hide her scandalous image problem and deep seated mental issues.

So improving her image is why she’s gone to over 20 war torn/famine ridden countries since 2001? She goes to camps to look at children who have had their limbs cut off, to talk to women and children who have been gang raped to the point where they need to walk with a cane to improve her image? Maybe its best you stay a fan of Jennifer Aniston. Angelina doesn’t need fans like you.

my husband switched the channel last night because as much as he loves CNN & AC, he thought Jolie was just confusing the issues. Maybe it made more people tune it–but at our house it made us tune out earlier. We’ve followed AC’s work since the early 90’s and we don’t need our awareness raised by someone who admits their purpose is twofold and she needs good press.Let’s keep in mind that JOLIE asked AC to be interviewed. NOT the other way around.
I am sure Jennifer Aniston does do good things for others, but you cannot say that she has dedicated her life to helping other like Jolie has. And don’t get on her about the press releases, Oprah does a show about every good deed she does! And I am not bashing Oprah. She is doing the same thing Jolie is doing, trying to get the word out.
No you get your facts straight. Replace Oprah’s name with Angie’s. Angie does plenty of charitable deeds and donations withOUT recognition. If she sees the need to call attention to an issue she does–but she gives far and above beyond what is published. Check your facts before you open your mouth.And Brad and Angie gave $315,000. None of it went to the hospital where Shiloh was born. $300,000 went to 2 state run (public) hospitals and $15,000 went to build a community center. If you don’t have the facts than don’t try to debate.

Angelina needs to stop collecting kids like they’re dolls and focus on the ones she already has. Better still, why doesn’t she set up adoption funds for people around the world so that everyone has the chance to adopt a child. If she’s really so concerned about children, why not make it easier for everyone to adopt instead of showing off what a good person she is…My mother always said that class means never having to tell people that you’re a good person. Just living your life and BEING a good person gets recognition. Remember, she’s the one who called the papparazzi when those photos came out of her and Brad on the beach, she sold her baby’s pix "for charity" and she called Anderson Cooper to have that interview. Talk about a self obsessive ego maniac. She makes me sick. Oh yeah, and Jen does look cute in the dress.
Lizzy I haven’t forgotten them I just didn’t list them. I could spend probably a good 30 minutes listing the celebrities who use their name to help others. Funny Jennifer Aniston isn’t one of them.
Look, don’t try to make AJ look bad for what she does and prop up JA as some kind of humanitarian. Laughable. Name one cause this woman has attached herself to, besides herself. Wealthy celebrities use their names to bring ATTENTION to causes–not just donate money–and thus raise awareness, causing more money to be donated from non-celebrities.
Couldn’t agree with you more. I had to switch channels the minute AJ started with how tired she was but made herself get ready for the interview because "Jesus it was the right thing to do" or something like . LMAO. You mean the interview you ASKED for. PUH-leese.
#55 - PuLeeeease..open your eyes and snap out of your jolie-induced-daze! Jolie got invovled in this charity world not so long ago in relation to her 31 years. Coincided with her bombing image and reputation. Jolie had nothing else in the world. Twice divorced by a mere 29 years of age, estranged from her father and according to various sources, has no or just a couple of friends. She has no one to love so adopted/will adopt a family to surround herself with love. Immerses herself in charity work as a desperate therapeutic means. I actually feel sorry for her.
Oh fine, go admire JenJen’s pretty pink dress and toenails. So she got divorced–she’s some brave and noble survivor? Please.
And are Stephen Speilberg and Michelle Pfeiffer and Tom Cruise and Hugh Jackman also collecting kids?How about Julia Roberts, Britney Spears, Gwyneth Paltrow, Gwen Stefani, Rachel Weisz, and Brooke Sheilds who either sold their kids photos for "charity" or pocketed the money? You seem to like double standards. And my mother taught me that if I see someone being harmed or in need then I should shout it from the rooftops because we all have a responsibility to keep this world from falling apart. Without people shouting it from the rooftops we wouldn’t know about Rwanda or Darfur or what happened in the Balkens. Silence=death.

Angelina makes herself look bad for being so never-endingly public about everything she does, giving absolutely no credit to the many who came before her. All in all she’s pretty new to the table and is a coat-tail rider of many more admirable celebrities. Not trying to make her look bad. Just keeping my feet on the ground.Fortunately Clooney and others can speak clearly and don’t have Pitt-Jolie baggage so celebs can do some good with these issues.Credit where credit is due. # 69First of all Angie continually credits those who work in the field. I remember one televised interview where she acknowledged with no prompting from the reporter all those who do this as their life work. All those who spend months if not years in the field. I love George Clooney but did you hear him on Oprah. He continually stumpled over his words when speaking of the Sudan. Did you watch his press conference in DC? He knows less than Angie, which he should because he’s new to this,but he’s trying and I give him credit. Politicians have praised Angie left and right for the what she does.
