Anderson Cooper: The Daily Show
Anderson Cooper talked with Jon Stewart on The Daily Show the night after his interview with Angelina Jolie on Anderson Cooper 360°. He talks about his interview with Angelina Jolie, his new book "Dispatches from the Edge", and his frequent visits to New Orleans. Be prepared, he giggles a whole lot during this interview. You can watch the video below — Anderson Cooper on The Daily Show.

Interesing, Anderson writes a memoir but of course doesn’t talk about his black lover Julio Ceasar or his homosexual lifestyle. And all the fan girls on this site are pathetic and homophobic. Would they accept Anderson if he came out and be honest about his homosexual lifetyle. I doubt it.
sure I would accept him. There’s nothing wrong coming out and be truthful to himself & others.
I agree with pm. Personally, I don’t care what a person’s sexual orientation is. Then again, I don’t really care about what a person does in his or her’s sex life. In the case of Anderson, he has yet to confirm or deny anything because it’s his right to not talk about his sex life, he’s a news anchorman not a wannabe celebrity that tries to get into the tabloids. If he is, I don’t blame him for wanting to keep it to himself, they’re aren’t any openly gay news anchors. From what I’ve seen, women seem to be a bit more open to gays than men are. When was the last time the news did a story about a group of women/girls beating up a gay person? It’s unfair to assume that all the female posters on here are homophobic. That’s like saying all Christians hate gays and are opposed to gay marriage and that’s not the case. The media only tends to focus on lunatics like Fred Phelps, Jerry Falwell, Pat Robertson, and James Dobson.Maybe it’s because I live in Massachusetts, but all my Christian friends are for gays and their right to marry and keep in mind, that most of friends are Catholic. And well know how the pope and the church feels about about this issue.
Amaya- Did you see when Steven Colbert mentioned Brad’s body in Fight Club and how he tried to thow away the dvd five times but it kept reappearing. It was so funny. I can’t get enough of Jon Stewart and Steven Colbert. And even though AC’s laugh can get annoying, I will still watch him because of his coverage of Katrina, since everyone else seems to barely pay any attention to it. He comes across as honest and sincere but he still needs time to grow into a solid journalist.
I am well aware of Anderson being gay. SO WHAT! I think Anderson is the future. He doesn’t conceal his oreintation. He lives his life quite openly in NYC. He just doesn’t discuss his personal life. There’s a difference between things personal and private and things secret and hidden. I think he wants his public life to be defined by his profession and he is very committed to being a very good journalist. And no, I’m not his Mommy. GAWD! I wish!
stardust,I never go a night without watching TDS and TCR! I actually have a playlist on my youtube account called "Colbert hearts Brad and Angelina" there’s only three videos that mention them but I know there’s more. Sadly, this was all before his show became available on itunes.
thank you, jared, for paying so much attention to AC, one of my favourites (beside Angelina :). I cannot see him as many time as I would like, because for about a year I don’t have a TV, so your posted clips (like youtube) really made me happy. I think AC is a very special person, sensitive, smart, funny, etc. and deserves our (unconditional :)) attention, and is a very good example that the money can’t buy you intelligence or humor or make a person special, because it comes from the inside, and that cannot be buyed. And I loved the Mentos clip !!! :))))

sorry for double posting :(
Anderson Cooper is out to his friends and family but betraying the gay movement by staying in the closet in public. He enjoys the benefits fought for by other gay men but does not put himself or his career at risk by coming out himself. A greedy selfish sad man. A real man comes out.
I am dating AC. You guys are shallow, who cares what if he likes guys and girls and we swing everyweekend. Give me a break, grow up. I bet not one of you watches his show on a regular basis. Have a great day.
I have to be honest. When I first heard that AC was gay, I lost a little lust for him. (I think as a hetero woman, it’s only natural that I have dreams of having his babies?!?!)I mean, it’s not like I would ever have a chance or anything but it just isn’t the same anymore, you know what I mean? I still watch 360 every night to catch a glimpse of those baby blues though. He is so handsome and totally charming. Him being gay has not made me less of a fan. I enjoyed his book and I enjoy watching the way he conducts himself on tv.RJP3 why does AC have to come out on national tv? Does a straight man have to make his sexual orientation known? Why are we so demanding on gays in show biz?He should not be judged on his choices for remaining private. As his fans, it’s not our business what he does in his bedroom.
I don’t mind IF he is gay. He is a very good journalist that truly cares about what he reports. I LOVE the giggle… the best ever!!
