Michael Jackon Visits Paris Garden

Susan,Michael didn’t payoff a family. His insurance company settled a claim that was filed by the 1st accuser in 1993. 2 grand juries had convened in the 1st alleged molestation case, but no charges were ever filed. Michael was not in agreement with the settlement, but it was suggested by his record label and defense team to allow the settlement, to avoid years of litigation & unnecessary attorneys fees. Plus, there was never any evidence produced in that case (or the recent one) that secured or proved any molestation against the accuser on Michael’s part. All that would have been required for Michael to be found liable of any wrongdoing in a civil case, was strong suggestion by the prosecution. The accuser decided not to testify in either a criminal or civil case. There has never been any evidence to support any claims of molestation. There was also a nuisance settlement that was paid to another alleged accuser who only came forward after the 1st claim was paid.I know that people are fudging on Michael because of the cases that were brought against him, but they are basing their opinions ignorantly on the opinions of others and not fact. Once again, there has never been any evidence brought against Michael that has proven child molestation; only accusation & suggestion and that is mostly from disgruntled employees or opportunists looking to cash in. Granted, Michael has not used the best discretion in spending time with children and that will continue to haunt him, but it is unfair to continue to bash someone because someone can make an accusation and never prove it or stand up for it.

I guess it doesn’t matter that paparazzi are doing anything they can to get at people’s kids nowadays; look at Angelina. Michael is trying to protect his children. They will be photographed, no matter what. But notice you can’t tell what his children look like. So if they were seen without masks, the paparazzi may not be so quick to come after them if and when they are on their own. Can’t say the same about Maddox, since his picture is all over the place. Just because Michael is making attempts to protect his children and their identity, doesn’t make him a bad father or suggest his children should be taken away. I don’t even know how one makes that connection unless you just have mad hate for someone you don’t know, just because. People are vicious and nasty. Michael has been investigated and investigated and investigated up one way and down the other regarding children. If he truly were as monstrous as you people make him out to be, he would be jailed, because every attempt was made to make sure he would serve as much time as possible, if found guilty. Obviously, he is not the monster many of you suggest. So I would suggest you all let it go. If you are so over Michael, why do you feel the need to continue to comment negatively and view photos of someone you all so endearingly refer to as a "Freak"? Don’t worry your little heads….the masks will come off when the children are ready.

veeno1…Thank you for being so informed. It is so difficult to get people to understand - not make concessions for - but at least understand Michael’s situations. I guess that comes from being a fan, but at least we are informed and are not so quick to judge. Not all of us agree with some of the decisions or actions made by Michael in the past. But at least, we know how to arm ourselves with information and empathize with someone who is so huge, he will never be able to escape such negative and biased scrutiny…

How sad to think that these poor kid’s have to take such measures to just walk outside with their father. It should be against the law to take photo’s of any celebrity child due to the fact that they didn’t ask to be put in this kind of situation, BTW, thanks for the info, Nichelle.

It’s so funny how people here write something like "He’s a bad father! those kids should be taken away from him" etc. May I ask you why do you think this, you don’t know him, I don’t know him, you probably haven’t been anywhere near him. You can’t judge bad parenthood by some pictures. and yes yes, I know the whole baby dangling stuff, people make mistakes. You think the kids wear the masks all the time? The whole idea is that when they’re with Jackson, they wear the masks, and then when they’re out with they’re nanny or friends or whatever without their masks nobody recognizes them, so they can occasionally go out with their father (which doesn’t happen that often since Jackson is a bit of a recluse) and they can still live a "normal" life, as in they can go to the shops without being recognized as michael Jackson’s kids, plus they won’t have to go through the hell of groing up and seeing your faces on the tabloids, it’s working for everyone really when you think about it! And please, ridiculous claims that the kids have been drugged? THey’re friggin kids, you do know that kids often get tired and take naps? They proibably went out at the time while they were sleeping so they wouldn’t be afraid of the papparazzi or something. and I heard hese pictures were like a year old, and who says that’s Jackson in the wheel chair anyway? We don’t see his face, it could be a decoy, while the Real Jackson is somewhere else, it’s not unusual, whenever Jackson was touring the world he would have an impersonator with some bodyguards go on the streets and destract the press and fans and everybody while the Real Jackson goes somewhere else in privacy. the small video clips and pieces I have seen about his children, they really seem happy, besides, if he was treating them badly or drugging them or whatever, don’t you think one of those nannies and assistants would have noticed it and reported to he police? Jackson has had the same nannies and bodyguards for years, one of them is basically like a mother to he kids. Michael is weird and has issues, But I really don’t think he’s a child molester or a bad father, he’s just an easy target, unfortunately he made himself into one when he paid that kids in the 90’s.

Michael is NOT the father! Those children came from a sperm bank and Debbie will testify to that in court very soon. Her mistake was giving up her rights to them. And now, all the money Michael has given her, she’s using to get them back. He is not the father & she will get them back. The public is already against him & now, he will only have the other son he says is his, which is NOT by Debbie, she’s another surrogate. Wouldn’t you be surprised if Michael fooled you & really did bleach his skin white because he’s running from his oppressive family . . . the Poor Jacksons?

If Debbie will testify that the kids are from sperm pank then why I have seen (and probably many others too) an interview where Debbie and Michael both says that the kids are made very natural way?! And in same interview Debbie tells how awesome and loving father Michael is, then why would she want them back to herself? In my opinion, Michael’s not strange and so aren’t the kids… Take a look at prince William and Harry.. They have lived under a publicity for all their life, are they strange and bizarre? No they are not. So why Michael’s children will be? Just because you don’t like Michael, don’t be telling around lies and causing discontent to others.. Sometimes it’s just good to shut up!

Do you really think we would subject ourselves to this kind of treatment defending a man we know nothing about and do not LOVE?
