Santa Barbara, California :: Brad Pitt and his 4-year-old son Maddox (wearing a helmet) each rode around on their own ATVs at Brad’s Santa Barbara yesterday afternoon. Brad even pulled off a quad bike trick and boosted himself up on two wheels (bottom center). Neighbor Gavin Rossdale (middle right) also took a spin on his own ATV while wife Gwen Stefani (and six-week-old baby Kingston) snapped a few photos while looking on (bottom left). 18-month-old daughter Zahara (bottom right) took a time-out and rested in the shade under a palm tree. Looks like six-week-old baby Shiloh was inside napping… More pictures in the gallery!

Howdy fellow BAMZS’ers!!!Wahooooooo….I have had a terrific week/afternoon here! “:)Sorry for my latest “absence” from the J2 family…but…hmmmmmm I have been busy taking pictures all week lonnnnngggggg. “:)I know this is completely “off topic” now guys…but I just had to let all of you (fellow environmentalists/BAMZS’ers) know that, the first Humpback Whales of the “southern season” have been spotted here today, a pod of 3!!! I loooovvvveeee this time of year!!! *jumps around the room, doing a “whale/song dance”* siggghhhhhhhhhhhFor those of you “not up to speed”, the annual Humpback migration north from the Antarctic brings the whales here to the warm, shallow waters off Fraser Island (the World’s biggest sand Island) where, they rest, feed, play & give birth. They fatten their lil calves up (born without protective layers of fat), ready for the big, slow trek back down south to the Antarctic. They usually hang around here until November/December (the start of the Oz Summer).Now…I don’t know if any of you are at all interested or even follow such things as world “possible animal extinction events”? (what with Darfur and all??? and I know I am merely talking about animals here and not HUMAN BEINGS!!!) but I do have to say that, if you care at all about these magnificent creatures, you have to truly get interested…and now…certainly not later!!! There will be no later! JAPAN has got to be stopped!!! aggggghhhhhhhhhh spit, spew, vomit!Ok…a little history now. Commercial ‘whaling’ has been banned “internationally” since 1986, however, Japan has never, ever recognized that world ban!!! They have continued with their annual slaughtering. The endangered Humpbacks, (the great “singers” of the ocean) with their numbers well below 400, were “Thank God”, ignored by the Japanese whalers back then. However, now given that “their” numbers are back up to 5500-6000, with many of these whales, (Fathers, Mothers and calves) having been “named”, “tagged” and recognized here from years ago…well…they are once again back up “for target” by the Japanese whalers!!! Japan plans on HUNTING & KILLING them again in 2007, claiming it is for their scientific research (CRAP)!!! Apparently, they are going to kill 50 Humpbacks here, in the Antarctic next year!!! I just truly feel like throwing up now. “:(Of course, I am upset about “our” southern migratory family of Humpbacks, along with ALL the whales of the WORLD they slaughter each year!!! However…Nb. The Japanese also plan on KILLING YOUR “northern migratory Humpback family” too. Never mind all the “haterz” that visit this here site, their minds are sooooooo small, useless and pathetic!!! "I sent them an email saying *LOL* and a smiley face," Singh said.Last week, the 23-year-old Long Island-born Yale University graduate and Degolia were honoured by Newsweek for its first Giving Back Awards — in recognition of people who ‘devote themselves to helping others.’ Singh and Degolia, who is 24, were singled out in the under-25 category for starting the non-profit organisation Mercado Global, which organised 18 cooperatives in remote rural areas of Guatemala. The two sell the products from the cooperatives — shawls, bags, jewellery and such — to stores in the US and through e-commerce. The money earned is rolled back to the communities to build schools and educate young girls. Pitt was honoured for bringing to the world’s attention the plight of the people in Africa. Other honourees included CNN’s Soledad O’Brien for her coverage of Hurricane Katrina and its effects on the city of New Orleans. "It was really great meeting Brad Pitt," Singh said. "He was really nice." The actor rode on a motorcycle for the shot, and first posed for the pictures. He later shook hands with other honourees and also spoke to each of them. "We had prepared a press kit for him and gave him a bunch of our jewellery pieces for Angelina (Jolie)," Singh said, adding that she also presented O’Brien with some jewellery pieces. We are fans, who no matter how horrible the crimes the object of our….liking (for lack of a better word) has done, we will continue to like and praise him huh? To be quite honest, when I read your post, I was gonna ignore it but then I read my post again and I thought "aah, I see where this is going" I guess our understanding of certain things differ.I love watching the A&E channel…..okay I’ll go on the record and say it is probably the only channel I watch. I’m sure you are aware of the programs they show….City Confidential, American Justice and such. I love to watch those shows because I really want to understand human nature….especially when it comes to horrendous crimes. I want to know what pushes a seemingly normal person to commit it a crime…how do they cross that line? Answering this question, I have come to realize is quite a complex task because just when you think you have the answer….say bad childhood, you’re hit with another criminal who’s had a normal life but from watching these shows I have been introduced to a whole set of beings….people who love the criminals. I saw a documentry on the Mendez Brothers and to say I was shocked that these men had women falling over themselves trying to profess their love, is to understate it. Just recently, they did a segment on Scott Peterson and he also had fans….people who would tell him how much they admired him and loved him. When the BTK killer described his his crimes in a calm and very collected manner…with no apologies, I watched in horror, so you can imagine my mounting disbelief when it was stated that BTK had fans. Why am I telling you this? Well I believe these are the fans who deserve your put downs. Stripped down to the very basic…compared to what these men have done, the "crime" BP may comitted is nothing yet he is been persecuted like HE shot JFK. Now should a day come that the law finds evidence BP did shoot JFK and I continue to defend him……if I Turn a blind eye to this, then and only then should my words "even Michael Jackson has fans" be considered "Telling", besides I like him because he is a decent human being and if anything comes up that disproves that fact (Say he is an abuser, he kills, he steals money from widows and little children) then it totally nullifies my reason for liking him in the first place. It’s as simple as that.Why did I bring Michael Jackson up, you wonder? Well for the same reason I could have brought OJ Simpson or Robert Blake up. These men were tried in the court of Law not the court of public opinion….the court of Law. Now I know there are a few people who have very little faith in the justice system but I still give them enough credit to know what they are doing and so for these men….public figures to be arrested, charged and put on trial, there had to be something…a reason. At this juncture, I’m sure you or someone else is thinking "well they were found not guilty" and this is where I’d say not because they weren’t guilty but because of technicalities….they found a brilliant way to circumvent the same laws which were put in place to protect victims (this by the way is why most people have no faith in the justice system). Anyway, my point is, theirs (OJ, MJ and RB) wasn’trumor or gossip, there were sufficient evidence to justify their arrest and persecution YET these men are able to carry on with their normal lives (Okay maybe not so normal for MJ…C’mon the guy wears masks in public!). I’m not a lawyer but I believe if BP’s alleged "crime" was punishable by law…..it wouldn’t make it to trial because of the lack of sufficient evidence. So to reteriate my point "Even OJ, MJ and RB" have fans. I have no idea how to address your second issue…not because I have no rebuttal but because I have too many rebuttals. So because some of us have admitted to be picture phobic…you assume we’re not the prettiest of the bunch? Oy vey….I have never read a theory so flawed yet so very amusing. Short of posting my picture (something I’m not going to do…just because), there’s no way to resolve this issue. I mean we could do the obligatory back and forth thing…where I tell you "oh I’m pretty" and you say "No you’re not….why else are you photo phobic" and I tell you "What? That doesn’t mean anything, why I know a few people who are very beautiful but absolutely refuse to take pictures or even be on camera" and you say "why not? If they that beautiful, why won’t they want to their pictures taken?" and I say "well not everyone subscribes to the if you’ve got it flaunt it school of thought" and we go on and on to the point where I say "Ughh! Fine I’m tired of this argument…..here IS my picture" which like I said isn’t something I’m gonna do (although I did have plans of sharing a 2- 5 minute video with my cyber friends to show what an African wedding is like). Back to the picture……let’s say I get to the point where I finally put the pictures up and *GASP* Holy Mother of Christ….I am not fugly (I had to use that word….I just found from what it meant yesterday)….so anyway the pix aren’t that bad, what stops you from going "well how do I know that’s really you?" and then we start our tennis again coz I’ll go "But it is me. I swear on the grave of my great grand mama that is me" and you say "I don’t know that….that could be a random pix of a beautiful African Girl" and then I go "Ughhh! Fine, where are you from coz I’m buying the first ticket out just to prove it IS me" and THAT is absolutely positively NOT something I’m gonna do. So you see, we’ll just leave it at this…..you believing your flawed theory and me knowing the truth but not willing to go to the lengths it would take to show you the folly of your argument.One thing that is right in your post is some of us have had men leave of for another woman and JA takes us back to that time in our lives and that’s why we can’t help but compare the strength we and countless other women have displayed in that situation. Finally, about the surgeries….honestly, I couldn’t care less who’s had surgery done, what bugs me is the timing of their "need to share", to show the world they are also plagued with insecurities….. He probably drove Maddox to preschool today and brought the girls along for the ride. But doesn’t he realize that driving a mini-van is bad for the environment?! He should have ridden his bicycle, strapped Shiloh to his back, put Maddox on the handle bars and since Z is almost two she could have run alongside them. You know what Brad’s problem is? He’s not thinking outside of the box.

The Green concept involves the use of green plant and sunlight. Green plants use carbon dioxide in processing carbohydrate and the they release oxygen in return to help the environment. So pretty much you want to use the concept of green and sunlight when you are building a house. Try to understand the meaning before you launch an attack.
