Nicole Kidman and hubby Keith Urban spent July 4th with friends and family in Nashville, TN. The newlyweds started off Independence Day by having a club gym opened up exclusively for them, The Club At Green Hills located at 3820 Cleghorn Ave. Nicole and Keith then walked hand in hand through Centennial Park in downtown Nashville across from the campus of Vanderbilt University. The happy couple made sure to walk through The Parthenon, which is a full-scale replica of the original Greek Parthenon. In other Nicole & Keith news, some of their wedding mementos are supposedly being sold on eBay, including a menu from the reception, a piece of wedding cake, the ceremony program and an engraved Tiffany desk clock. Of course I could be wrong about it but I always thought that it was Keith who proposed to Nicole.

I was happy to see so many positive comments on this site after the many mean-spirited things I have seen posted about this couple. I think these comments are usually posted by love-lorn women who are "sure" that Keith was just about to discover and marry them when Nic stole him away. Get over it! I know Aussies, and they live and think different. On some levels, I’ll bet it was a relief to both to meet someone that they were strongly attracted to that they did not have to explain their "Aussieness" to! Americans are foreign to their way of life; at worst they can partner with Canadians or Brits or South Africans who are from the British Commonwealth and understand a bit better, but - as they say, "ain’t nothing like the real thing!" They look lovely together. I have no problem believing that they are in love and I strongly suspect Nic of having an "little kanga in her pouch"! If she doesn’t, she will - like all good catholic marriages, that is just going to happen - or they will adopt to give a good home to a needy child, as they both say they want a family. Between Tom’s control-freak ways and Nic’s publicity shyness, I’m not suprised not to see her much with her Cruise kids - didn’t see her much in her courtship days either. Lets throw some confetti after the happy couple and wish them joy, or, as the Aussies would say "good on ‘em!"
Awww…..They look so cute together!! I’ve seen these pics before. They are good for each other. I have seen pics of them from their honeymoon. Nicole was wearing a two piece bathing suit and she does not have a "bump". She is NOT pregnant!! And I wish people would stop bringing up Keith’s past!! He’s not an acholoic or a drug addict anymore!! I hate that people want to bring up his past, but not talk about the good things he’s done in the present! He’s done a lot of good. He donates to St. Jude’s Research Hospital and he has a charity for Meningitis. I wish the best for the both of them and hope they have a long, happy, and healthy marriage.

Let’s be happy for this couple, after all the stuff they’ve been through, both together and individually. I think these Aussie’s are a great pair! How cool of Keith not to do the typical celeb thing, and marrying some young trophy wife! Nicole epitomizes beauty, sophistication, talent, and humanity. Always adored her. You go, girl! Tom who!? Keith is so much more talented, handsome, and mature. I liked Keith Urban before, but I’m more in awe of him now. Marriage has made him even MORE sexy, if that’s possible……..I love this couple!
