Redford intended the affair as a showcase for new talent, or talent having a hard time getting noticed or recognized under the shadow of the big studios. The backers of Friends With Money would have served their movie better by avoiding having X get the attention, and promoting the screenwriter and director instead. (I like your name.)_

I watched one interview they did for some tv show during the promotion of the movie and they all came off being evasive, rude, blunt, bored and just bitchy. The reporter was some young woman who sounded like she really trying to get them to say something and all she got were one sentence answers. And they were trying to promote their movie to get people into theaters, not change the channel. My respect for Keener and Cusack went down a bit after that. I still think they are good actresses though. I never really had any respect for X so it didn’t really affect my opinion about her. "(I like your name.)" - thanks I like it too. hehe.=)
Addicted to BAMZS: Yes I live near the Toronto area. The Festival will be held September 7-16. For the past 3 years I have not seen any movies at the Toronto International Film Festival. I used to go with my brother & some friends but lately it is getting so big & expensive. A price of 1 movie will cost you around $16.00 Canadian. And the Galas will cost more. I am sure Babel will be at the Galas around September 7 or 8. You can buy bunch of 10 tickets which cost less. The procedure is you buy the tickets then they will release the schedule from there you can pick the movies you wanted to see & deposite it at the drop box. It is first come first serve basis. After that you will come back again to see if the movies you picked are still availbale or sold out. If it is sold -out you have to make another choice of any movies that is not a sell-out. Very tricky & time-consuming but this film festival is second to Cannes when it comes to omportance & calibre. In fact, Hollywood movies that are Oscar contenders often have their premiere here in Toronto. All movies that nominated at the Oscars got their initial showing here in Toronto. So for Hollywood it is very important. It is also a buyers market. Big movie distributors from around the world congregate here to bid for movies to be shown around the world. Last year the biggest coup goes to "Thank you for Smoking" & " Brokeback Mountain". Press from all different countries are always present as usual. Parties from vanity Fair/Hugo Boss/In Style/Premiere Magazine/GQ/Variety Magazine, etc. They said that come September Hollywood goes to Toronto. I enjoyed it years ago but due to my hectic work schedule I can’t afford time to line up to buy & reserve the tickets/movies. There’s way too many people. But now we go just to see celebs when they enter the red carpet. It’s more fun & you can make your time to enjoy around town. Last year we saw Orlando Bloom, Johnny Depp - he had to have a police escort ‘cuz he can’t go to the party due to pandemonium from fans, Madonna came with hubby Guy R, Cameron Diaz, Jake Gyleenhaal, Heath Ledger, Michelle Williams, Jack Black, Sean Penn, Gael Garcia, Keira Knightley, Catherine Keener, Reese Witherspoon, Joaquin Phoenix, Ryan Philippe, Kisten Dunst, Keifer Sutherland & so much more. Will give more deatils on this years fest next month.
# 238 | ANISTON THE HAG! Did you hear anything about John Abraham and Lisa Ray and their movie "Water" at the film festival. And did you see them?
stardust: I know the movie. It was a great movie from a friends perpective. I have not seen it yet but my friend got the DVD. I was planning to watch it at the theater but somehow I got lazy. I went to see Mr & Mrs Smith instead which I did not regret doing. At any rate the movie I think evolves with arranged marriage . It was shot here in Toronto & beautiful Lisa Ray (a Canadian of Indian descent) was there, so is John Abraham (he’s gorgeous in person). it was directed by Depha Metha ( one of Madonna’s fav director). Depha always make movies about strong female characters obviously revolves around India & its people be it in their native country or abroad. Her movies always are controversial. She did another movie "Fire" which deal with Lesbian characters & it created a big buzz & censorship threat in India. It was also partly filmed in toronto & India. She could be one of the great directors in the future. I am hoping stardust you’ll watch it. I love good movies. I also enjoy big budgeted movies like Superman, X-Men III, Pirates of the Carib. But I also love art movies. I do go to repertory cinemas & watch art movies. Love it!
Thanks, I can’t wait to watch it. I always mean to but something comes up but I will definitely get around to it and yes John Abraham is hot. The man never looks bad. And Lisa Ray is a stunner. They make me want to watch this movie even more. =)

Some of her tatoos - not all, fell into the category of anger directed at herself. Nice girl was not way off the mark - the people on this site who are overly angry, vengeful and foul mouthed ( which shows a lack of intelligence - they don’t have a large vocabulary to state their case in a civil way so they resort to gross language) need to take a really good look at themselves. Lets get serious - do you really think that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt would be thrilled at the disgusting fantasy fiction stories circulating on this and other sites that a large number of you can’t get enough of — if you do - then you mighty want to look up the word delusional. Okay let the foul, inarticulate, insecure, poorself esteemed respond with their hate infected speech - because hate is at the route of it — hatred for self. I’m really sad to find out that Angie had work done. Definitely her nose, she had a nose job, you can see it clearly in two of the photos. Also, if you’ve seen Hackers, she was flat back then so she got a boob job, too. Her lips look less full now than they did back then. I find it disappointing. Although I should probably find it uplifting to find out that Hollywood is all an illusion. No one looks that good! They all had tons of plastic surgery, especially Catherine Zeta Jones.

Lori….The reason Angelina’s nose are more pronounced now is because she is way skinnier today than before. She’s meatier before & that ususally makes ones nose smaller.
