Rachel Weisz Post Pregnancy Pictures

New York, NY ::  Rachel Weisz was recently spotted carrying her two-month-old bundle of joy, son Henry Chance, in a denim New Native sling.  (Rachel Weisz paired a patterened lavendar summer dress with flip-flops.) The mother-son team loaded up the family Jeep right outside their Manhattan apartment this past Saturday. The 35-year-old Oscar winner is engaged to 37-year-old director Darren Aronofsky (pictured above).   More pictures in the gallery!
