Angelina Jolie: Never Before Seen Pictures
Some scans from the July 24 issue of OK! Magazine with "never before seen" pictures of the gorgeous Angelina Jolie at 16 years old. These head shots of Angelina, now 31, were taken by photographer Robert Kim at his L.A. studio in 1991. Ange on a mission… and Brad follows… love them both but have to say i find him a bit shallow given that this amazingly generous and devoted-to-charitable-causes-and-children Brad has suddenly stepped up to the plate since he met Angelina. Ok, so you could argue that Ange has had a positive effect on him and I’d definitely agree, but just seems a bit… i dunno… a bit sheep-like… he has totally changed, yet again, to suit his lady’s character/look/lifestyle… bit weird to be honest # 5 | coco |***********************************To be honest, does it really matter why he started? What should matter is his commitment to it. I have no idea what his charitable background is, although I am apt to believe that he has contributed to society in various ways. Some cynical people would say Audrey Hepburn, Jerry Lewis, Danny Kaye, Myrna Loy, Alice Faye, etc. worked for charities because their careers were on the decline. Or, politicians, in their youth, worked for charities to boost their resumes. And I’m willing to bet that people say that Paul Newman’s philanthropy has it’s genesis in his ‘betrayal’ of his first wife and his son, who later committed suicide, nevermind that he’s been committed to this since the 80s. BP wasn’t sentenced to community service, which usually lasts for 3000 hours; he has put himself out there for the long term and since their children are being raised to contribute, he is an example to them, whether it’s positive or negative. You, coco, nor me, nor X, Joe Scarborough, the ******* on the View, the ghost of Colonel Sanders, the tab mag hags or BAMZS fans fit anywhere in the equation.

Talking about ******, the sight of JA staddling VV is the perfect illustration for that word. Such bad taste. #173 / jjoyThat’s what these stupid people fail to understand. AJ, BP, Bono and everyone else who take up a cause…..don’t have to. They can just sit back in their mansions and sip margaritas all day but they do. What I found most interesting in the article….wishe I had posted it now but it was too long, anyway the interesting part was when the writer wrote some celebrity risk their careers when they get into activism. There are so many what ifs….what if it fails, what if it’s not legitimate and so on, yet they do it. Others prefer not to take these risks, so they sit back and fold their arms. These issues need to be made visible and who better than to make it it so than those who are in the limelight anyway. It simple logic and it’s amazing some people don’t get it. GC made sure he learned about his cause before putting his name down….these are figure heads peddling make up or Gap jeans, these people know what there are doing. I was catching up on the last thread and there was an article there…it says "If we’re going to criticize these people for taking up activism, then we should also criticize ourselves for being interested in every facet of their lives. It makes so much sense….we monitor every step they tzke, then why not take steps toward a worthy cause? Again, simple logic and it bothers me that these so called truth finders can’t see it.
