Here’s some old news that’s just turned up. Brad Pitt and then pregnant Angelina Jolie (holding a napping baby Zahara in her arms) made a trip to the Harnas Wildlife Foundation during their stay in Namibia. Above is a beautiful Pitt family photo with Harnas staff and friends. Friend Marianne Pearl and her son are on the bottom right. Angelina’s chief bodyguard Mickey Brett on the left.
HWF is a charitable organization dedicated to saving endangered wild animals in Namibia. On their official website, the staff released a statement showing their appreciation for Angelina: "We would like to thank our patron Angelina Jolie for her support!"

Aww, Zahara is such a sweetheart sleeping contentedly on her mummy’s shoulder. Angie looks really nice in the blue top - she should wear colour more often! Maddox and Brad look great too. Looks like they had a wonderful time in Namibia!

Many people, including myself, were unaware that Angie was the patron of this wildlife refuge until they went to Namibia and that info became public. Just so, there must surely be many other causes that she is backing financially, but which, she, herself, does not make public. It seems that the more I learn about her, the more my admiration and respect for her grow.

The Jolie-Pitts certainly have a full life now! Everyone seems so happy here. And those babies..future friends of Shiloh, with a whole village for Madd & Zee to explore. I spent some time at the Harnas rescue website and there’s wonderful opportunities to help orphaned animals.. I hope more people find out about them and donate. For instance, the medical program that was started by Harnas can provide an entire course of prescription medicine for a local tribal citizen for just $10.Many thanks to JJ for providing us with more info!Peace to all~

Just found out that songwriter Chip Taylor- ofWild Things hit is the brother of J. Voight. He had written hit songs for W. Jennings, E. Harris, A. Murray, J. Deshannon and the late J. Joplin.Another brother is a Prof. at Penn State. U.J. Voight graduated from Catholic U . of DC.Shiloh will surely get some of that smart genes.The JOLIE-PITTS rocks.

I read where one of the founders of this organization, Harnas wildlife, married a doctor who set up a clinic in the village. There is a working relationship between the villagers and the wildlife organization, as they employ many natives. You can contribute directly to buy medicines, or you can designate a donation for many other needed areas of the refuge. And to think that $10 here, people spend that on Starbucks.. Just makes me wonder where the priorities are sometimes.I do hope to see Shiloh’s pictures fund education projects as well. That’s so much money… anyone know if they have to pay taxes on it? It would be a shame to have half of the 4 million go to gov. taxes.

You know what I think is hilarious…the fanistons resurrecting the same stories for Maniston and Brad, and applying them to Angelina. For instance everyone knows he left maniston and had a trial separation for her for almost a whole year…but what I think is truly side-splitting, is this same lame fat fug loser crowd, spreading a ridiculous rumor (for obvious reasons as they are TOGETHER and have been constantly for a year and a half, happily sharing their lives together) that wouldn’t even apply to Angelina Jolie….I mean seriously, can you see Angie accepting some half-assed idea of a relationship…some semi-committment to her kids and herself…Angie is all or nothing (and so is Brad when he isn’t caretaking a 40 yr old basketcase known as Maniston) so the fact that they would both sit down and agree to, ‘practice,’ a separation is hilarious. I think the reason Angie wears so much black is because she knows the papz will clicking away and if she has the same colored clothes on each time, it reduces the value of those pictures. Otherwise, in some more personal pictures, she has worn either white or some colore. But she also did say that she wears black because she can be a mess sometimes and the black clothes don’t show any stains.

Just gotta tell you guys - if you haven’t been to the fanfic thread you need to go - dragonfly and chm have written some hot, spicy and sweet stories.Lastly — I was watching the original DVD release of MAMS, and playing the commentary from Akiva Goldsmith & Co (can’t recall the other dude’s name…there are 3 commentaries on this DVD…Akiva’s and this other guy’s is just one) but anyway, the very LAST SCENE in the film (John & Jane in the therapist’s office) is also the LAST SCENE/FILM they shot for the film. They had gone to Italy to shoot some final scenes but at the last decided against it, so the therapist scene was the very last - he said Brad & Ange did it in one take, and that it was mostly improvised (it was Brad’s idea to do the 10 thing - and it’s one of the funniest lines in the film, they said) — but what I want people to play close attention to…Akiva says that this scene was shot, almost RIGHT BEFORE the film RELEASED!! Do you KNOW what that means????? Angie & Brad in that last scene had already begun their relationship. HEEEEEE!! When I watched it - call me psychic, but I KNEW, I’m tellin’ ya - I KNEW!! You can feel it, it’s literally palpable between them - and Angie’s finger in her mouth, and the way she’s looking at Brad! I knew that was a later scene!! Seriously, LOL - I have always wanted to know the dates certain scenes were shot, and if they were re-shoots or later new shoots, as then they might encompass their brand new relationship. Turns out that last scene as Akiva said, was almost rushed ‘wet,’ (pardon the pun - but these are HIS words), LOL - to the theater. Just a neat little tidbit for you, next time you watch that scene…no that Ange and Brad had already started doin’ the do. LOL

CLINIQUA…I want Cindy Guagenti(?) OUT and you IN as their spokesperson. You are the best source of information EVER! Cindy can barely stand to say two words. Everything is so clipped and dry. Who needs her? She could be doing her (for now) clients a huge favor by convincing them to release more information, more pictures. They wouldn’t be as hunted that way. She seems perpetually annoyed that she has to do her job, is always sarcastic, and doesn’t really understand people’s fascination with them, which–I might add, Cindy–is the very reason you HAVE a job, girl.
