I’m not sure how much they delved into the race issue, if at all, but they really went after AJ for taking the role supposedly meant for X, even with people from the tabloids on discussing it. And now this article surfaces.

I have a gay brother (NTTAWWT) and he is just hilarious about Oprah–how her nose has shrunk, her skin has lightened and her contacts are paler each year–look at her pictures when she was starting out–totally different. Also, she’s had "work done" or I’ll eat my hat–she’s all pulled up and taut-faced at 52. Remember one of her first diet cookbooks by her chef–someone actually tried to make the meals and they said the cost was exhorbitant because they called for all kinds of expensive ingredients which, of course, wouldn’t be a problem for Oprah. And one of our biggest laughs was when she sang her opening song a few years back–there’s the big O at the beginning of each show with headset on in a studio, grooving to the music–and she sounded like ****! That didn’t last long. LMAO! Oprah, always good for a laugh.

#749 Kidi, I watched O’s show when X was on, just to form my own opinion(as I almost never watch her shows). I must say I can see why Oprah is where she is now. Very diplomatic and very savvy. She steered X away from any chance to bash BP. I think she knows how dumb X is, and if anybody wants to, they can get her to do just that. So she did tell X, how X had a picture perfect wedding, (showed the pictue) and said, if your marriage failed, then what can ordinary people like us expect? O never once mentioned AJ’s name, or asked X anything about how or who broke up her marriage. They talked about X and VV’s pics. X had this equivocal smile on her face, and said: "pictures are pictures, you know you can’t believe those tabloids" or something in that matter. But the way she said it, made people want to think that she was hinting that there was something between her and VV. Then X boasted about how much support she got from fans. The interview didn’t last that long, maybe 20 min. I must say I had a good impression of O after the interview. She did not burn the bridge to BP in it.
