OlderAnne Hathaway: Nicaragua Pictures
Actress Anne Hathaway and her boyfriend, Italian real estate mogul Raffaello Follieri, spent several days in Nicaragua this week helping vaccinate children there against hepatitis A. Hathaway, who stars in "The Devil Wears Prada," carefully applied Band-Aids (sporting images of Barbie, Batman and Dora the Explorer) to youngsters at a clinic in San Marcos. "Kids in Third World countries have so many chips stacked against them," the 23-year-old actress said in a telephone interview. "This vaccination can take away one more obstacle." The three-day mission was funded by Follieri’s foundation, which he established to assist children in developing nations. "We want to be present in every country in Central America," Follieri said, adding that a similar effort will be held in Honduras in September. "I’ve gotten very good at opening and applying the Band-Aids," Hathaway said. "I just wish we could give out the vaccine in candy form."

Anne H. has grown up to be a responsible and beautiful young woman. It is good that a lot of people with great means, are looking out for the less fortunate in this world.

God, she’s so beautiful, and I love hearing about stars going down into the troubled parts to actually do something, even if it’s something as small as applying band-aids for kids. After all, a lot of times, the money celebrities will donate don’t always go to where they’re supposed to.

I like what they are doing with her image. It’s working. I used to think she was a beautiful girl, but comically large features…her peeps are working it out nicely…now I just see a beautiful girl.
I always found her so beautiful and she looks great here. I love what she and her boyfriend are doing for those kids. More power to those celebs who give back to the world. :)

I love Anne. I remember the very first time I saw the commercial for Princess Diaries and I told everyone I know "Who is that girl? She’s GORGEOUS." Anne has grown up to be a truly beautiful lady; Good for her and all the accomplishments she’s achieved.
