After selling over 25 million albums worldwide, winning numerous Grammy Awards and countless other career milestones, Amy Grant is releasing her first live recording in 25 years with "Time Again… Amy Grant Live" on September 26th. In anticipation of this release and in celebration of her illustrious career, Grant will be honored with a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on September 19th. She is the first artist with roots in Contemporary Christian Music to receive such an honor (Urban/Gospel great Al Green has previously received a star).
One of my favorite singers growing up, Amy Grant, was spotted with hubby Vince Gill, and their five-year-old daughter Corinna Grant Gill taking a ride on the Bricktown Canal this past Wednesday in Oklahoma City. Amy, 45, and Vince, 49, are in Oklahoma City working this week with fellow Oklahoma native entertainer Jimmy Webb on a state song for the 2007 centennial celebration. Can’t wait to hear hew new album! Bigger picture in the gallery!

Thanks JJ. I actually have always liked Amy Grant’s voice, and I also love Vince Gil’s. She was kicked to the curb for a bit there for making "secular" records (BABY BABY), and then she was really dropped kicked when she and Vince ended their respective marriages to be together. She always caught more than he, and he continued to work (why is it the woman who always bears the brunt?!) and now it’s good to see she’s getting back to work.jpf

# 11 | carolina From all that I know, Vince and his wife Janis were already divorced when they met, and Gary Chapman and Amy had been in a downward spiral for a couple of years before she even met VG. No one ever questions the fact that Gary Cahpman married just 4 months after Vice & Amy. All the focus was on Amy being the cheater when Gary wasn’t the innocent everyone thought.jpf
I love Vince and Amy. Vince was my high school celebrity crush. I love their music and they have such a beauiful family. Vince’s ex-wife Janis is such a talent too though. I loved her with her sister as Sweethearts of the Rodeo. I have every album of theirs and Vince’s. I am so glad they look so happy.

well said (orginal jpf) Amy and Vince did not cheat or set out to cheat on thier respective exes but rather were heading for divorce either way. AG and VG are a really cute couple and they seem very happy together. good for them =) Corinna is adorable and looks just like her parents. I would love to see more pics of thier other children.
