Us Weekly has confirmed that Vince Vaughn, 36, has popped the question to Jennifer Aniston, 37. "They’re engaged!" a friend of the couple said, adding, "Vince almost cries whenever he tells the story of the proposal." On June 27, as the couple returned home on a private Gulfstream jet to L.A. after a romantic, nine-day vacation at Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis‘ $25 million coastal retreat near Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, the actor nervously got down on bended knee. At that moment, he asked for Aniston’s hand in marriage with, say sources, a substantial diamond ring.
Jennifer Aniston’s PR rep Stephen Huvane reportedly quashed speculation saying that the rumors were not true. But that was over a month ago… Who knows what to believe these days! Whatever. Let’s see the ring!

The best part is this: Jennifer Aniston, for all the mediocrity, can play it with the best of them. And if you’re willing to believe that some celebrities will go to great lengths to make babies or to hide babies or be gaygays and hide gaygays, why wouldn’t you believe that two celebrities would get into bed with a tabloid to stoke public fascination with their love lives?***********************Lord knows, they couldn’t stoke interest on their chemistry and passionate love story, their beautiful babies, their talent, their amazingly beautiful genes, or their Oscar nominations & wins (Cliniqua waves to BRANGELINA!!) Lainey has hit it out of the park - though you can read much the same thing on various blogs, she always adds a little ‘insider’ flavor to the mix. Okay, I’m done - I was feeling charitable today, and just wanted to help Maniston and Chubby Vaughn’s engagement thread get to at least 200 posts…because 2 pages is really sad, considering. This proves more than anything how pathetic she is without someone else’s more talented and admired coattails to ride. She’s got to be dating, engaged or ‘married’ to a ‘STAR’ of some type (preferably a FILM star - but she’ll take a comic fat funny boy like Vaughn in the mold of a Sandler, Farrell, Carey, or Stiller if she has to…hey she ain’t gettin’ any younger…) Vince, prepare to self-destruct buddy. I sudden;y understand why it took him soooooo long to get famous, and why in his interviews, and promos he comes across just as boring and blah as Maniston….he, like her, is kinda dim-witted. We know it is 2006, that’s why we’re all wondering why the heck jenjen is carrying on as if her world as fallen apart because she got divorced. Why the pity party? Why does she want the whole world to hold her hand over a divorce. This is not the dark ages where women rely on men for everything, so when they get divorced, the woman is left hanging and needs support. This is 2006 but apparently, our JenJen doesn’t know that that!

He’ll touch on how outdone he was by the inaccuarcies not only in her Sept 05 Vanity Fair interview, but also her constant failure to share in the blame whenever she did speak on the subject. Anyway, Jennifer is trying hard to head off the damage because guess what? insiders say that a lot of her friends who took her at her word and sided with her are going to be in for some surprises when Brad Pitt’s Esquire interview separates fact from fiction, and blows her cover. It’s said to not be a vicious, or hateful revenge piece, but a setting the record straight about what was, and what wasn’t.
It is 2006, if Brad wants to be in a relationship with angie, it doesn’t matter because it’s his choice but I believe in his case, it affected his fanship because a lot more people LOVE HIM for going with his heart despite this ridiculous notion that he should have stayed in a loveless marriage.You Jen fans keep making our point. In the 40s and 50s when people got divorced, it was a shock because we lived in a society that expected people stick to a failing marriage for fear of being called a failure. Studies have shown that children who grow up in a environment where the parents hate each other end up psychologically damaged. It is 2006, where we’re aware that although divorce isn’t a good thing, it is sometimes a neccesary thing. It is not a failure, it is understanding you’ve done the best you can. It is 2006 and people no longer make decisions based on what pleases a certain sect. For goodness sakes, it is 2006. Get over it Jen and stop acting like yours is the first divorce in the history of marriages.

I’m pretty sure if I poll the people I know personally, he lost a few more than me, too. I think you already know that though…and all YOU’RE doing is whistling in the dark.

In December 2004 Brad said his goal was to have some "little Jens". I thought he just got a little Botox…not a whole brain transplant. Whatever.
You are hilarious, you think because he lost you as a fan he’s done for? Sweetie for every fan he lost, he gained a lot more. Accomplished his own goals, er….let’s see, he has the family he’s always wanted, he is with a woman who is his equal and he got out of a failing marriage, yep I believe he accomplished his OWN goals.
