Ugh, I got the shivers looking at this picture. It is very Omen-esque…like the scary nanny and the mansion. So very scary.

am i the onlyone who finds it kinda wrong that they peeked into their windows with a telephoto lens?sure i want to see thekid,but this makes me feel kinda weird.

The baby is in the first picture getting her diaper changed….and so what if the baby looks big, maybe she’s extrememly healthy.I also think that this is kind of wrong, to have someone looking in the window, to take pictures, that is a violation of privacy.

My friend’s baby is 10 months, 28" tall and 18 pounds. My baby is 3 months old, 23" tall and 15 pounds.Don’t make me cry by saying Suri couldn’t POSSIBLY be that big already- my guy’s a Sumo! :)

Looks like a scene out of a horror movie. Woman gazes out of window of large country manor house as child of satsn lulls behind her in crib plottin end of the world. Whatever! So tired of Tom, Katie (Kate) and even the child that they could show up at my door and I wouldn’t care. TC so jumped the shark about 15 years ago right before Days of Thunder.

umm. here’s my take on it: tom cruise is sterile, katie holmes is being paid to marry him and go along with the lie that they made a baby together. in reality it was a fake pregnancy and the baby was just adopted. that’s why her parents took so long to visit. they were mad at her for being so money-hungry. the end.

i think katie is trying to spot the helicopter.wellthe baby (actually the whole pic) looks way to grany to see anything, so vanity fair still got their scoop.however i think it’s wrong to take these kind of pics, even though i can’t bring myself to not look at them.still i feel kinda bad for them.

If he wanted to pull this off, he could of just had her fertilized with someone’s sperm and have the baby look like her or something. he is too rich to pull such a dumb scam. Suri is alive and well and his baby. He just wants to share the photos when the right price is offered.Or it is a publicity stunt to keep his names in the papers but the baby is real and it is his.There are NO good arguments against it.

I completely agree with most of these comments, this is going too far. There comes a point when invasion of privacy, stalking, trespassing, and many other things come into order with these pictures. (They are releasing a family picture, by the way, it says on x17’s site. Vanity Fair, I believe?)Anyhow, this is very wrong, in so many ways. Not only on the obvious level of the invasion of privacy, but also in the pure fact of people actually thinking and saying things such as, ‘they deserve it!’ to justify these acts. All they did and are doing, is trying to raise their child as they feel is the proper way to do so, as any of our parents have done. Just because people are so curious and unable to accept that perhaps not everything in a ’star’s life should be public, it drives them to do unacceptable acts and justify it to themselves in meaningless ways. As far as Katie feeling trapped and the symbolism in this picture, I agree, however I cannot be so sure it is Tom or Scientology as much as the press and pressure to ‘do what everyone else is doing.’ I can’t even imagine not being able to take my child for a walk, or play with them outside, or even be able to get a little bit of sunshine by opening a window without someone hovering over my house with a helicopter and a telephoto lens ready to ruin and endanger everything I believe in.It’s just wrong, and I don’t think any price of fame should be so personal, and so threatening. Do you realize that a lot of the stars now fear for their safety, their reputation, even their lives can be at risk with how much the paparazzi are crossing the line? It has never been this bad, and if something isn’t done about it soon I fear it is going to get a lot worse. Something should be done, and I really feel that this crossed way to many lines to even mention.

Gonna say something else, as I forgot it in my comment: The way these photos were taken is horrible indeed! Celebrities can’t even stand at their ******’ windows without being photographed! No miracle that Suri hasn’t seen the day of light yet - when they even take pictures of her when she’s IN the house!

If he is infertile and she was inseminated by a sperm donor - that is Tom’s business. Why should he tell the world?I know plenty of people who have kids this way and who adopt kids and don’t tell anyone!It is a private matter. It is not lying.

congrats! to Katie and Tom, Jesus who cares if they choose to be diffrent, everyone is diffrent and that does not make you a weird or freak. They just want to experience this special blessing without everyone looking and judging. They have done nothing worng, 90% of hollywood are more troubled, addicts, or whores, those are the once that should be criticized, I yet to see why all the bashing!

I know from a very good source, who works inside the house, that there IS a baby, who was adopted, and that Katie signed a contract to be his "escort" or something. Nicole Kidman had one too, but hers was for ten years. Exactly how long they stayed together. The baby is not theirs biologically, and Tom Cruise is GAY! This from someone who works veeeerrrrry close to them.

Compare the size of the baby to the size of Katie in the pic….that is one HUGE baby?? Either that or its totally a photoshop job. Good on Tom and Katie for keeping Suri out of the limelight, its their choice, respect it or piss off. So what if they jumped up and down on couches and Tom carried on like a teenage twit when he fell for Katie? He wasnt hurting anyone was he? Katie was visibly thrilled and you could see she loved him back. They knew they werent hurting anything or each other by doing this….they have ahad a child and they have enought respect to shelter that child from the world which - contrary to what most conspiracy theories claim - shows a lot of maturity AND IT IS THEIR CHOICE NOT YOURS!!!!! I think Suri is very real people, given how rich Tom is, makes total sense to have a child or two. Tom’s not lying, these days, you can go public if you are gay, you can go public if you are sterile!! Even if after Tom annouses he can’t have children, got left out by producers for "manly" acting jobs, so he doesn’t play Ethan, he can still play stuff Jim Carrey or Robin Williams do. The guy’s enjoying his life, don’t make him shut all his draps. Why on earth do I have to show every one my baby girl!

Hi Dragonfly: All my gay men friends have told me that Tom is gay. I don’t give a horse wallop if he is gay, I just don’t like the guy. He’s so one dimensional in his acting — although I did like the last Samauri — but only for the Japanese cast. Gosh, I loved Ken Watanabe. Didn’t see any of his MI movies, though. As far as his ‘cult’ religion goes, like some people said, ‘it’s his choice’. If it makes him happy, fine. Just don’t try pushing it down people’s throats. Maybe the ‘elders’ told him to stay away from the anniversary celebration so they wouldn’t get ‘negative’ publicity. One day ‘little girl’ will wake up and realise that she’s married a poster on her wall, and life ain’t no fairy tale.

Tom is infertile, like somebody already said, that is why he and his 1st wife Mimi Rogers split up. She wanted kids. And he and Nicole had to adopt. Nicole had a miscarriage just before she and Tom split up, Nicole cheated and that is how she became pregnant. Tom is not suri’s biological father. A sperm donor was used or else the baby was adopted.

I’m sure everything "will come out in the wash", as they use to say. You can’t hide to much in Hollywood. If it’s not Tom’s and it’s someone else’s, why wouldn’t he just tell the truth, unless it’s another ‘quirk’ thing from his religion. Strange, very strange.

The baby in the photo does look big - bigger in fact than my 10 month old niece. BUT that doesn’t make her not real OR not really 4 months old - my nephew was this big (of not bigger) when he was 4 months old.I don’t subscribe to all the conspiracy theories.Is it too hard to believe a couple could meet and fall pregnant and have a baby?And who cares if the baby has never been seen in public? It is a creepy pic!! Katie looks so lonely. If there is one negative thing i remember X Nichol saying about Tomkat, it was on the Jay Leno show when she said " living with Tom was a very alienated life. My ears perked as I was surprised she even made the comment. The contracts TC has/had drawn up for his wives, maids,Nannies’ ,etc are signed and sealed in cement. sarah,F.Y.I.- I do believe the baby could have been "born" in December, because now that I remember correctly, the insider who saw the baby said Tom’s other two adopted children would be playing in the morning with the baby in the living room. I heard this in early July and thought it was odd that a baby was ‘playing’ with siblings at such a young age. If she was in fact born in December, then that would have made it a six-month old and would sound more reasonable.They can only cover all this for so long. And the look on Katie Holmes face on all the pictures since she met Tom Cruise is SCARY, and they progressively get worse. Right now she resembles a depressed mummy (no pun intended). The truth is, Suri is a Grey - an alien accidentally left behind the last time the mother ship came down to visit Tom. Suri is actually 3,000 years old, but since Greys don’t get much taller than a human infant, they can pass it off as a baby for a while. for those of you who say she looks too big–your’e right! suri was born 3 months before we THINK she was born. (the belly was a fake, folks). katie was knocked up while she began negotiating to be the new "mrs. cruise by contract". we will see the baby when it’s not so noticeable that the she’s too big for her age. in the meantime, she’s hidden in that creepy house with that creepy daddy of hers. poor katie, looking like a stepford wife, doesn’t know what she got herself into.!

Gawd, some of these post are cracking me up, they are good. I totaly agree with Whisper and Anonymous. I remember the big People magazine spread (years ago) when Tom and Nic adopted, it was because he has such a low sperm count he cant reproduce. John Tavolta’s kids are never with them either, although I heard he had Turetts syndrome or something and therefore they keep him home. I do think Katie bite off more than she can chew. Katies dad being a lawyer, we should hear something out of this when they split..Tom is Bi-Polar big time….he just doesnt know it yet!

That picture is awesome! Its so creepy, but I agree those idiots had no right spying on her through her window like that. Yes the baby looks a bit big, but just for reference. My baby was born right around the time Suri was supposedly born, and he passed the 16 lb mark at four months 1 week. He is now barely 5 months and weighs 16 and a half pounds. My baby is a big baby, and its possible their baby is as well.
