Nicole Richie caused a ruckus this past Wednesday with a legion of paparazzi as she helped film a segment for The Tyra Banks Show. Nicole, 24, and Tyra, 32, shopped at chic Kitson and the not-so-hot 99 Cent Store in Hollywood.
