I saw the Babel trailer yesterday at the movie theater for the second time and was amazed once again. Brad looks so good on the big screen, it seems like forever since Mr. and Mrs. Smith was at the theaters. The production cost for Babel is $25 million and Jessie James is $30 million, not that high for either one, so with Brad’s worldwide fan base both of these movies should be real moneymakers. I still have my fingers crossed for an Oscar nomination for Brad, but there is going to be some competition. Sean Penn has a new movie coming out, so does Russell Crowe, Matt Damon is supposed to be great in The Good Shephard, The Departed with Leo in it, and I just saw World Trade Center with Nicholas Cage. I’m hoping that any nominations from any of these would be for Best Actor, though, and I think Brad’s would be for Best Supporting Actor. Here’s to seeing Brad on the podium Oscar night!Saying prayers for Guli and Ivy. :)

And his jaw will be wired for 5 weeks so we are taking care of how we can feed my beloved BIG BOY. I want to thank everyone for their well wishes, you guys are really great cyber friends. It meant so much to me to see your posts. I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart. You all know I will be there for you folks if you need me. Many thanks to everyone again !!!!

I think for BABEL both he and Cate took a pay cut and may get paid on the backend if the movie makes a profit. On AOJJ, Plan B is co producing. I love movies and check out movie web sites. From people who have seen BABEL, Brad is great but his part may be too limited to be considered under Best Actor. But most certainly best supporting actor. (hopefully)
