Brad looks gorgeous and happy. Last night, Showbiz Tonight featured so many Hollywood Splits this summer and how it is very hard for hollywood couples to make it work. AJ Hammer ,the host,had two relationship experts who discussed the whys and the whats. The guy expert said something about the importance of putting the relationship first and protecting it from the prying eyes of Showbiz. Both experts agree the need for couples to find ways to keep the sizzle in the relationship. I thought about Brad and Angie and how they fiercely protect their privacy. The few interviews they have done to promote their humanitarian causes, we have seen how passionate and wonderful they are with their children. A glimpse to their relationship is the very fact that they defied publicity backlash of 2005 and decided to be together and be a family. Brad is 42 years old but doesn’t look it, he has been movie star for a long time, been involved with high profile relationships and has matured in a very good way. Angie at 31 years is a woman who has turned her life around in so many good ways. It is unfair that some people still hold her wild past against her. What I see and hear is Angie a loving wife/partner to Brad, a devoted mother and a tireless and compassionate humanitarian. The odds maybe against them just because they are both actors . The odds are, they will do everything and give their best in being a family. Against all odds, hopefully , Brad and Angie will make it work.

Public figures include government officials, and also celebrities. The legal standard set forth by the U.S. Supreme Court requires "actual malice" and "falsity."Specifically, a public figure must show that the publication contains a false statement of fact that was made with knowledge that the statement was false or with reckless disregard as to whether or not it was true. Knowledge and reckless disregard are very tough burdens to meet. The tabloids cover themselves legally in most instances, by saying "sources say" or "a pal" says, because then it is exceedingly difficult to prove "reckless disregard" or knowledge of falsity.

No wonder the tabs sell so much BS!
