Here I go with my analysis again. Of you don ‘t want to read it-keep goiing.When I read a cover or an article like the L&S one CHM is referring to. I often wonder how they can get away with something. Surely in court, they would be sued for libel. So here’s my theory. Like I said yesterday-you can take the words that the celebs quote and use them to your advantage without being sued.In the Jan 2005 People Mag there si a pic of Brad and Matt Damon laughing. Brad said with reference to Damon"You don’t want to sneak up on him because he’d pull karate moves on you. You had to tread lightly." Well although this was a while ago, the tabs can take a picture from the current 013 shooting(one of Brad and Matt not smiling) and put the following headline "Brad Pitt does not trust Matt Damon"-They can add an article where close friends, sources, , ,are quoted. That exonerates the Tabloid from libel. If they are taken to court, they can easily use Brad’s actual quotes which, although they were taken out of context, are still the actual words Brad said. In the above issue, I am sure they can go back to the beginning of the split where Brad and Jen say they still have "great love" for one another. They inference is that he told this only to Angelina, when in reality he said it to the entire world because he was quoted in an interview. So it’s Freedom of Speech at it’s best. Again, for the idiot who spilled her coffee yesterday, I AM NOT A LAWYER!! I HAVE NOT READ ANY CONSTITUTIONAL LAWS REGARDING THIS. This is my opinion.-Mommalibu

This is how it works in Hollywood when you are being shut out and shut down, and have no stories coming from a particular camp - they make sh*t up. Plain and simple. What’s more they try to determine what will sell best. So last week Huavniston pulls a coup by getting two duds even more publicity than they deserve - letting US rung with a story, and then going to full press, denying all and engaging in ‘battle.’ So the rags think, hmmm..this week Maniston is hot by virtue of Huvaniston shenanigans, we can’t go with a ‘Vince & Jen’ story so we’ll whip out the triangle…what could beat a ‘Brad Still Loves Jen,’ story — only to ‘cover their @ss’ they add - it’s because Angelina is so ungreeable and won’t agree to wed, he’s missing the doormat-ness of Jen. LMAOPart of me thinks Huvaniston most definitely has a hand in keeping this crap going. Remember Boycott! L&S is on our DNB list (Do Not Buy) for now.
I’m dying of laughter about the Life and Style cover. Oh, yeah, they can’t decide: last week, everything was fine, now Brad loves Jen, that’s why i never believe even good stories. Tabloids are basically printing lies for our entertainment, and only idiots believe every word of it. As once Brad said: there is only 2 percent in those stiroes, the rest is garbage.I’ve been to other sites and blogs, and i find it unbelievable, that idiotic Anistonfans think this story is true. Just take a look at US blog etc. I’m more and more sure that Brad will clear things in Esquire, that’s why the X’s PR machine is working in overdrive and feeding the tabs with lies. i must tell you, I admire Brad, because i would go insane if I have to put up eith so much crap every day. But he takes it lightly and is in a good mood, because family is so much more important than some lunatics’ opinion in the outside world.Oh, and btw, there is a new poll on ET, and guess what, the sexiest male celeb in the entertainment industry is Clay Aitken by 70 percent, haha! i don’t even know who this guy is, I’m a European, never heard about him. Mommalibu - I think you are 100% correct with this. I have seen it doen before. The celeb can’t deny they said it, they did say it…..it is just the when and where and to whom that gets all screwed up.I also adore that bit about Kate Hudson not doing the "Leslie Bennets a la Jennifer Aniston" thing. Jen is already becoming a parody of herself, and it’s her own fault.
