Sophia Bush (One Tree Hill) and Jon Foster (Windfall) are apparently now an item. The pair made a pit stop for a brief bathroom break in Camarillo, California as they "headed north for a romantic getaway weekend." Sophia still has an impending divorce with One Tree Hill co-star Chad Michael Murray after seeking an annulment (citing "fraud") in February 2006.
Sophia, 24, and Jon, 22, met last year on the set of the horror film Stay Alive (also starring Frankie Muniz, Milo Ventimiglia, and Samaire Armstrong), which came out earlier this year. In fact, check out her favorite part of working on the movie: "Just being down there with all of the cast. I think one of the things that will show through is the camaraderie we have, it’s really very real. I don’t go a week without talking to Jon [Foster] and Frankie [Muniz]

wow. alot of you people are sure quick to assume that the magazines and gossip columns are telling the truth. I’m not sure if chad cheated, but I do know that Sophia cited Fraud in the divorce papers; which has NOTHING to do with cheating. so we can only assume that they split for other reasons. I’m not chad’s biggest fan but I’m not gonna jump and assume he dicked around with Paris Hilton because it’s rumored to be so. So please don’t be so quick to judge. I think it’s really rude and immature of you people to bash Chad. He may have screwed up, but he tried to win her back. Everyone makes mistakes. I agree he’s crazy for cheating on Sophia but he did and he apologized. I do not believe Sophia cheated on him. They are both friends still and I hope someday they can find their way back to eachother. Jon and Sophia are a cute couple, but let’s not put down Chad just to make Jon and Sophia’s relationship look good.
