Somebody needs to kick the habit! Brad Pitt was spotted smoking yesterday morning on the Los Angeles set of Ocean’s 13. Brad puffed away at his cancer stick while sitting alongside O13 co-star George Clooney. Brad, 42, and George, 45, sat in lawn chairs surrounded by pink plastic flamingos astop astroturf and got in some male bonding between shoots… More pictures in the gallery!

TIFF has just released the schedule for Babel’s screening! Babel is set as a Gala at 9:30 p.m. Sept. 9 at Roy Thomson Hall. Instead of promoting WOTW, he talked about Katie Holmes, Scientology, Brooke Shields’ post partum depression, argued with Matt Lauer and jumped on Oprah’s couch, and talked more Scientology. How much about WOTW got out there through Tom? Not a lot. On Mission Impossible III, it was all Scientology, Katie Holmes, his baby, and Scientology. Again, very little movie promotion. If I were his bosses, yeah, I’d be pissed too.

Second, I was stating my experience with smoking not rationalizing Brad’s. I was merely saying that if he was trying to cut down or use alternatives, then more power to him. Hi Cliniqua! How you doin girl? I agree with a comment someone posted about TC’s being let go by Paramount — there might have been other things leading to the departure. You just don’t let go of a big star (NO! I do NOT like TC) like that without major reasons. I like Mel Gibson. What he did — well, there is NO excuse for that — this is why I HATE people who over drink. One of my friend’s sister died because she got drunk and started a fight with some people she didn’t know and one of the people hit her over the head with a pipe — she was in a coma for two months, then died. Unlike TC, Mel’s not into ‘laundry mat religion’. Mel’s career is not over and people will go and see his movies. He’s got alot of friends in LaLa Land that are Jewish and have come out and defended him and have said he needs help. Robin Williams has also fallen off the wagon, but since we don’t know what kind of drunk he is and he didn’t drive a car and get caught by police, we’re not privy to his actions. I don’t wish anyone any harm, I hope all these people get their acts together. Mel’s work is proof that he’s a great actor, as well as Robin. Tom — as I’ve said many, many times — is one dimensional. He should have learned from John Travolta — KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT when you’re in a ‘Laundry Mat’ religion. Cliniqua: You write great stuff. Why don’t we all get together — Guli, Alex, Dragonfly, Passing Through, Somalia, Missouri Fan, etc. and start our own relgion. All we need to do is write a book. Don’t exaggerate. it’s bad for your arguments. For though I’m a regular BAMZS fan, I for one, have not back pedalled about Brad should stop smoking. See post below. So I’ll say it - I hope he stops smoking for the sake of the children he loves so much. I’m sure its tough to stop in a place like HW where lots of people are smoking around you.
