Rumors that Jennifer Aniston would be teaming up with sportswear giant Nike started to surface earlier this month. Some new evidence was just sent in, possibly sealing the deal.
A major NYC-based ad agency reportedly formed a team last month to work on Nike’s Fall/Winter 2006 campaign. While Aniston has not confirmed, the ad agency is still looking to book a slot for a Super Bowl commercial and run with an international ad campaign.
The big bucks (the most Nike has ever paid for an endorsement deal) is being offered to Aniston but she is looking to bring focus to cancer research in her deal with Nike. Nike is, in fact, offering Aniston full control over the charity portion of the deal — several donations to her favorite cancer research charities. Aniston has even suggested signing famous cancer survivors for the campaign including Sheryl Crow. Stay tuned…

Thanks.I think Aniston’s agent is the one courting for Nike to get jennifer and they are floating this rumor as feelers. Since she does not have any films greenlighted yet, she is now looking into Advert deals and at the same time try to improve her image. I think Nike has either ordinary people or athelete in their promo campaigns. The last one among their female endorser is Maria Shrapova, the tennis player. Aniston is not even into sports, she does yoga, and all those exercise/workouts lazy people does, which i think is not in line with Nike’s campaign which calls for active lifestyle.
Jen looks gorgeous as ever. And how refreshing to see someone looking that good, dressed all in white. We don’t have to mention fishlips who dresses all in BLACK. Kind of ironic though, Jen/white….Fishlips/black….kind of says it all.

If ever it is true, i dont think she will paid big bucks. She does not have a good track record as an endorser, she has been dropped recently by barclays credit card endorser in the UK. She is also not the box office movies star that she i being portrayed by her fans. 3 flopped movies, the one that made ok was TBU with vince vaughn, who happens to be the one with the box office track record because of the wedding crashers. Nike is not stupid, i dont think she will be paid big bucks if ever. Its all PR campaign from the Aniston camp.
