Gwen Stefani: New Home in Beverly Hills

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale, who added a baby son, Kingston, to the clan in May, purchased their new pad from Sam Nazarian, a hospitality mogul and CEO of SBE Entertainment, Nazarian’s rep confirms. He put the house on the block in April with an asking price of $15 million.

Nazarian bought the residence from Jennifer Lopez in October 2004. Lopez owned the property for four years and married Marc Anthony on the estate in a hush-hush ceremony in June 2004.

Gwen Stefani’s new 10,000 square-foot house also has four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, spans two acres and features an infinity pool, tennis court, and movie projection room. It rests in an exclusive gated community in Beverly Hills.

Pictures include new mom Gwen getting back in shape with a quick 10-minute jog with her personal trainer around NYC’s Meatpacking District yesterday morning. More pictures in the gallery!

She looks to be in great shape and her stomach is quite flat. A 10 minute jog – ok, I officially hate her as I run every other day to maintain my size 9/10. LOL****** I think she looks her best without that foundation and the blood red lipstick, too. She is an attractive woman wihtout all that make up. Perhaps she is one of those women who doesn’t feel complete without makeup. JMO

OMG!!! That’s why i dont use so much make-up. It’s just fake. I dont know who this stars want to fool. I dont like be fooled i dont like fooling other people. Without powder and red lipstick she’s just ugly. Pardon, but that’s the way it is. not everybody looks like Heidi Klum or Angelina Jolie. Life. Not always justice.

Whoa, her breasts are HUGE! Did she get work done? I know they get big when you get pregnant, but that is crazy huge for barely there A cups.

#7: I doubt she had work done. Your boobs do grow quiet a bit during and AFTER pregnancy once the milk comes in. I was a small A and once my milk came in I measured to a full C. She looks great! Especially without the hideous red lipstick!

She looks about 45 in these pics. A friend of mine, who has worked with Gwen, told me she does need A LOT of make up to look great. Well, at least she has great canvas for the make up.

Without all the endless layers of hideous clashing crap she piles on top of herself she looks ok. I remember thinking that in the flashback for the video Cool, before she adopts the 1950s mafia prostitute look, she didn’t look all that bad. But I guess attention whores such as herself would never go for something so subtle or humble.
