Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie enjoyed dinner togehter this past Wednesday with their 5-year-old son Maddox at a restaurant in the hardest hit area of the French Quarter of New Orleans, Louisiana. Looks like tiny tot Zahara and baby Shiloh stayed behind for the dinner date…

Odd as it sounds, it’s much more common for brown-eyed parents to have blue-eyed children than for blue-eyed parents to have brown-eyed children.That’s because brown eyes are dominant, and the eye color likely will have already shown up in a parent if the trait is in the gene pool. So absent the dominant brown-eyed gene, blue-eyed parents are likely to just keep on producing blue-eyed children.However, blue-eyed parents can have brown-eyed children, although genetic processes for that possibility aren’t at this time well understood. But why do blue eyes show up in children of brown-eyed people? This is because genes for blue eyes are “lurkers.” These recessive genes stay in the background until a certain combination of genetic material occurs—i.e., a contribution of a recessive blue-eyed gene from each brown-eyed parent.Thus, even though genes producing brown eyes are dominant, it’s more common for brown-eyed parents to have blue-eyed children than for blue-eyed parents to have brown-eyed children.A pigment called melanin determines the color of the eye.

Tom has blue eyes and I think Katies eyes are Green or blue. I know they don’t have brown eyes.

My brother and his wife both have brown hair and brown eyes, so does their daughter , but their son has blue eyes and blonde hair. He looks like his dad just with different coloring.

#1853ITA, I watch Animal Planet every night together with my grandson, since he was born I have the tv channel on Animal planet now he’s nine years old, he learned a lot about wild animal by wathcing him and be enthused by his passion.I cried when I learned about his death not for him but for his two children and his family whom he adores. He is a great man and he will live forever through his legacy.

Actually I just checked both Katie and Tom’s eyes are similar in color - kind of a dark hazel - hers are more brown hazel, his are more green hazel — how that adds up to an almond shaped blue eyed baby I don’t know…it’s kind of like Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock having a violet eyed baby, or something — kind of odd.

OK I tried to post this here as well as the Suri thread , but this one got lost … As a mother and a person who adores kids please if you want to critisize the parents if you wish but not the kids!!!Also, remember how angry and defensive we used to get when any hater implied that Brad was not the dad. So lets be adult…. Here is my post at the other thread…OK this is my last plea to my cyber-friends, This is a wonderful looking innocent baby that came in to this world and we should be rejoicing not critisizing. Her eyes are the exact shape of Katies, go look at her pics her eyes pull down (which I think is cute). OK, we all agree the dad is a nut case lately but that isn’t innocent Suri’s fault. I want to send my best wishes to this family and their new daughter. Good luck Suri and welcome

Hi Everyone,I see we are still going on strong with this thread. Soooooo…..I saw the Kid, the elusive-soon to be -Shiloh’s BF’s Pix. First off, there is no denying the baby is CUTE. I love her hair….so full. Now to the heart of the matter, I agree with everyone that said she looks Asian, something is definately up in that family and to be quite honest, I’m only mildly interested. So I guess no rushing out and grabbing a copy of VF for me, like I did with People. Jeez, my heart still races when I remember how I almost didn’t get my copy. Every store with 5 miles of where I live ran out. I was at the airport, depressed and dejected, when lo and behold, starring at me from the counter was a picture of AJ, BP and Shiloh. I ran to the salesman and all I could do was point and say "umna, ummna…." The guy most have been familiar with that reaction because he just shook his head and gave me the mag. I have no idea if I gave him a 5 0r a 10, I have no memory of getting any change back. All I remember was looking at that magazine cover and going "Awwwwwwww" Magazine - $5 or $10Acting a Fool at the Airport -$0Getting a copy of People - Priceless.

OFF TOPIC….sortaPOPSUGAR has the acutal front of VF, and I think Suri is a doll! She looks just like her parents to me "eyes nose mouth" and that HAIR! You know, seeing her makes me see the resemblence between TomKate. They favor each other and I never noticed it before. NOT a Cruise fan but… I really think Suri is his. I dont know of any blue eyed asians, maybe there are but I do know that my niece, as a baby, looked very similar… and she is NOT ASIAN. So, I am not down with the conspiracy theory. JMO. And besides, what is up about a baby having to look like a parent. Especially a baby, babies change so much. My older brother looked nothing like our parents but he looked exactly like an uncle. Genes are funny like that.

This just makes angry thinking about the vile comments I had to read about Shiloh when her pictures were shown here. Suri has gotten much better treatment and nicer comments. I’m so disgusted just thinking about the sick comments wrote about Angelina and Shiloh when the baby pictures came out. Cliniqua- Tom and Katie got it way easier than Brad and Angie and Suri is getting it way easier than Shiloh.

I swear there was a time I’d come on JJ and I clicked off with my blood boiling….wondering what sort of sick people have been allowed to walk the streets. It’s no wonder BAMZS fans are a little touchy with the negative post. Remember the Idiot that was always posting under Retarded Child, Stillborn baby and drugged Baby…..I must have hit the report button about a 100 times before I gave up and I wasn’t the only fan hitting that button so you can imagine how many times that person posted. I believe Jared had to ban their IP address. Those were horrible times….thank Goodness, Shiloh is doing well. So yeah, I agree the comments on TC’s thread are a walk in the park compared to Shiloh’s……either way, I really do wish people would stop saying nasty things about babies. I mean….they are BABIES….Cute, Innocent babies. No matter what their parents have done, they are babies.
