OlderAnnie Shoots Angelina Again
Four years ago, Annie Leibovitz shot Angelina Jolie for the April 2002 cover of Vogue in their first-ever Shape Issue. Four years later, Annie is at it again with Angelina!
Annie Leibovitz is tired and nursing a cold, and she’ s just flown back to New York on the red-eye from Los Angeles, where she spent two days shooting Angelina Jolie for Vogue. Like so many of her photo sessions, there was nothing simple about it. “I talked with Angelina before the shoot,” says Leibovitz, who’s famous for her preparation. “She felt like she was coming back from having the baby and she felt very sexy and ready to go.” Jolie, a pilot, suggested shooting on an old airfield near the desert, with motorcycles and small planes among the props. (She flew herself to the location and the next day, Brad Pitt buzzed up in his plane.) They also spent a day shooting in the dunes near Death Valley, where the mercury hit 104, and the wind whipped so hard that everyone was peppered with sand. There were 50 people on the set, and racks of clothes from the New York spring collections to be tried and styled. It was as if Leibovitz were directing a small movie.
It’ll be very, very interesting to see how Annie will portray Angelina four years later. Expect Angelina Jolie to grace the November 2006 or December 2006 issue of Vogue. Thanks to everyone who sent this in!

Okey. For me, Gwyneth was at that time guilty of putting the blame on him by letting the media accuse him of all things and people thought that’s how things went because she let them be. She could have said something to clear his name but she didn’t immediately….and I think her camp may had also planted some stuff to make it appear he is to blame and her rep to be pure as driven snow.

That’s exactly what happened. She was letting it be put out there that he was the bad guy. The tabloids went crazy with it. Then she did an about face and took out an ad in a NY paper declaring what an upstanding man he is.
Brad discussed this whole situation in I think Rolling Stone at the time. He never mentioned Paltrow by name but it was clear who he was talking about. He was saying things like because of their own guily conscious this person is trying to slander me in the papers, etc.
This is why Paltrow said that when Brad finally did speak to her again it was a huge relief to her because she knew she hurt him. As she told Oprah she was the architect of her own demise.
Who cares anyway? It was almost 10 years ago.

Unless any of you…uh…ladies succeed in getting me banned. I do believe I have the right to post here whenever I want.
However, this tattoo thing could be an interesting insight to Brad’s personality or it could be much ado about nothing. He’s a big boy, he made a new choice. I’m over it. Well, actually, I would love to know what the one on his arm says. Hopefully, it’s in english.

Thank you for deleting IRONIC’s posts. They were a sheer waste of time, rehashing tabloid stories that was so typical of FF posters. Maybe it’s true that they have shut down the Brad/Angie forum on FF, because the lame brains are beginning to post their crap here. Sheesh, that is just so sick!!!! That’s why I haven’t even tried to lurk at FF lately, they have become worse than deranged. It’s going on two years now since Brad and X separated, and they are still carping on the same theme of hatred and blaming Angie for the breakup. Man, I’ve never read so much vile hatred for someone whom they do not even know. I’m just glad that Angie is a strong woman and doesn’t pay attention to such garbage.
I guess they are going ape sh-t now because of all the positive press Brad and Angie are getting, and even the tabs have nothing negative on them now. And they cannot push X forward other than the pathetic best-dressed on People and the ensemble acting on Broadway.
All pictures attached to this thread are old pictures Angelina did for Vigue.
The other thing I wanted to mention was the link to that photoshopped, disgusting picture of Angelina that someone posted came from FF. In fact a poster asked that the person Email the picture to Brad’s brother Doug’s company Email.
These people don’t seem to understand that in the United States email harrassment is just the same as harrassment any other way. Either it be by phone, mail, etc. I hope Doug has contacted the authorities because it isn’t the first time they’ve published his company email and sent things like that to him.
Did this photoshoot happened during the time we’ve seen pics of the Brad and Angelina in the airfield, with Angie wearing a dress and a heeled shoes? I did wonder about that attire, as it seems uncomfortable when flying a plane. So maybe Angie did get to bring home a few of the outfits huh? (the dress she’s wearing included) I have my doubts if Brad will be in any of the photos, the article above mentioned Brad buzzed up on his plane and those airfield pics we’ve seen a few days ago shows Brad accompanying Angie. (maybe after the shoot?)
