OlderAnnie Shoots Angelina Again
Four years ago, Annie Leibovitz shot Angelina Jolie for the April 2002 cover of Vogue in their first-ever Shape Issue. Four years later, Annie is at it again with Angelina!
Annie Leibovitz is tired and nursing a cold, and she’ s just flown back to New York on the red-eye from Los Angeles, where she spent two days shooting Angelina Jolie for Vogue. Like so many of her photo sessions, there was nothing simple about it. “I talked with Angelina before the shoot,” says Leibovitz, who’s famous for her preparation. “She felt like she was coming back from having the baby and she felt very sexy and ready to go.” Jolie, a pilot, suggested shooting on an old airfield near the desert, with motorcycles and small planes among the props. (She flew herself to the location and the next day, Brad Pitt buzzed up in his plane.) They also spent a day shooting in the dunes near Death Valley, where the mercury hit 104, and the wind whipped so hard that everyone was peppered with sand. There were 50 people on the set, and racks of clothes from the New York spring collections to be tried and styled. It was as if Leibovitz were directing a small movie.
It’ll be very, very interesting to see how Annie will portray Angelina four years later. Expect Angelina Jolie to grace the November 2006 or December 2006 issue of Vogue. Thanks to everyone who sent this in!

I thought her fear of flying started because of 9/11. To think that she married someone who enjoys adventure/traveling.
BTW, the Pitts maybe in India for at least 6 weeks. Read it over at Pittwatch.com.
I hope they enjoy their stay in India.Entirely different culture.It will be fun for Maddox to ride those huge elephants and check out the bengal tigers. Lucky boy….
611 | gitane | - I hear you girl, I would have love to go on a real vacation this year to England, but since we are looking to buy a condo by the end of the year, all the cash are going into that, so maybe sometime next year I will get my real interesting vacation, but instead of going to England I am thinking about going to Italy, my friend and her husband just got back from there, they spent a week and said it was great. Maybe you can go to ether Costa Rica or Australia next year

i say it’s the quality of the life led. my observation is that people who haven’t done much with what they’re given are the most likely to fear death. people who’ve lived to the fullest and taken advantage of their opportunities are less likely to fear death.

Oct 2nd is as guli stated. it marks Brad’s official Independence Day from X which makes it a national holiday in Bamzs Land. so we’re going to have a huge celebration. we should’ve had a celebration when the divorce papers were filed too. oh we’re so bad haha.

I have been soooooooo swamped. God! I hate it when we get bash of new batch of work. Honestly, it would be fine if these people could write or if their stories were remotely interesting (Jeez, was that bad? That was bad right? I can not….not believe there is gossip that Ms. Aniston stalked BP and AJ. Come on! This is not some insecure woman child who still thinks and behaves like she’s in high school, this is Jennifer Aniston! A classy woman who would never stoop to that level and even if she had any intention of doing that…..I’m sure her friends would discourage it. Why, I can just see Courtney Cox going “Now Jen, you don’t want to do that. You are classy!”. Now about her fear of flying, I didn’t know about that until I read an interview and they wrote “she forced herself” to go visit BP on the set of Troy. That’s got to count for something….right? I mean she forced herself, people.
Latest rumor on the Bamzs front is that they’re looking for a home in London, of course we have to keep in mind this is from the UK daily mail.
