OlderAnnie Shoots Angelina Again
Four years ago, Annie Leibovitz shot Angelina Jolie for the April 2002 cover of Vogue in their first-ever Shape Issue. Four years later, Annie is at it again with Angelina!
Annie Leibovitz is tired and nursing a cold, and she’ s just flown back to New York on the red-eye from Los Angeles, where she spent two days shooting Angelina Jolie for Vogue. Like so many of her photo sessions, there was nothing simple about it. “I talked with Angelina before the shoot,” says Leibovitz, who’s famous for her preparation. “She felt like she was coming back from having the baby and she felt very sexy and ready to go.” Jolie, a pilot, suggested shooting on an old airfield near the desert, with motorcycles and small planes among the props. (She flew herself to the location and the next day, Brad Pitt buzzed up in his plane.) They also spent a day shooting in the dunes near Death Valley, where the mercury hit 104, and the wind whipped so hard that everyone was peppered with sand. There were 50 people on the set, and racks of clothes from the New York spring collections to be tried and styled. It was as if Leibovitz were directing a small movie.
It’ll be very, very interesting to see how Annie will portray Angelina four years later. Expect Angelina Jolie to grace the November 2006 or December 2006 issue of Vogue. Thanks to everyone who sent this in!

In some of the photos the baby clearly has an epicanthic fold then in others also clearly not there. What is up yo??? —-
I mean to say in some of the pictures, the epicanthic fold (the crease above the eye) is there and in others, it disappears. I looked real carefully to see whether it was just the angle or something, but it wasn’t that. Strange.

You know what I have observed….JA is always looking uncomfortable in all her pictures. Candid and posed….it’s like she isn’t comfortable in her own skin and then I thought maybe that’s it.

At this point I would like to note that X was not a good candidate for the mini facelift. Unfortunately for her the doctor said that leather isn’t as supple as suede and therefore it’s not a good idea to stretch it overly taught. He did, however, suggest that she may benefit from skin grafts that would use skin cultivated from her butt to and transpanted to her face. The doctors doesn’t think anyone will be able to tell she had any work done.

I don’t feel sorry for her at all. Two reasons why not -
1. She’s got more money that I do. I don’t feel sorry for anyone with more money that I have.
2. She’s fucked Brad Pitt and I haven’t. I don’t fell sorry for any woman who was in the man’s bed and screwed up! In my mind that puts X and Putrid one and two in the Feel No Pity For These ******* column.

I noticed that too.. odd but thing is to me it looks like there are two different babies. the one on the cover seems older and bigger than in some of the other pics. In some pics she looks plump with a round face, in others she seems a good bit smaller. At least to me

I read X’s uncomfortableness (is that a word?) in another way - she’s not uncomfortable or unsure of herself. She’s afraid that everyone will realize what a FRAUD she is. That’s all her discomfort is. She’s on the edge of her seat that at any second someone is going to come up to her and say, “You don’t belong in here! How did you get in here?!” She’s in a very rarified air of the HW elite…and she don’t belong there. She got there because of a short-cut and now her house of cards is tumbling down around her. And THAT’S why she’s always uncomfortable in every situation.

That is a good article but it just leaves me feeling even more confused. Was X just lying about having children ever since she met Brad when she never intended to have any? That’s a really long time to keep a deception going on. If I was Brad I would be so bitter that all those good father years got wasted, but I guess he’s a better person than that. He must have to pinch himself now to believe that he has three beautiful children.
I thought it was so strange that she talked out of turn. Any idiot would no not to break a contract. I think she was expecting something in return from Aniston and got it. Sort of a payoff. She risked alot doing that and had to have know it would result in a getting fired.

I believe the thing she expected in exchange for yapping about Brad was that X would make her a partner in any new production company that she started herself. When I bring up Rumor Has It, she looks at me with an exaggerated pained expression and says, “Oh, we don’t need to talk about that, do we? The worst experience of my life. The worst experience; the worst film. It sounded like a great idea, an interesting backdrop for a romantic comedy. But it was never fleshed out, never fully realized. And for me, personally, I WAS GOING THROUGH A HORRIBLE TIME. I wasn’t at my best as an actor. I was unmotivated by it.” She pauses for a second. “Oh, why talk about it? We can let that little train go by.”
But at least Anna knocks B&A off the covers for awhile. I do feel bad about her son, but other than that, I got no time for her.

Dragonfly - I do feel sorry for ANS where her son is concerned. She’s a real nutcase, but I think she genuinely loved her son. I can’t work up any sympathy for X, but at least ANS is trash and knows it and plays it to the hilt. She’s ******…but she ain’t trying to put a pretty pink bow on it and call it something it ain’t! Unlike some other people I could name.
