Angelina Visits Mommy Dearest
Angelina Jolie took the time yesterday afternoon to visit her mom, French actress Marcheline Bertrand, at L’Ermitage Hotel in Beverly Hills before leaving the country. (Marcheline is reportedly battling cancer and undergoing chemotherapy sessions.) Angelina will be traveling to India within the next few weeks for a reported month-long trip to shoot the upcoming film A Mighty Heart — she plays Marianne Pearl, the wife of the slain Wall Street Journal journalist Daniel Pearl. Angelina was spotted chatting away on her cell phone in the car after visiting her mom. Brad Pitt was spotted visiting The Ermitage Hotel later on his motorcycle. Funny inset picture, no? (:

One reason for driving the SUVs that they do is because of GPS tracking system that comes with them. You want to be able to locate your family or alert the police or find your stolen vehicle if anything should happen. They also are a family of 5 plus security and an assistant or two. Would you rather they drive a Yugo, Yaris, scooter, radio flyer wagon, escort, camry, altima, previa or a horse covered wagon?
Where is the proof her mother has cancer? Hasn’t she had
cancer for about 10 years now? I mean I hope she is OK, but
makes me wonder. Why does her mother live in a hotel, can’t
Angelina buy her a house with proper staffing? Reminds of that
wacked out scene in the Aviator where Leo pees in bottles & lines
them up. Anyhoo, I can picture Angelina doing the same when
she gets older & loses her looks. Brad will be on wife# 5 by then.
I would like to ask a question to everybody, after visiting your mother who has cancer, you are surarounded by the cameras how will you feel?
You might feel angry, bothered, cry, laugh to someone who is trying to chear you up on the cell.
(maybe talking to Brad who was on the bike)
I believe that everybody should use a cell headset while driving for their and the others safety.
She is not crying. It looks to me that the paps shot caught the begining of a smile, a big smile.
I agree with CLINIQUA as well on this one. Damn people. she is not crying. I wouldn’t be crying with Mr. Pitt revving up his motorcycle to come along with me,hell no,I would’nt be crying.

Malibumom,ignore ritzygal.I own a Lexus and was having it serviced yesterday and took a look at their hybrid suv.You can’t fit 3 carseats in it,trust me.
Are those Lexus SUVs equipped with Onstar or some similar type of GPS tracking?

People can have cancer many more years than 10. It depends on witch type of cancer you have and what it takes to be cured. Neither she’s crying or not it’s understandable(Although I can not see any tear running on her cheeks and you can not judge by a snapshot).Her mother is ill and she have every right to be emotional. But I just love the fact that Brad does everything to support her in every way. He’s probably spending a lot of time in Plan B these days as he is the producer of the “A Mighty Heart” and they are leaving in a few days he has to work on the project. And it’s so refreshing to see him taking some time to visit Angie’s mother along with Angie before they’ll leave. They very committed and devoted to each other. I wish them a safe and joyful trip to India.

A four year old child whose next door neighbor was an elderly gentleman who had recently lost his wife. Upon seeing the man cry, the little boy went into the old gentleman’s yard, climbed onto his lap, and just sat there. Actually, that’s Brad’s SUV that he’s had for years. He’s driven that thing long before he had children.
And as for her mother living in a hotel. It’s in fact a condo. Her mother did not want a home as this is where she settled. Believe it or not people are allowed to live wherever they want to in America!

She’s very obviously, still in the underground parking garage - hello?? See Brad turning in himself on his bike (”later” in the day - the pics say). It wasn’t night - she is still in the garage and has not exited yet. Who knows, she may have even been trapped by the razzis, still in her parking space, and calling for assistance. Point is - she is NOT on the road, driving with her cell.

Yes, that is Brad’s black SUV which Jen had been pictured driving around in the past. It is huge.
I love Angie. And it does look in pic 5 she might be crying. That doesnt mean she and Brad are not happy for pete’s sake! I mean, Angie is a human being. She has her soft side. Heck, I cry a lot of times.. I get emotional sometimes. someone can be telling me a sweet story over the phone and I bust into tears…Glad I dont have cameras following ME 24/7.
As a long time Brad fan, I know he has had that Black range rover for years. Jen had a matching one. I think its sweet that Angie drives Brad’s car. She just assimulates so easily into his life.
First off the only people who have ever said Angelina’s mother has cancer is in fact the tabloids. That doesn’t mean that she doesn’t. The rumor is that she had cancer 5 yrs ago and a reoccurance last year for which she has and is receiving treatment for now. As B/A stated in People her mother was and is not on her death bed. The tabs were saying it was her mother’s dying wish that Shiloh be born in her native France. They denied this. Plus, her mother is not French born she was born in freaking Chicago. I don’t know why they continue with that. Just because her last name is Bertrand doesn’t mean she can’t be American born. Like any Leblanc, LaCroix, Molyneaux, etc, etc
I am sure they don’t have GPS tracking systems. I wrote that to show ritzygal’s ignorancel Why would you siggest a person drive a hybrid SUV when someone just told you one of the main reasons for them driving the SUV was GPS. Think about it-research shows how easy the bigger SUVs flip over. But there is no choice when it comes to safety with reference to knowing where your family is in case they have a wreck or get lost. From what I could see when I was there, PCH is the only road that has a lot of businesses on it. Malibu Canyon road goes from highway 101 to PCH-get lost, have a wreck, or run out of gas -and see what happens. Kanan is 4 lanes and a better drive,but still there are no businesses or anyplace to get help. Then there’s Topanga. Well, let’s not talk about that one. All I am saying is someone of their status (family too) needs GPS tracking.
