New Brad Pitt ‘Babel’ Stills

Here are some old and some new stills for the upcoming Brad Pitt drama, which tells interwoven stories surrounding a gunshot. Set in Morocco, Tunisia, Mexico and Japan, Babel opens in limited release on October 27. Directed by Alejandro González Iñárritu and co-stars Cate Banchett and Gael Garcia Bernal. UPDATE :: Donald Trump gave Brad Pitt a nod in his latest blog entry, “Brad Pitt and Marriage“:

I know a lot of men who are perfectly happy being single. They have every excuse in the world why they’re not ready to get married.

I thought I had heard everything until I read why Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie say they won’t be tying the knot anytime soon.

In an interview in the current issue of Esquire magazine, Brad said he and Angelina won’t consider getting married until - quote - “everyone else in the country who wants to be married is legally able.”

Obviously, Brad is trying to be a social activist and make a point about dropping the restrictions on who is allowed to get married and who isn’t in this country. Or at least that’s what he wants people to think. Maybe he’s just come up with an excellent way to stay a bachelor.

It makes him look really concerned about the plight of other people. Yet at the same time, he doesn’t have to get married. This guy is smarter than I thought.

Hey, she’s still got money, $75 million is still nothing to sneeze at and my advice is to get an up and comer who doesn’t quite know the language that well. She can probably fool him a good long while.

Playing Daddy is evidently his favourite role. You can see that too when Angelina appears after the interview to pick up his beloved with Maddox, called “Mads”, Zahara, called “Zee”, and Shiloh, called, well, Shiloh. No entourage, no nanny: just mommy and daddy who hug each other before Maddox jumps on Brad’s back.
His favourite passtime, when he’s not playing with the kids is to put the kids in the plane, one that he flies himself:
BRAD: You know, Angie is been flying for a while it was this idea that we ccould throw the kids, have some freedom.

Another plus about flying:
BRAD: Well, I can’t be followed
(reporter translates into German)
Especially the paparazzi. Since Pitt and Jolie have no intention on making this easy for them. Therefore the choice of Namibia as birth place for Shiloh.
He calls his relationship to Angelina;
BRAD: Yeah, unconventional, I would say

Indeed, and both haven’t married secretly and no, they are not spliting. You can see this clearly. And they want to marry when everybody can do so, at least in the Western World.

No offense, it’s well written, but it reads like someone who’s auditioning for a writing job. I wouldn’t be surprised if it were written for as a letter to a bunch of mags. She’s not defending Brad or Angie or telling anyone to lay off of them and their family. She’s merely saying X got what she wanted and don’t cry for her Argentina. Which is what WE’VE been saying for almost 2 years.

(look at me trying to help chin find a man! i tell you BLD had a positive effect on me!) x needs to hook up with a horror film director like wes craven. that way she can become the new scream queen! she’s got the face for it–okay, maybe she’s more suited to being the “leather-face” psychopath. but still, doesn’t that make sense? so, who’s the hottest washed up has been horror film director in hollywood today?
