Set in Morocco, Tunisia, Mexico and Japan, Babel opens in limited release on October 27. Directed by Alejandro González Iñárritu and co-stars Cate Banchett and Gael Garcia Bernal. I know a lot of men who are perfectly happy being single. They have every excuse in the world why they’re not ready to get married.I thought I had heard everything until I read why Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie say they won’t be tying the knot anytime soon.
In an interview in the current issue of Esquire magazine, Brad said he and Angelina won’t consider getting married until - quote - “everyone else in the country who wants to be married is legally able.”
Obviously, Brad is trying to be a social activist and make a point about dropping the restrictions on who is allowed to get married and who isn’t in this country. Or at least that’s what he wants people to think. Maybe he’s just come up with an excellent way to stay a bachelor.
It makes him look really concerned about the plight of other people. Yet at the same time, he doesn’t have to get married. This guy is smarter than I thought.

I have one that has been bugging me for along time but I wasn’t following AJ and BBTat the time (I was always a BP fan and never could understand why he was with the X) so can someone please fill me in on or correct me if I am wrong re AJ and BBT.
AJ gets married second time (age 25?) to BBT who is 22 years older (IMHO father figure she never had) he says doesn’t want kids but agrees finally for her to adopt. But, after Mads comes home, he checks out and AJ moves on to bring her son up. BBT than gets the first woman he meets preggars. Don’t you think AJ was hurting, did she have pitty-parties, did she bad mouth BBT horribly??? IMHO. as strong as she is she moved on and found it in her heart to forgive him. Now let us compare this to X’s bahavior!!!! Even though Angel is almost 7 years younger than leather-face who acted more mature and who won at the end. Both of AJ’s ex-husbands are still her friend and will defend her and the X :lol:
Those idiots have put an image in my head….can’t you just see her now….sitting by the phones, legs folded, hugging the pillow, rocking back and forth, chanting “He’s gonna call, he’s gonna call, Vince is gone…he knows I’m free, he’s gonna call” and then quickly grabbing the phone…only it didn’t ring, it was just Norman barking.

Well, last week someone posted a comment he/she got off of tmz.com The comment accused Harvey Levin (owner of tmz) of being in Huvane’s pocket. Guess that person was right.

- I don’t remember seeing this mentioned, but the release date for AOJJ has been moved back to 2008, so you won’t see Brad on the couch stroll anytime soon.
- Brad doesn’t do the talk show circuit, does he? He may do an occasional show, but I can’t remember the last time he couch hopped to hawk a movie. But…if he does…then he should do Letterman…because Dave’s the only one I can stand to watch for more than 2 minutes and he’s actually funny…which I can’t say about anyone other than Ellen DeGeneres. Whoever it was that ruled out Dave because he was nice to VV/X has to realize that Dave is NEVER overtly rude to anyone and is genial with all the guests…it doesn’t mean that he’s a Faniston. It means he has a product to sell just like she does and it does him no good to piss off the celebs that help keep his show on the air. The only 2 people I can remember Dave really pissing off were Madonna & Cher…and they both got over it and made up with him.
- Spare me anymore Anne Curry “interviews”. Her questions are too long and I learn more about her perception of B/A than I want to know. Just ask the freaking question and quit acting like they’re you’re best buds. They’re talking to you because you ask your fluff pastry questions and they know you don’t have enough chutzpah OR clout to lowball them.
- X/VV breakup - Ah, man. I’m verklempt! I just new those crazy kids were meant to be together until the end of time. Oh well. I’ve been saying forever that there was no real romantic relationship there and it was all smoke and mirrors and a good publicist. VV was Katie to X’s Tom.
- So Lainey says US Weekly is finally pulling the veil off X? Yeah…after they got screwed over big time by Huvaniston. If they hadn’t sided with her in the first place, they wouldn’t now have to backpeddle like crazy to save what’s left of their reputation. They knew she was a neurotic, coke-loving, famewhoring ***** but perpetuated that “Good Girl” image to sell their piece of **** mag to the public. What’s that old saying about lying down with the dogs and getting up with fleas? Well, US ended up with fleas, ticks AND cooties.
- AG/Gitane - what’s this **** about the wedding being off? Y’all know I’m banking on those Italian men to make Firecrotch?! I don’t care if AG is miserable the rest of her life…somebody better get that wedding back on track!
- Re: The Cloonster coming out of the closet? Well…it certainly explains his womanizing over the years, doesn’t it? - Madge adopted a kid? Hmmm. Just goes to show that benefits of daily excerise aren’t extended to the health of your ovaries and uterus.
