Goodness, they really went all out on her didn’t they? Can’t say she didn’t deserve it but it also doesn’t show US Weekly in a good light. They helped in perpetuating her “Her Poor Jen” image.

I just saw the pictures of Anna Nicole Smith’s fake wedding and I am truly confused. The woman just lost a son…less than a month ago and she’s jumping off a yatch….?!!! There is something very wrong about that.

Us Weekly is NEVER in a good light. Such liars! TABLOID crap, if you ask me. And I thought the woman who was the big editor of that mag was more respectable than that. i guess she wanted to turn something like a laineygossip.com into a magazine.

I’m glad you brought that up, b/c I am determined not to dwell on US magazine and this week’s cover girl. Anna Nicole, IMO, is very disgusting. There are some who are trying to justify her behavior because she faced a huge loss a few weeks ago, but I think she is so narcissistic that she hasn’t taken care of her son, ie placing him to rest. She has the time to sell his last pics/her baby pics/her committment ceremony pics, but her son is still in a cooler?

If it was a matter of money, I could understand this. If she was emotionally ill-equipt to take care of it, she could allow her mother or Daniel’s father to take care of it. If she was ill-equipt to deal, then there wouldn’t have been a ceremony or pics sold to tabloids. She is using her son’s death to deflect her suspected machinations in regards to her daughter’s paternity.

She is not right; hell, the ***** was never right, and she’s getting even less right with each passing moment. And is it just me or is it unbelievable tacky for Trim Spa to run those ads, with that ‘Don’t worry, folks… Trim Spa will make sure that Anna Nicole won’t return to her former fatty self…’ tone? People pack on pounds after pregnancies and traumatic events; she’s going through both. But then again, I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s back to her speech-slurring, ***-baring weight. Yeah… the death of a child is just one of those ‘roll off your back’ things…

I think their attorney explained that they’re trying to move on and celebrate dannilynne life. By having this commitment shows they’re alive and focusing on the baby girl.

I didn’t see a mother not grieving but a mother who is trying to be strong for the living. From what the attorney said, they needed to do something to fight the depression for their daughter.

They gave vows, had KFC and then jumped in the ocean like a renewal or rebirth…I’m not going to fault anyone for doing what is needed to put this past and focus on the future.

Unlike normal folks…they don’t have the luxiury with Anna’s ex in the media talking and all the lawsuits they have.

About AN Smith. Not that it’s any of my business, but the whole thing really bothers me. There’s the photographer who is sure the baby is HIS - he’s suing for a paternity test. I think the whole marry the lawyer thing is an attempt to make him go away. I think she doesn’t want to share this child. That is WRONG. I saw the lawyer/husband on Larry King a few days ago, and he sounded stoned! Granted, there may have been a delay in transmission, but he had that lazy tone to his voice. Somewhere I read the methadone her son got a hold of may have been hers. I always felt sorry for him - the kid never had a chance with her for a mother. she’s the anti-Angie.

And, WHAT was with those false eyelashes? They looked like creatures! Maybe it’s just me, but I thought it was incredibly tasteless to marry within a week of a child dying. Focus on the future, fine, but she’s been sedated most of the time since her son died!
