I am Greek and i can confirm to you that not a a lot of people here know who she is.The only way that people found out her name was when she married Brad because it was good for our national pride.You know “yes she is Greek and she married the sexiest man alive”.But that’s all.We have never seen her here,she doesn’t talk like she is proud for her origin,and everyone is starting to forget about her since the divorce.On the other hand,just mention the names Brad and Angelina and everyone goes crazy.
So we don’t need to boycott anything that we never supported.
Oh and thanks for your nice comments about Greek food.Have you tasted it?

Hi Meli!! I think it might be more a Greek American perspective, as I knew a couple people of Greek extraction, that liked her only because they knew of her Greek extraction…they figured she was down with Greekness, lol - but she’s not - and I know that’s how some ethnicities here in the states treat stars of their same background.

I love Greek food, my favs are Spanikopeta (sp), and Mousaka(sp) - lemon soup… and I love, love, LOVE Greek salads — I put Feta on everything.

Yeah, B&A have much more international recognition. They are riding a star stream of appeal right now that is going to take them places most celebs only dream of, and the coolest thing about it is, the fame and celebrity, that’t not their goal. Their goal is to live a full life and be creative in their chosen profession, love each other as completely as possible, and help as many along the way as they are able. How wonderful to have true acceptance from the world community for merely being who you are and helping as much as you are able. Life is pretty schweet for these two.

One more thing - LMAO at the last, because I could have SOOOOO seen Vince doing his schtick in the Ocean’s movies. Vince’s move, while on the surface was idiotic (hooking up with that loser), actually was a coup for him, because TBU was HIS film, he produced it, and basically they pimped HER baggage, both her real life break up with BP, and her phony relationship w/ Vaughn which enabled Vince to have his first real success producing/writing/starring at the Box Office…if the canary diamond was for anything, it was abig thank you for THAT. She finally got a hit after 4 tries her damned self, so she can be grateful for VV too, cuz she apparently cannot do it on her own to save her life.

But the question remains, what’s VV gonna do the next time out to sell his **** — start dating his co-star? The only way that would WORK and he’d get the same kind of interest, is if they too, had once had a nasty public split with Brad Pitt.

I think Paltrow has finally moved on. So VV is out of luck. LOL

My word! You summed it all very well. What we see here are the Fanistons in the threos of desperation. The one who they’ve defended so forcefully has been exposed as a fraud, now they are lashing it out. Of course, leave it to morons to lash out at the wrong people. You know, the charitable thing to do here is help them direct their anger at the appropriate party but nah…..I’m having too much fun watching them thrashing in the wind like loose kites. I know, I know…it’s not a very nice thing taking pleasure in watching these hapless souls chasing their tails but what can I say……it is really, really fun!

You get just a little dumber every time you post a message. Brad did not call a press conference to announce that he wanted more kids. He did a press conference with member sof the foreign press for the movie “Babel”. At that press conference he was asked about his children and he spoke of his desire for more. If you’re going to make fun of people at least get the facts straight.

Okay…now here’s something for the anti-B/A moral minority haters to get upset about. A pregnant unmarried 16 year old who’s baby’s father is 19 - can we all say statutory rape (unless she’s an emancipated minor like Juliette Lewis was!) - is much worse than a pregnant unmarried 30 year-old who’s baby’s father is 42…or even a pregnant unmarried 28 year-old who’s baby’s father is 44. But…I bet ya there’s only a minor stink…unless we find out that the boyfriend was secretly married to X and dumper her for the teenager.

BTW haters - don’t even bother going into that whole Brad/Juliette Lews schpiel. I didn’t say it was right that he dated a 16 year-old (he was 25 and should’ve known better!)…just that it was legal because she was an emancipated minor.
