Angelina Jolie’s Bodyguard Lays The Smackdown
Here are better pictures of Angelina Jolie sitting poolside at Le Meridien Hotel yesterday in Pune, about 200 kilometers southeast of Mumbai, India. Inset: Angelina’s security officer, Mickey Brett, manhandling paparazzi outside of Le Meridien. More pictures in the gallery including a clearer one Baby Zahara points something out to daddy Brad Pitt.
Angelina is in Pune to shoot Micheal Winterbottom’s A Mighty Heart, a film about American journalist Daniel Pearl who was slain by terrorists in Pakistan four years ago. Angelina plays Daniel’s widow Mariane. More pictures in the gallery…

This article is really stupid.Brad and Angie look like they are having a very good time in India.Plus all the arrengements for the movie are being prepeared tow weeks before Brad and Angie arrived there.The press just want to make a mountain out of a molehill.I don’t think they will leave.

I am a die hard fan of Angie but I do not think her as Goddess, and also I am pretty sure Angie would not also like it if you treat her that way.
She is a human being and just try hard to live the life she thinks best for her family as well as for people that she can help but she also makes mistakes and imperfect. I love all of her including her imperfection. Please do not treat her as holy person, Angie will hate this.

In some cultures, they consider people like Angelina holy. You should respect that. Hindus think COWS are holy, so what the hell. if Angelina is considered a modern day “mother theresa” then so be it. There are people who think she is the closest thing to a saint, dead or not, even in america. And some religions have gods and goddesses. So, Seema was just making a comparison. Not only are you insulting fanistons but you’re insulting foreign brangelina fans? I think people need to be a little more intelligent and understanding about different statements and cultures, whether you’re form a unique culture of your own or not.
You know, some here might think I complain too much about ow threads are presented (I famously went off, on the ‘Sky Captain’ thread, lol) - but I do have to say again…I realize that web traffic is the most important thing to a site — and if JJ felt this was gonna blow up and be ‘THE’ news story of the day, I truly understand why RIGHT OUT OF THE GATE, not even 2 days in India, this thread was named: ANGELINA JOLIE’S BODYGUARD LAYS THE SMACK DOWN.
Really, I get it.
That doesn’t mean I LIKE it, however.
I think this incident, much like the one in Namibia, has been blown out of proportion (hopefully it’s on the downswing, since that guy’s employer told him to shut up and quit being a baby or he was DONE)….but a lot of times, people don’t realize these razzi’s specialize in a kind of extortion (the current Timberlake/Diaz situation is an example of this) — they get threatened or pushed back by the irate celebs or people they are harming by jostling and stalking and leaping out at them, then call foul, in the hopes the celebs make nice, and pay them off - either by giving them access to photo opportunities, or better.
My point is, this thread, with this title, has been up for two days — and yes, JJ’s is one of the most well-known BAMZS sites out there - which means that what’s on HIS site will get picked up and carried by hundreds of others, he gets linked on all sorts of sites, and people click on him from a hundred other places, based on the headline he creates…..so the most interesting to the wires, rags and websites gets the clicks and the $$$…..
That’s why we were seeing so many Aniston threads not too long ago as well…
Ultimately THIS ONE (This JJ headline about Angie’s Bodyguard…blah blah blah), only does harm to the family - it creates a buzz, and a reputation for them and their security detail that isn’t positive (let alone whether the facts of the story are accurate or not, that’s not important, sadly) –it’s kind of like what I wrote to IN TOUCH magazine one time (known for their salacious and sometimes nasty Brangelina stories)….just TRY writing a positive story about these two, I’m betting that will get your circulation rates up even better than the negative ****.
Likewise to JJ, I’m sure that would get you just as many hits…seriously, I do NOT click on anything bad news about these folks…I just happen to be posting here most often so I can’t exactly avoid it. lol
But I just wish this site would realize that threads w/ these headlines, do NOT help this family.
….and lately, I’m seeing too many of these kinds of threads here, and not enough of the kind of stuff I like to read.
I like having a place to chat and post, but I don’t want to participate in them getting excoriated and maligned in the press UNJUSTLY, for an incident that’s been blown out of proportion by celebrity gossip websites and celeb bloggers.

I think it was stardust that said that India Times have turned into a tabloid. Well she is absolutely right. The article is completely inaccurate. Mickey acted like this because Relph tried to take HIS picture. Not B&A’s. He said it him self :

Good Afternoon Guli! How was the homecoming? Aron had a good time. He had to be the clown and make everyone laugh, so he wore a “Muscle shirt” underneath his nice black shirt. It had the painting of a beach dude’s chest on it. So I don’t know how the pics will turn out. His date didn’t mind it, he says.
It has been crazy here this morning. People are going on and on about how God will or will not forgive or that security in Pune is too forceful. But we have great new pics Brad, Angie, and Maddox, and that is great!

I saw The Departed and it is very good. All the actors, from Matt, Leonardo, Mark W, Jack W and even the girl acted to the 10th degree – just an overall excellent movie. I feel in love with Leonardo – WOW. I felt so proud knowing that Brad Pitt was one of three producers and his name was first. I have to find out what exactly a producer does as compared to the director and others. And when did he do the ‘producing’ of this film? My goodness, they are so busy. I just can’t keep up.
I hope i’m right in thinking this but since it’s 11:30pm local Pune time right now, I’m thinking that all of the pics taken of them today that were worth posting, have already been posted.
OFF TOPIC:
I’ve spent all day so far vegging in bed, watching the Food Network and surfing the net. It’s a rare day when I can do that.
But I have to travel for the next month and a half and will be posting very little. I will definitely NOT be posting for the next 3 days and if there are no new INTERESTING and CLEAR pics of The FAMILY after that, I may not be posting for the next 2 weeks, probably.
This is all to say that ritzygal ain’t gonna be around and as I have become fond of saying, don’t label every little jackass with a contrary point of view ritzygal.
There’s only one JACKASS and that’s the original…me.
Now, I must get off my lazy ass and pack.

This is getting annoying. You keep saying this over and over and it is not only silly but untrue. I dont hate JA. I do dislike some of the things she has said and done. But hate? no. I dont hate her fans.. but I really abhor their behavior sometimes, especially when they wish death on innocent children.
I understand what you are trying to say. You think all BAMZS fans are wrong in hating JA and not forgiving her and making her sins out to be gr eater than rapists, murderers, etc. but that is just wrong cause that isnt true.
It is actually X fans who you ought to be saying these things to. Because x fans have long been making Angie and Brad out to be horrible people.. worse than murderers even.. and that is just wrong and unfair and sick.
X fans are the ones who need to forgive and move on. I know of no true BAMZS fan who really wishes death or anything really horrible to happen to X. I cant say the same of some X fans.

First we went to one of her friends house for pic taking There were about 10 couples, right before the parents started taking pics one her best friends had a wardrobe malfunction, so as everyone was waiting aunt Guli was sewing the straps of her dress :-) I haven’t downloaded the pics yet, but as soon as I do I’ll share them…

736 | guli - Hey girl, how are you? I agree… she needs to revamp herself - a total makeover and to take responsibility for her actions. She has to be honest about her strength and her weaknesses but to do this, she will indeed have to dig deep to come to grips with her failures and accept them as life’s hurdles and not as embarrasments. Now to do it is another hurdle… I am not sure she is ready for that, until, of course, she hits rock bottom then, of course, there is no way out but up.
